I don't often give exceptional ratings, but this dentist visit was nothing less. The staff greeted me warmly and immediately upon my arrival. They made me feel like family, even though this was my first visit. I love how personal everyone is and it really put me at ease when the Dentist came out and sat with me in the waiting room and personally welcomed me. The care provided was also the best I have received. They spend time on every detail. I've never had so many intricate X-rays of my teeth taken. My cleaning/check-up was thorough and pain free. The only constructive criticism I gave is that I did have to wait about 15minutes in my room for the dentist directly after the assistant brought me in. However I was given a magazine (and the magazine was current!), so I'm not complaining. Also, in this survey I would like to see a N/A option added to the questions, because some of them didn't apply. Thank you!

Very competant and friendly staff. The only "possibly" negative thing I saw was that the Hygienist works in an open space and it does not give the patients much privacy as a smaller, one person room would do. I wondered why the office was set up that way.

Experience is fantastic! Dr. Sri is the most caring and professional dentist I have ever had. Don't ever let her go. The rest of the team is great also. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist.

When a patient needs to go to endodontist, they should not be told they need to find one on their own ever. I was helped to find one after letting staff know that was not an acceptable option.

Great staff and wonderful dentist.

Great team, nice and comfortable office. Only thing I wish is that they gave toothbrush and floss and let me know if I had to pay a co payment before my apt.

All visits to Parkway have been extremely thorough, and the people working there have been extremely professional. They are conscientious of getting the work done but also explaining to you what will happen on each step of the dental procedure which is something that I definitely like. They also seem very prompt as far as working on each person.

I think you guys are awesome. That's why I drive all the way to Lincoln.

best dental experience I've ever experienced

I am very pleased with the overall care. I had a horrible experience with I was 10 years old and was deathly afraid of anything dealing with dentistry for years! I was very comfortable during my visit and treatment there.

Everyone in the Lincoln office was very nice, friendly and informative. Made me feel very comfortable going to the dentist.

Believe it or not, I like going to parkway. I enjoy everyonoe there. I would go so far as to say they are my friends. I have enjoyed every visit I have had there.

Staff tried to make the visit as easy as possible but they were overshceduled resulting in less than optimal service. Had to reschedule appointment.

Absolutely the best service, everyone is extremely nice firendly and accomodating. My only thought is I wish I could be in and out a little quicker for my lceanings.

The staff were very friendly. I went in for a cleaning. The appointment took three hours, resulting in me missing a lunch date. I still didn't get my teeth cleaned and had to go back the next day. The office had great technology. I witnessed several HIPPA violations.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sri and I was very pleased with her chair side manner, professionalism, and thoroughness of my oral exam and follow-up treatment.

I was in for a routine cleaning and check, knowing it had been too long since I had seen a dentist - I was surprised to find I needed a root canal - not fun to hear when I thought I'd be out of there in an hour or so. About 4 hrs later I was finished - the over-all experience was just exceptionally well handled by your team of people. Not a pleasant afternoon under the circumstances, but I certainly was made to feel comfortable and well taken care of. My jitters were calmed and everyone was very kind.

Great office team; they are always very enjoyable & personable. Lisa has went far and above to help us with our ortho account. She made the unpleasant task easy-- at least on our end it was easy :-)

Scheduling reminders remains a baffling mystery... Why can't you simply email each family member a reminder notice?

I thought that Parkway Dental Group and Orthodontics was good at the beginning. I was comfortable with Dr. Qwong, but when he left of course there was change. Since I only had a few more visits before my braces were taken off, I didn't really know the new doctor. Things were kind of up in the air, which is understandable changing doctors and all. Overall it was a great experience.

This staff was amazing. We came for our consult on orthodontics and I was more than pleased with the whole process. I am even moving my older daughter from her current orthodontist to your practice because of the ease and helpfulness.

I found every staff member I had contact with to be highly professional, competent and personable. I came in not knowing what to expect. Brian, Stephanie, Dr. Sri, and Matt all put me at ease and made me confident that I had selected the right place for my dental care. P.S. My pain is almost completely gone. The temp crown is very comfortable. I'm hoping that maintains.

The Dentist, while measuring the gum line, poked hard and didn't take time to measure each tooth. She sort of looked them over and poked a few then gave her guestimate rating of all the teeth. SHe hurt me. Otherwise, the staff does a great job.

I was extrememly happy with the friendlyness of everyone I met and felt very comfortable.

given the wrong info.on what was covered by my insurance pryer to the app. for my daughter,not happy with that aspect of service!

Dr. Arora was exceptional, very ethical. A quality not always found today. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ensminger. She was extremely sensitive to my hysterical anxiety over dentistry. I avoid visits until I have so much pain I can't function, but if all of my experiences go this well, I will begin to make regular visits to allow myself preventative care, and stop avoiding all the work I need to get done in order to have good long-term dental health. I had no idea there were dentists out there with so much patience and compassion. Please thank her for me.

The people at Parkway Dental are out of this world! I have never been to a dentist before without being nervous about the pain. At Parkway Dental they are very sensitive towards that, and I felt no pain. I always avoided going to a dentist because of the pain but no more! I will never go anywhere else! This was my initial visit and I felt very comfortable with the proceedings.X-rays were taken and the dentist (Aletha) outlined a program that I thought was quite detailed and clear. Brian reviewed procedures and costs very well. As I am using warfarin, I will consult with my Kaiser doctor and will return ready to go. Impressive.
