I'm concerned about the cost of my latest appointment. I'm not sure the cost is competitive with other dental groups. Intend to look around.

My husband and I both had appointments. He is a very difficult person to please when it comes to any service. When we left, he said, "I'm normally really angry when I leave the dentist, but I can't be. They were just too nice." Impressive! I would also like to thank my ex co-worker, Alissa McAnally for referring me. I hope she gets some sort of bonus for introducing us to such a great experience.

When I used to say I hate the dentist I really meant it (in the past 10 years I have been in a dentist's chair twice, for a root canal and getting my wisdom teeth pulled), but after my last experience I can't say hate anymore. As always the front office staff is amazing, they always treat you like your a person and are sensitive to your needs. But what really stood out was the experience with Justin the dentist. I have an extreme fear of choking (its what has kept me out of chair for so long) and he really took that seriously. I was always informed about what he was going to do next, and although my anxiety kicked in a few times he always seemed to sense when I needed a few moments to breathe. I have to say because of how comfortable my last appointment was I wont be making excuses to cancel any future ones :-) You guys are the best!!

Always a delightful experience from the moment I walk in. Truly appreciate everyone at this office.

I am now, and always have been, very satisifed and comfortable with the care and professonalism provided by Mountain Dental generally and Dr. Patay specifically. I have without hesitation referred colleagues and friends to Mountain Dental.

Every member of the dental staff took the time to talk to me and they were extremely clear about the terms of the care, payment, and they even went out of their way to discover that my insurance covered my cleaning. The dentist even talked to me so long, he had to move his mask down several times. He was great. They were great. And my teeth were super healthy and super clean. I had an excellent experience. : )

Excellent exam, explanations, cleaning. Took quite a while longer than I thought it would- but otherwise exemplary.

My goal is to convert Dr. Patay from being a Giant fan into worshipping the Dodgers, instead.

I am from out of town and lost a large filling. It was amaziming how quickly they fit me into the schedule, figured out my insurance, fixed me up better than new and sent me on my way. If I lived here this would definatly be my dental office!!!!!!

Great office. I called for an appt and was able to get in that afternoon. Dr Patay was great and even fixed a missing filling. There was a delay because of a computer glitch, but the Dr and staff stayed over to finish the job. I will be bring my family to this office and have already refered some co-workers.

I actually enjoy my dental visits....the entire staff is always friendly and I'm confident that I'm receiving excellent care!

excellent care, but took a long time before the actual treatement began, was promised "2 minutes", and took 30 to start. I work full time, so my time is very important to me (and valuable).

The dentist was very friendly and professional. I declined having wisdom teeth pulled right away because they aren't bothering me, and I was told I would be calling back when my mouth was swollen and ending up in the emergency room. That put me off a bit, but overall very satisfied.

Very friendly staff! Was seen right away and filled cavity in the same day as cleaning, no rescheduling needed! Made my next six-month follow up. The whole process was effortless!

You were all very helpful! I feel so much better today! Thanks for seeing me so quickly & relieving me of so much pain! Thank You!

Your office where I received my treatment was very cold. Some heat would have been nice or a blanket. Brrrr

I always feel welcome at this office and cared about! The staff is great. I am not a fan of dentist is general but here I am starting to relax. The white knuckles are starting to loosen up. I have and will continue to recommend this office. A special thanks to Christie the office manager!

Loved Dr Patay. I have already recommended that my husband see him. I was very uncomfortable going to the dentist because it seems that I always need lots of dental work. Dr Patay was comforting and my filling was painfree and easy. Thank you.

Filled out medical history prior to appt. When I called to confirm appt why was I not told that you did not have the medical history previously submitted. I could have brought copy with me or filled out again prior to appt. It was a very poor use of my time.

The true is that I have never had the experience of dentist and the staff acknowledge , treatment and the professional way of dealing with patients by respecting the individual's privacy and that is outstanding. Thanks to everyone in this office, keep up the good work.

Given what my insurance would coverand how much was still able to be covered for the remainder of the year, I tried to receive a few different treatment plans after the visit. As it was the receptionist going over the benefits and treatment plan, she was extremely busy and did not have time to give that portion of my visit the fullest of attention. I would recommend investing in a benefits/treatment plan coordinator to make the process easier for the coordinator to complete and for the patient to understand.

Great patient care. Dr. Patay was very informative and showed genuine interest in me as the patient.

Continually impressed by everyone's helpful demeanor and kind disposition; each time I've visited.

I am very surprised that they don't offer sonic cleaning technology.

I was very happy with the service! My hygienist was great…very nice and easy to talk to!!! My all around service was very good!!! I already have my next appointment set and ready to go!!!

Great visit as always. Christie remembers me and my children everytime we have a visit. A wonderful feeling being greeted warmly and in such a efficient manner!!

I was very satisfied with the new dentist. I do not have any dental problems so other than 6 month check ups, a plan is not required. The entire staff is very friendly and I appreciate that. Thank you :)

I enjoyed the visit as much as I could for not liking dentist visits in the past. I will recommend to family and friends.

The staff at this office really care about each individual case. They truly strive to go above and beyond to meet their customer's needs. So far, I have been really pleased with their office overall.

Dr Mary is a very kind and caring doctor....she helps, explains things well, rechecks concerned area til satisfied...AND....she actually cares about the patient and not the pocket book....i really feel very comfortable with her. She does not do any procedure that is not reallllly necessary.. she does what has to be done ...not what could be done. She is very trustworthy... :)

I have some major work to be done. However, I need some flexibility in payment options to continue my treatment plan. I hope the office can accomodate me with some flexibility.

I don't know if my health insurance Teacher's Health Trust covers me in Oregon.

I think someone forgot to give me a cleaning kit prior to me leaving (tooth brush, floss etc)

Everything was great...but I am a bit taller...and your chairs were not very comfortable. I had to sit in one for almost an hour and that was more annoying than what was going on with my teeth. But still an overall great experience. Very timely.

Christi Cooper is an asset to your team! She is friendly, professional and I look forward to the personal attention she shows me when I schedule an appointment for my daughter or myself. I prefer to see the same faces everytime I enter the office and I saw new faces which gave me anxiety. Diana and Courtney (?) are no longer with the company but the new staff was very friendly even though my body language was clear on my discomfort.

The experience was positive - however the replaced crown came off in 3 days. I was traveling and won't be back for treatment until june 6.

everything went very well and i felt comfortable even though i was there a long time...have not had main procedure yet but feel confindent...
