This place was fantastic, and the only reason I wouldn't refer people is because I'm located 4.5 hours away in LA. It's worth the drive for me, though, and would be worth it for anyone!

All the team members are amazing

Only complaints - The things that almost resulted in canceling my first appointment. (1) Your online new patient software does not allow the health info form to be saved before it is completed and submitted. Being able to save the incomplete form would allow patients to complete it in more than one session, instead of having to start all over if interrupted while in the middle of filling out the form. (2) There needs to be a warning that the session times out after X minutes. (3) There needs to be a way for the new patient to extend the session time before it times out. (4) You need to increase the length of time before the session times out.

Everyone on staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. As a new patient, I completed the health assessment on-line, like I do with my doctors offices, and this was the first doctor who actually took the time to read it prior to my visit! Usually, they all make me verbally repeat what I filled out on the form, but this office already knew everything they had to take into account ahead of time. It made me much more relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be returning as a patient and highly recommend Dr. Chad to anyone looking for a dentist.

Everyone there was awesome and very friendly, I was a referred customer. I really like this office, everyone was well I must say fantastic :-)

Great hygenist and cleaning

I haven't visited a dentist for over 10 years, mostly due to the fact that I was afraid about finding out how bad my teeth might be. Both the dental assistant (Andre) and dentist (Dr. Streiff) were very professional and made the appointment and procedure completed very comfortable. Thank you

We are both very happy with the recent dental care and office services that we have received at canyon Pointe Dental. All staff were professional and so plesant and easy to work with. Most recently, I have had teeth cleaning services that were excellent. Your Hygienist, Beverly, is exceptional. My teeth have not been cleaned so thoroughly and so completely in many years - and not because I had not gone to a Hygienist! In addition, Beverly kept me informed about not only what she was or would be doing, but why. And, she taught me some new things and made good recommendations for my overall dental health going forward. Thank you Beverly and to the entire staff!

My first visit. Thought I was getting a filling replaced. Required a bit more work but everyone made it as easy as getting a filling replaced.

Exceptional office.

The hygentist was very thorough, I think it was my best cleaning ever. I didn't have that leftover gritty feeling after the polish.

The dentist did a great job and made the visit as good as a dental visit can be.

Would like to know if there is a waiting period with my Dental Plan and that is why the Root Canal is so expensive. If I wait longer will the price adjust?

I did not have any treatment done. That is why I marked dissatified as I just had X-rays done, no cleaning or any other procedures done.

Should have been asked to sit in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes before leaving. My reaction alarmed my dad and he took me back. The return appointment should have been written down-i have no idea when it is. I don't remember anything.

I used to be afraid to visit the dentist. I'm eager now.

Your dental hygienist, Beverly, was the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever had in my life. I am 49 years old and religiously have had cleanings once to twice a year. I have never had a dental hygienist as knowledgeable, caring and friendly as Beverly. She really knows her stuff and has a way with people. I always look forward to seeing Beverly!!! I am sure, having the opportunity to work with her on a daily basis, you know how great she is!!!

I have been to a lot of dentists, trying to look for the one that feels right and i finally did with this particular clinic. The staff are all nice & accommodating, office system is fast & patient friendly; my xray series is the best so far combining film with video still shots - very comprehensively done by christine. Instruments are immaculately clean & over all office clinic is neat. Most importantly, & special mention to Dr Chad Dains, very nice, thorough & for me the most 'LIGHT' handed dentist there is, which i think is most important for a patient not to feel a slightest discomfort when a procedure is being done, except of course for the obvious like being injected but the only SLIGHT (compared to other dentists) discomfort i felt was with the initial prick. To all, thank you & keep up the good work!!

Our family specifically selected your office because of your staff. The service, friendliness and efficiency goes above and beyond what I have seen in other offices. From my first encounter with the front office to being treated by the hygienist and dentist, I had an outstanding experience. Everyone was friendly, competent, and professional. I appreciate the efficiency of the office, too...so nice that everything, including the business side of this practice, is up-to-the-minute (paperless office, etc.).

I'm a little concerned right now with my daughter's upcoming treatment. I mentioned where I took her to a friend and explained that my daughter felt very comfortable with your office. This is a much different experience than we have had prior. Unfortunately, my girlfriend informed me that her experience was not such when it came to the actual cavity treatments. She informed me that the doctor was rough to the point that she jumped out of her chair during her fill. You can imagine that now I am worried that my daughter will receive the same treatment next week. I don't want her to be afraid of going to see a dentist.

I am pleased with this office and will keep coming back.

Attentive to the child's needs

Both my husband and myself are very pleased with your dental group. We retired from California, and for the last 25 years we had a fabulous dentist. We were looking for a dentist in Vegas that had the same professionalise and care. We are confident that you are that dentist.
