I went to another dentist last year due to their introductory rate and had a terrible experience. I came back to Rock Springs Dental for a second opinion and found that everything they told me had been wrong. I am always treated kindly and respectfully at Rock Springs and I completely trust the staff and the dentists. Thanks for the awesome care!

You have created a friendly environment with a staff who understands quality customer service. I was trying to be understanding of the dental assistant who polished my teeth. I felt like she was in training. The process seemed awkward for her. Then everyone needs to start somewhere.

I am so happy I have found RockSprings Dental Group. Not only is it the best dental office I have ever been to, but the best Medical experience I have had in an extremely long time. Every time I come to this office the staff there is curteous, knowledgeable, and just overall impressive. Before coming to this office I haven't been to a dentist in years because my last visit (not one of your offices) was so subpar I felt like I knew more about dentistry then them. Dr Morris this time, Dr Sherman last time, and Desiree the assistant were very helpful and knowledgable and restored my faith in your industry. I originally purchased a groupon to visit the office. I was unaware that I needed as much work done as I found out, but the office worked with me considering my financial situation. EVERYONE in the office is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I have NEVER been a fan of the dentist, but they just made me one :) I was SO SCARED going in for my treatment, but left FLOORED by how comfortable they made everything. It was a truly "painless" (in every aspect) visit! Thank you to everyone at Rocksprings!!

There seemed to me to be a lot of residual "splash out" from my mouth onto my face and clothes. Also, as my teeth have grown increasingly hot/cold sensitive, the water used during the drilling process was SO COLD that it caused quite a bit of discomfort to the rest of my mouth once we had finally deadened the area. Another thing that may seem silly and isn't really a big deal, because I'm all about a business doing well, and I realize it takes a moment for the anesthetic to work, but... this is honestly the first time in my life that I can remember a dentist giving me a shot and then leaving the room. I mean it makes sense that you fill your time wisely and get to as many people in a timely manner as you can... and YOU DO! But I think the 5 or more minutes alone gives one too much time to fret over what's coming. Petty, I know, but I'm just mentioning it.

The staff, from the receptionist to the dentist, was THE most friendly, helpful bunch of professional people I have ever encountered in ANY business in over 50 years!! Very adept in putting their clients at ease! Extremely helpful and compassionate in every way, like you've known them forever!! It will be a pleasure to see them again!

It bothered me to sign for acknowledgement of my condition and treatment w/o actually seeing the document on the screen or being given a copy of it as I had on my initial visit. Otherwise you guys are great.

I had already decided before I went in that I wasn't going to use this office because it had been a nightmare to try to make an appointment. I had to fight to get an appointment at the same time as my husband and then had to change it due to an error they made. Had to come in super early for me to get in appointment by the time my groupon expired. However, once at the office, everything went so well, that I will definitely go back. The dentist was lovely. They did a very thorough job even though I paid hardly anything. Location was much more convenient than I thought. They definitely earned a new patient in me. (and my hubby too since he never makes appointments) :)

I did not just check the highest answers without reading, I have honestly had a wonderful experience with this office. I have been there 3 times, and my husband twice, and we have been incredibly impressed. Each staff member has been friendly, competent, and professional! We have both been treated with respect and each employee seems to be very good, and passionate about their job. I really have not been this pleased with service in my life. They are honest, nice, and great at what they do. Never a wait, either. I have referred lots of my friends to this office!

I am very satisfied with the whole experience of this dental office. I am someone who doesn't like the dentist so it's not something I look forward to. But this office made it very easy and made me feel very comfortable. I actually had seen another dentist a couple weeks prior but was not comfortable at all with them so I decided to go else where. The rash, was from the blanket, I believe. I probably over reacted, but once you have a reaction, it's something to be avoided at all costs. It went away about 6:30. Dr. Sherman was patient, gentle and professional. He has a successful career ahead of him. We need young doctors to advocate for dental coverage for everyone. It is vital to our health. Will the USA ever understand we must be healthy to excel? I am wondering if there are grants to help the very poor with dentistry? Would you consider an option such as that? Every part of my dental experience at your office was exceptional. I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years due to the last office I went to the people there were pushy and treated me like a dollar sign. Your office has given me a new respect for dentistry. You are extremely lucky to have desiree and dr sherman in your employ.

My root canals took FOREVER. At the end I was threw.

I'm just really terrified of dental work due to very bad care as a child. If I could be knocked out that would be great, even just for cleaning. I'm really stressed over the financial aspect as I also have my daughter to pay co-pays for and my mother,(who has no dental ins.) to pay for. I'm just really scared over the whole thing. Not the fault of anything your practice has done. Also, I was referred by a friend who told me of the Sonic she received. I wasn't offerred the same and the credit towards my account for the toy/school supply drive also differred from what she received. I'm not sure why.

I was very impressed with the overall visit. Dr. Morris was awesome. I was not offered the electric toothbrush as advertised in flyer. I feel that patients should be given a print out of dental plan rather than viewing it on computer screen so as the work progresses you can see what and how much is need to complete rather than trying to remember what was on screen, especially since I am a cash pay patient.

The office has been wonderful if i can just come up with the cost for my root canal all will be perfect. Thank you for the wonderful service :)

Everyone at the office is extremely professional while still being warm and welcoming whenever I come in. I had a follow up call from Dr. Morris after my last emergency appointment. Dr. Morris is one of only two doctors who have ever called to check on me which really means a lot.

The entire team is always cheerful and helpful. They make me feel so comfortable and at ease that I feel as if I've known them for a long time. The level of professionalism when conducting dental-work, either by Dr. Morris or hygenist Samantha, is unsurpassed. Thanks for taking some of the scariness away from going to the dentist!
