The only real issue I have at all is time... but that is a big issue for me and that is why the score is impacted so much. When I go in to the dentist, I basically know that I'm going to have to be there for 3 hours, with long periods of time spent just sitting and waiting. It's quite frustrating, and I would really hope to see some improvement in that regard. Also, I asked for an itemized receipt for my work yesterday and was told it would be e-mailed to me when ready (my wife needs the receipt for her benefits administrator at work). I have, to date, not received any receipt as promised, and it's the next day. Why did I get this survey before I got my receipt?

Besides multiple attempts of x rays at one area of my jaw, the Dental Group and Orthodontics in Lake Forest is great. It was explained to me that it is new technology. I couldn't see one flaw, or anything to complain about inside the place. Everything is better than Bright Dental on Alicia. I look forward to coming back in 6 months.

At this point I can only say I won't be returning. I had a family dentist I went to for the 1st 20 yrs of my life and due to dental insurance changes I had to find another dentist. I guess I will search until I find one that I feel has my basic dental needs in mind rather than what procedures they can sell me. I am young and this was surely a learning experience I will never forget.

I had a tooth pulled that went fine. Dr. Choi and Kevin were awesome. Unfortunately I had a very severe reaction to the antibiotics and Dr. Choi called me back immediately and got a new perscription for me all on a Saturday. Patient care was awesome!

I'm overall satisfied with the dental office and their employees however I never know what is going on when I go in there which is beyond frustrating. Every single time I go to my appointment, I think I'm going there for one thing, but then once I'm in the chair, I find out we're doing something completely different. I wish they would thoroughly discuss what we're doing at that current appointment and what exactly we will be doing at my next appointment. They seem to rush me out there as quick as possible and spending two minutes to explain things to me is something that they either don't care to do or just simply don't have time for.

I seem to be in your system more than once and was surprised when they asked if I have ever been in before after giving her my name. I have also received calls asking if I would consider coming back to the office and sorry I had left after I had been there just 3 days before. Lucky I have always been able to get my work done on a timely basis. Like yesterday after telling the Dr. I couldn't get my teeth cleaned till March she was able to get me in that day. I get flustered but things always work out in the end. Great team, I guess they are trying hard and really try to be helpful. It all works great in the end.

I am very impressed with your office. I always feel like a customer and not just a patient. The staff is very friendly and usually timely so I don't have to wait which is important to me having 3 small kids at home to get back to. Also, whenever a treatment is suggested, the benefits person is very quick and clear with the cost and I always really understood like I never have before why the treatment is needed, how it will help, etc. But at the same time, I never feel like I'm being "sold" a product just so your office can make money. I really feel like my best interest is kept at the top. I would HIGHLY recommend your office and specifically Dr. Bendi to my friends and family.

I was extremely pleased with everything except the explanation of what I was being charged and for what. I had received extensive explanation from the dentist in laymans terms of what she felt needed done. When the costs were explained they were told in dental terms which meant nothing to me so what I thought was the cost to do everything I found out was just the cost to do the most immediate work needed.

Well when i was child i was taken to a dental learning school we had no money. The visit was to say the least horrendous!! When my own children needed a dentist i was very cautious. It was quite a search going to different dentists offices and not being happy. Than i met Dr. Ellie. She is the first and only dentist that alleviated my fears to the point that i could finnally start seeing a dentist. My sons, my husband and myself love her and the entire staff. (Serena is amazing)

I had a good experience in my last dental visit, as it was basically three appointments in one....however, I was there for 2 1/2 hours, and a good amount of that time I was just sitting in the chair waiting for the next person to come in. But, overall I was happy with my experience and that I didn't have to take any additional time off work. I felt that they listened when I asked to take care of everything that day and not make another appointment. I'll be back and recommending to friends.

I felt the X-ray tech was angry when I questioned repeat X-rays after only 6 months. I have NEVER had dental X-rays this close together and so I questioned it. I felt he was angry in his response to me. After that another tech took me back and explained it to my satisfaction & the X-rays were done. Everything else went great.
