Lone Tree Dentists and Orthodontics

Great staff and high level of patient service. All of my questions were answered and I never once felt like I was being rushed through the process. Costs were clearly explained up front. I had a very positive experience.

Everyone was great! The experience was perfect. I am still waiting to hear back to proceed with the dental work needed.

This is the best dental experience we have ever had. The whole team is amazing. The staff is welcoming, personal and a joy to be around. The ortho team is included. We will continue our relationship with this office even after moving. Thank you for giving families a place where the parents and children can have a great dentist.

The only thing I would suggest to the front desk receptionist, is to not assume the party I am with is my significant other,by voicing such comment.

I love that your office is so on the cutting edge and continue to be. I was there 6 months ago and between then and my most recent appt you had even more state of the art instruments and processes.

Everything was explained to me in detail --- I have to have 2 caps on my teeth next week and I am confident it will be a good experience.

I love everyone there. You have worked with me and my issues with FHSA and my schedules. I am always greeted with a smile and I love the friendly atmosphere. You are always concerned about the people waiting to either been seen or waiting for a family member. I could not ask for anything more. I will say that once again I am not happy with the peds dentist. I am sorry that my child gets build up on her teeth. I do my job and brush them once a day and she does the other time. Please don't make me feel like I am a bad parent because that is how she makes me feel.

This was my 2 year old daughter's first appointment and everyone on the dental team was wonderful. They made the experience so good that she spent the afternoon asking when she could go back to visit the "teeth people" again!

My only concern is the finding of gum inflamation and bone loss, which the doctor said has been going on for some time. If so, why was it missed in my prior appointments?

We left our other dentist because the equiptment seemed old and the office was dingy. Fortunately we found Lone Tree Dentists through our insurance provider, and couldn't be happier. Dr. Burson, Chesney, Joe, Gretchen Emanuela and Renee made this the best dental visit I have ever had. Lone Tree Dentists offers the latest in modern technology, a very noticable difference from our last Dentist. I was able to view with a camera the pictures of my teeth as they were being filmed and x-rayed. After my initial exam, Dr. Burson and then Emanuela provided clear explanations of my recommended treatment, and Chesney was quick to show the breakdown in what my insurance covered. Dr. Burson and all of his staff are very personable and seem to have a genuine concern for my smile and comfort. I rarely take the time to complete a survey, or to recommend and product or service provider. However, Lone Tree Dentists was simply the best, so do yourself a favor and see Dr. Burson every six months!

Two and one half hours is too much time for teeth cleaning and simple fitting of Invisiline retainer.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were so friendly and great to talk to. I felt the dentist and other staff were very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated them explaining everything they were doing and noticing while they worked. I felt I was in good hands and was worry free. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Dr. Sebastian was the best dentist I've ever had. He was very informative and reassuring. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, which really helped put me at ease. Former dental experiences have been so bad that I have put off dental care for many years. I do feel better and more informed about my dental needs because of this experience. My hygienist (Emanuella) also has great patience and did a amazing job cleaning my teeth. Thank you!

Wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly and without too much pain.

It was unfortunate to see a lot of the faces I had gotten to know were gone, but the new people were very nice and friendly too. The benefits coordinator went above and beyond to help me, find my insurance because I didn't have my card with me, and explain the costs to me. The dental assistants and hygenists were all very friendly. My visit was very lengthy, but everyone stayed friendly and concerned for how I was doing, and did not compromise my care at all to speed things up. I was very well taken care of.

Very pleasant experience (for going to the dentist). I was also very impressed with the amount of time the dentist actually spent with me during the exam. One thing (not a complaint) is that I probably wouldn't do or recommend the fluoride treatment again. I didn't realize there was going to be white, gross, funky gunky stuff on my teeth for the evening. It lasted about an hour before I decided to brush it off. And you definetly can't go out for the evening with that stuff on your teeth. Kind of a waste of money for me. I didn't leave there with that "fresh from the densist" feeling:) But after I brushed my teeth, it felt a ton better! All and all, a great experience...

We are very impressed with everyone at Lone Tree Dentist. From the first visit, I knew we had found the team we had been looking for! Your care is professional, friendly, helpful, and you meet your appointments promptly. Both of our girls enjoy the staff and their doctors. As their mother, I enjoy how you work with the kids; you provide them with information, offer them emotional support and encouragement, and are attuned to how they are feeling during any given process. This is key to a happy child who is willing to undure some unpleasant procedures. Thank you so much for being so caring and helpful to your little patients! It makes a huge difference for this family.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I was VERY VERY impressed with your facility and the kind people that work there. Thank you all for making my appointment a very pleasant one. I was glad that I was able to get everything done in one visit... that was awesome! But really... you all were very friendly and do a great job! You have hired people that are able to interact/communicate with patients... and that is very important in the business that you all are in. ( It would seem to be logical...however, with the industry that I work in...I deal with some people that really probably are not in the right area). Got my wisdom teeth pulled. They made me relax and I have very little pain. Definitely would recommend.

Just waiting on price of future service and insurance coverage.

You guys are awesome! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and you have patience and understanding for those of us lacking dental insurance and the need to "space out" dental issues and procedures. Thanks for offering highly professional dental procedures at a reasonable cost! :)

Have not have my cleaning or my dentists recomendations as too my overall long term care of my teeth. It is going to take some time and many procedures to predict my overall re-construction of my mouth and teeth. So far during my first vist I was very satisfied

This was my first visit and Dr White is easily the best dentist I have been too. Both willing to fully explain all details (no matter how long it might take) as well as very comforting with my extreme fear of dentists. While I'm not looking forward to the work in front of me, I'm very grateful I've found such a great group of professionals to see me through.

I absolutely love the staff at this office! They always say hi and know my name, we're not just "a client".

Firt thing both of my kids said when we left the dentist office is that they really liked the dentist office & the person that did their cleaning. My 11 yr old daughter loved being in there. She said everyone was really nice. My 15 yr old son who doesn't really care where he goes but actaully said he liked it there better than his last dentist office.
