This is the best dental expeiance i have ever had i love my dentist he is very nice and understanding and didnt push his ideas of what was best for me he gave me all the options i had and than let me chose what i wanted. In the past most place would say no i wont do that.when i move i will miss them i give them an A+++

Awesome x-ray machine. Your office has the only machine I've ever used that didn't cause extreme pain due to my tori.

Easy in and out process. Even had to have a crown re-cemented. The staff made me feel as if the crown work was part of the original appointment and not as other dental offices - an inconvenience. Appointment went fast, everyone is great at customer service. Professionally I felt comfortable that each person was fully trained and experienced.

The overall experience was great because I was able to make an appointment the same day I was having problems.

Offices staff was very friendly and very helpful. I felt as though when I asked questions they were answered in a professional manner and that I was not a burden on the staff!THe dentist was very helpful and explained things very well to me. I am very happy that this is now my dental office, I feel like I am in great hands!

My #1 priority for a dental appt is to run on time. I was taken at exactly my appt time and then things were happening right away (I wasn't sitting in an empty room). I really (!!) liked the dentist I saw. He was honest and not condenscending in the least even though I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. My long complaint was that the office smelled like sewage. I couldn't wait for the cleaning to start as the smell was so repulsive!

Seemed like the dental appointments were overbooked and, therefore, the patients were forced to wait unnecessarily. I felt that my very basic visit (dental rads, oral exam, polish cleaning- very little cleaning was necessary) took way too long.

I have chronic back pain and they made every effort to keep me comfortable.

Thanks so much for getting me in quickly and referring me to Dr. Mac for my re-treatment of an old root canal issue. I feel much better today. Happy Holidays!!

What more can I say; I felt very comfortable throughout my 1st visit with your office and staff. I feel that long term, I will be as well taken care of as I was with my dentist of 30 years in Birmingham, Al. Thank you.

I am not quite sure a credit card is the best payment option for some people. A regular payment plan without any credit cards would be nice. I believe the patient should also receive a copy of how much their insurance is covering before they sign papers for their new credit card bill that way the cost is fully explained and understood.

In the past have had to wait 15-20 for my appointment..was unsure about this last appointment. I assumed it would be the same issue however everthing went well..will be returning.

all dental treatment is shockingly expensive but the fact that they offer the dental insurance program to lower costs is a wonderful benefit

Unhappy about shortage of appointment times without taking student out of school for orthodontics.

At this time I can only afford maintenance.

Sabrina, my dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. She provided excellent customer service, made me feel extremely comfortable at all times and explained each process and why it was being performed. I was very impressed with her dental knowledge and overall customer service skills. Awesome

It is my estimation that due to the full schedule and fast pace of visits at the office, I felt a slight pressure to buy into the products that are provided at this site. However, when I declined certain products due to financial limitations, the decision was accepted and not questioned.

My daughter was very happy and felt she was treated better than our previous Dentist. In fact the previous Dental office was kind of mean to her.

I am very satisified with Crestline Dental Group. I initially went in to this dental office a year ago because of pain in a toothe. This set me on a path to getting my dental health in good order. I had been avoiding the dentist for my whole life because of tramatic experiences at the dentist office as a child. The staff at Crestline Dental has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. They are interested in learning about me as an individual and they have never been judgemental. During this dental visit, I was not satisfied with the dental hygenist. She was not very personable and she did not do a procedure that was scheduled to be done and that I was initially being billed for. When I asked her about the procedure, she seemed surprised and asked if that was something I wanted done. I was under the impression that it was something that was necessary and I was surprised that she was not aware of this. If I would not have asked her about this procedure, I would have been billed

I was very impressed by the dental office. My only comment is there was one time I felt like I was waiting a little while before the next person came to work on my teeth. I don't mind waiting, but I would have preferred someone say something like "give us a few minutes while we do...." because it seemed like they were going to come in immediately. Thanks for great, quality dental care!

I had a dental cleaning a few months ago and at that point we discussed a plan to get my wisdom teeth extracted. The office called me to inform me of a special discount going and helped me plan my visit. I appreciated that so very much. I am still impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the dental team, and I appreciate everything they've done.

I really appreciated that the dentist came in to clean my teeth when the hygienist was behind schedule and I was waiting on her. I loved that he was sensitive to the fact that I had already been in the off ice for an hour and a half.

I came to this dental office for the first time because of a great deal that my wife and I received from Groupon. We were going to Comfort Dental but we were really disatisfied with their treatment and services. I must admit that coming to this Crestline was a definite change at a perfect time for us. Everything is up-to-date on the equipment and technology aspect, and the staff no matter what their position is is outstanding. This team goes out of their way to make you feel great and that gives this place five stars from me.

I had a tooth pulled and felt Dr. Palicious did a very good job - as did all the team that worked on me.

I have never had such a pleasant expereince like this before at any doctors office. The entire staff was so friendly and it was clear they loved working together. The atmosphere was comfortable and calm. I want to thank everyone for being so great and compassionate.

You have very state of the art equipment and procedures. Even tho I purchased the insurance plan that you offered I am feeling that I am not sure I can afford your service. I plan to check the prices of comparable services at my previous dentist that does not have the equipment that you have, but at my age and life expectancy I need dental care to protect my health not necessarily look good. Your service is excellent, your staff is very capable so it is not a reflection on that aspect. It is more of a financial matter. I will be happy to stay with you if costs are comparable.

I have never had anyone so invested in my dental care yet very aware of my financial sitaution. Dr. Palacios was absolutely wonderful, he could have advised to do a root canal to try and save the tooth but being the professional that he is he advised the best thing to do would be to pull a tooth that eventually is going to have to come out and it actually saved me money in the long run. That's the kind of care I'm looking for. The whole experience from start to finish was unbelievable and very caring. Thank you so much.

The Doctor & Dental assistant were above and beyond my expectations. The new Doctor was the best.......... I hope you keep him forever. He just shares his knowledge in such a way that gives you enough information to make a good decision. Wow ! I was so impressed. The Dental assistant was the same. Oh my gosh it was really a great experience if you don't have a hardship for cost. Even with that said my money is so hard to come by. So they made it less painful if that is possible. I liked how calm everyone was it definately helped eased me in. I am not always to comfortable at the dentist but I have to admit from when I walked in to when I left I felt comfortable from the staff.
