Less time waiting in chair for dentist would be nice and always having the same dentist instead of a new one everytime I go in and having to explain things again.

Receptionist was doing medical history for new patient when I arrived and could not do normal greet at the desk, so not really any deficiency in the task, just the timing of it.

Coming from a very bad experience with another dental office, I was completly comfortable and felt safe and cared about in this office.

I always feel as if I'm being treated as a Friend, not just a patient. I believe that my treatments at Durango Dental have helped me keep my healthy smile (with all my own teeth at 73)!

Every time I go in there, there is someone new. New dentist, new hygenist, etc. Seems to be a big turnover and it is hard to get to know anyone for any length of time.

Dr. Hoang did the fillings so fast, it was great. In the office at 1:05 and out by 1:45.

I loved everything about my first visit except waiting 35 minuts after my scheduled visit. I like the online sign in sheets.

Your hygenist is the greatest, my teeth are very stained, she worked really hard to get them white again. I am very very satisfied with my care here.

Rosa is amazingly understanding and helpful regarding payment options and my current financial situation. I felt the Dentist , himself, was much less so and tried to pressure me into options that were above my means to consider. I had to be very firm with him that I needed less costly options. He finally came up with some and agreed to do them, although he seemed reluctant and kept insisting that I still needed the more expensive options. And that these less expensive ones were only temporary fixes. Medical and Dental professionals need to understand that, in today's economy, many expensive procedures are beyond their patient's ability to pay and do their best to help with other alternatives, not make the patients feel guilty and embarrassed because they are experiencing difficult times.

I was terrified to go to the dentist, but Durango Dental made me comfortable and it was super easy!

Happy with service. Still getting used to the office and people. Would like to continue if I can get costs before treatment or make sure I know exactly what is coming out of my pocket and what Senior Dimensions pays.

I have to say that this is the best dental office that I have ever been to. I've lived in 3 different states and have never felt more at ease. I always put my dental procedures off because of pain associated with them, but now I will be keeping all my cleaning appointments. I thank each and everyone associated with this office, you have made me a believer in going to the dentist again!

would be nice to have the same dentist for more than a year or so. Have seen 5 dentists total in the 6 years i have been going to this office. all nice but a familiar and consistent face would be nice.

I love the office and dental assistants. I have a problem with the fact I brought my daughters in 6 months ago and they saw one dentist then we came back for their 6 month check up and there was another dentist who had replaced the first, and I have to say we really liked her, and she was the reason I finally made a appointment for myself. But to my dismay when I showed up for my appt. the second dentist had left and there was a new one. I have to say I am not thrilled with this new dentist. I have had horrible experiences with dentist before, and I just wish after having my appt. either of the two previous were here for my experience.

It may help for the assistants to review the patient records and treatment plan prior to beginning treatment. When I was there for two crown installations, the assistant begin to pry off a permanent crown next to a crown that was to be installed instead of removing the temporary crown. I would have been extremely unhappy if she had succeeded in removing the permanent crown before I stopped her. Also, the individual that took the x-rays of the area that was going to be worked on did not know which two crowns were to be installed, so they initially took x-rays of the wrong area.

Although I didn't like the long waits, particularly before the cleaning, the dentist followed up for me to make sure I was seen. Everyone was friendly and positive and I wasn't pressured to buy any treatments (teeth whitening, etc) that I did not need/want. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I did not care for the layout of the treatment areas. I felt they weren't "private" enough. I was uncomfortable sitting without my upper denture while other patients and employees were nearby. While the dentist was very cordial, I felt uncomfortable trying to carry on a conversation with her without my teeth in my mouth.

Anne was fantastic. She exceeded all my expectations. Ill only use her and would travel where she is employed for my dental care.

It was very cold in the entire office -lobby to exam room. I know that keeping it cooler in a dental office can help those who may find the experience stressful. I was so pleased with the services, I would be happy to bring a wrap.

I'm very glad I found this dentist office!

I was very happy with Dr. Lambourne. He took the time to listen to me and explained things very clearly. However, I did not appreciate having to get my picture taken and my blood pressure taken. These are things that I have NEVER done when going to a dentist. I am considering whether I want to return to your offices because I am not going to do them any more if I do return.

I discussed another payment plan but, if they were closer to other dentist office prices I wouldn't need to purchase a discount plan on top of my dental insurance. I don't mind paying some out of pocket but, the out of pocket is comparable to full price at other dentist offices.

Great people, great professionals. This was best visit in terms of time management but normally there is too much of a wait while in the dentist chair. I usually plan to spend most of my afternoon when I book an appointment.

Dental cost appears to be much higher than I expected and appear to vary greatly among dentist offices and even within the so called smile dental offices.

I really like Dr. Lambourne and his staff. They are a big improvement over some of your past dentists.

I had a very pleasant experience at your office. The Doctor was very professional and kind. I was a little apprenhesive regarding the potential cost but the Doctor worked with the lady who handles the insurance and found a way for me to have my work done at the least amount of money. It was appreciated.
