everything at this office is tops, Staff and service are of number 1 quality. You cannot get any better.

I stopped in with a "problem and concern", I was seen right away without an appointment. I was very appreciative of everyone's concern and quick attention.

Please book appointments according to space and time available. that way the patient won't be waiting.

My husband and I have been going to Montecito Dental for five years and it has been great thanks to everyone there.

Everyone was very nice but the wait time from the cleaning to the x-rays was way too long (over 30 mintues).

My wait time as scheduled was too long. I actually ran an errand and came back for my cleaning. I will not schedule the two on the same day again!

You were beyond GREAT

The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids and I had a very positive experience. My daughter was nervous about coming to the dentist and the staff was very understanding and helped her to feel comfortable.

No one mentioned or discussed cost during this visit. I arrived promptly (on-time) and had to wait 30+ min before being seen. This is a very nice group of people (Doctors, tech's, and administrative staff).

The only thing I would have like to have seen change is the amount of time my appointment took. My appointment was around 2:30 and after x-rays, cavity filling and cleaning I did not leave the office until almost 6;30.

currently i am not able financially to proceed with root can/and crown. I would ask approximately what is cost to extract the lower tooth in question. Even with the insurance I am looking into to replace the plan Humana discontinued I can not afford the 70% cost of RC/crown. I may be able to afford the removal.I can not obligate myself to what I know is beyond my means at this time. Thank you

I was highly satisfited with Dr. Azad and Amos. They made me feel extremely comfotable when I was nervous and scared. I really appreciate their timliness and sensitivity.

I was very impressed with the office and the people there. The only thing I could say was the person who took my Xrays was not very personable, kind of rude. Everyone else was very nice and informative.

Comfy and easy to find.

Yesterday's visit was my first with this office. My Daughter uses Shadow Mtn & we have both been to Rock Springs so I knew I would be treated well, but I was worried going in as I get VERY nervous due to needles, but yesterday was fabulous Ana, Amos, Dr Radmall & Tina, were ALL so very nice & helpful not once did I get anxious & the Dr was so gentle I did NOT even feel the needle.YAY Everyone in the office was courteous & smiling. The office was clean & I was taken care of very quickly. I had chosen this office due to location & I am so pleased that I did, I had such a great experience. Thank you to everyone in the office, for making me feel so comfortable & relaxed.

Overall it was a great experience. The flossing was a little rough and I felt like I might choke during the digital photos (with that plastic mouth-opener )

This office is wonderful (for a dentist office). Anna at the front desk is so personalble and friendly. I always feel welcome. I just had a deep cleaning, which by the nature of the appointment is horrible, but I felt (feel) no pain and my recovery is non-existant. This is due to the professionalism and care of Janelle, who is fantastic.

The only thing that was different was that we did not receive the free toothbrush and floss that most dentist give out. The staff was wonderful to my 5 yr old who was in the next room for his exam; they treated him like he was a prince. The dentist was awesome and took time to talk to me prior to exam. I loved that he didn't try to talk to me during the exam since I can't talk answer. The staff was very friendly. The technologies in their office is top notch. I was explained everything up front and given the time to dicuss my options.

Everybody is always so nice, it makes me like the dentist.

Since the dentist I usually see is not there anymore, I would have liked to have been told that, and been introduced to the new one. I would have also liked to have been introduced to the new hygienist or had him introduce himself and been more friendly and personable, since I didnt know him.

Outstanding as always!

We haven't completed the final treatment, but up to this point everything is working out well.

I cannot say enough positive things about your practice, every member of staff is friendly and professional - I always feel comfortable and that my business is valued. From the reception desk to the check out the visit is always enjoyable. Who knew going to the dentist would be the best of any of the dr's appointments I complete each year? Thank you for all that you do to make this the standard of dental care.

Dr Radmall's assistant was especially helpful and courteous throughout. He helped ease my nerves.

Overall my experiences are very good. Dr. Calloway is very friendly & very professional,which makes it easier to feel comfortable. Everyone in the office is very helpful & will give as much time as you need in each process. The only one thing that made me a little uncomfortable were the dental assistants Amos & Holley. (my apologies if that isn't their correct title). Amos seemed to be a couple steps behind which made me a touch uneasy when he did work on me. Although I feel comfotable enough there that you would only hire the best in their field. Holley seemed to be very quick & efficient, and was also nice, but made several comments about the problems w/my teeth. I avoided the dentist for over 7 yrs due to a horrible experience. This has left me w/some embarrassingly big problems. Her constant mention of them intensified that embarrasment. I understand that informing me of these problems helps me prevent future ones, Maybe truth is sometimes hard to swallow.

I just got deep teeth cleaning. I am very satisfied with my hygienist. she is very nice and professional. I was very comfortable during treatment. Thank you so much!

Excellent environment for a stress free dental visit!

Efficiency, Professionalism and pride, coupled with an up beat atmosphere, was a welcome experience and hopefully is the standard for all to follow.

I got the impression the first hygenist that was "cleaning and flossing" was not happy and I even felt that tension as she was flossing (ouch). She switched out partly through the floss to assist elsewhere and the gentleman that took over was gentle with the flossing (big difference) and engaged in conversation with me. He made the experience, along with Dr. Callaway, and the sweet receptionist-a great one. Thank you!

Janelle is awesome! She does a great job everytime I come there - friendly, professional, efficient. I have recommended this office to everyone I know that is looking for excellent dental care.
