The 1st time I set the 1st time cleaning appointment it went well. I happened to contact the office & was told the dentist I was scheduled to see was out on medical leave. I feel somebody should have called me to tell me this. Then a few days later I received a call that the cleanings I scheduled were done wrong & I needed to reschedule again. I was pleased that accomodations were made to still get me seen on the same day that I scheduled the cleaning(the 2nd time).

The dental care received for my daughter was great. I was a little disappointed, however, with the person who came in to discuss my daughters treatment plan (financially). I felt that this could have waited until I checked out, as opposed to going over this while my daughter was getting her teeth cleaned and seeing the dentist. This took time away from me focusing on what was going on with my daughter at the moment. I thought that was poor judgement on behalf of the office person in charge of billing. That's something that can wait to be discussed at check-out and not while the procedure is being done. I felt like we were being rushed out and all this was about was money as opposed focused on the actual care at the moment.

I am super scared of the dentist & they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist is very friendly and tries her hardest to help you feel at ease. The dental assistance did the same. The people at the front desk aren't too friendly and made it seem like they couldn't do what was asked of them.

Was very Was pleased with the office. Told the lady who took my xrays (Krista) I was a little nervous and she took extra care of me. To make me feel comfortable. The only thing I can complain is I was there for 3 hours just for a treatment plan. Didn't like all the waiting. And also when the office manager came over she seemed a little pushy on me starting my treatment plan that day.

My kids go to every kid's dentist next door, so I thought I'd give LMD a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't feel like they tried to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need, were very friendly, and very fast. The entire new patient visit, including cleaning, only took a little over an hour. I am very happy!

I had an appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived, I was informed the Hygienist had to leave early and could not clean my teeth. Therefore I had to reschedule. It was not a problem because Dr. Nelson and all of his staff have always been more then accommodating to my family and me.

The person that does the pricing of how much things would cost left for the day. Which I have no problem with because we all have a life outside of work. What I have issue with is I was advised they would get the pricing together for me and let me know by email the next day. It has been 2 days and no email or at least a call to confirm they are working on it.

I went in due to tooth pain and was treated very nicely. I was told that I would be seen by the specialist to give me a estimate on the work I still need to have done. I was not. When the hygenist spoke to me about the costs of her cleaning, I asked her if this would clear the tooth pain, she said it would but it didn't. It would have been nice to know the costs of my future visits with you.

I was so impressed with the dentist and the assistant as they actually read my file and was informed of my medical condition so it made my visit much more comfortable. And when we went to leave and were already outside, the dentist peeked his head out side to give a personal goodbye... that was an extremely nice touch. And my daughter and I were very impressed. Had an appt. scheduled for 3:30 and didn't get seen until after 4 or so. I understand that the office is very busy, but my time is also very valuable and I was hoping to take care of my exams and cleaning in the 1.5 hours I was scheduled for. But because of the delay I now have to take another hour or more out of my work day to get the cleaning done. Other than that my experience with your office was wonderful.
