I think this office if one of the very best I have ever been in. The staff is so professional and caring - and Dr Howard is one of the best dentists ever. He is knowledgeable, caring, thorough, - I cannot say enough about Dr Howard and the staff.

Staff is friencly and professional. Facility is clean with up-to-date equipment and conveniently located.

Great Staff!!! Explained all expenses to me before doing any procedures.

I am extremely pleased. Other than having insurance that would pay for more of the services I need, I am very very satisfied and would recommend Loveland Dental to anyone -- and in fact I do so whenever someone I know is looking for a new dentist. Dr. Howard and his staff are great people and superb dental professionals.

Had to wait about 20 minutes while the dentist finished up a crown. No big problem. Overall I like the high tech office atmosphere.

overall I am satisfied, I don't get dental care as often as I should but I will return in the future.

1. The only thing I didn't like is that upon scheduling, I wasn't informed that cleaning would need to be scheduled separately. The receptionist should inform people of this, especially when one calls and says "for cleaning". 2. The only other improvement might be to add some dog/cat posters or something to the interior to make it less sterile. 3. I was very pleased with Dr. Howard and his plan for my care. I was pleased that he made a plan at all! I like the proactive treatment and getting things fixed and to where they should be.

The staff is quick, knowledgeable and decisive, but have been very accepting of questions and can answer them in an understandable, precise manner. I appreciate the consideration of costs and they have been willing to work with me to make sure I can afford the care I need. Their advice is sound and considerate, because they really do care about their patients. I know going to that office, I will be taken care of. I'm a newer patient, but already I see myself being a patient indefinitely.

You all have been wonderful. And to someone that's had bad dentists in the past, you are restoring my faith in dentists!!

Very happy with all the staff and dentist. Everyone was thoughtfull and very nice.

The only complaint I had was with Ashley. When my mouth was bleeding quite extensively she left me for 15 minutes. She claimed it was only 10 but it really was more... I was paying attention. The blood was all over my mouth and driping down my neck. I was able to flag down another person to change out the gauze pads. Because it was bleeding so much it needed to be changed out every 2-3 minutes. She felt really bad but she really shouldn't have left the room until it was really under control.

Yours is the only dental office that I've ever enjoyed visiting and look forward to returning to (and I'm in my 60's, so I've been to a lot of dentists)! Every one of my visits has been exceptional, and I have referred several family members and friends to your office. I hope you never change!

Was disappointed that my "X-ray/cleaning" appointment was not completed. No cleaning was done. When the hygenist and dental assistant were noting teeth placement; they didn't always come up with the same answer.

Jodi was excellent, very detailed, best cleaning I've ever had.

The cleaning was the least painful of cleanings I have had in the past. Thank you for getting me in and everything done in one visit. And thanks for staying late so everything could be finished up, I appreciated it.

I was surprised to find out that I had a cavity since I had just been examined in Jan. and there wasn't any seen at that time. My teeth have been cleaned every six to 9 months over the last 25 years. If I do have the work done that Dr. Howard has perscribed I would like that checked again to make sure. Since I presently have no insurance, I'm not going to spend money I don't have to. I also feel that his perscription of what was needed might have been a bit agressive. I think I should have been asked if I wanted the work done,and could I afford it at this time. The whole thing was presumed and I didn't really feel I had much of a say in it. I went along with it and I probably should have said something.

Dr Howard and his assistant are very good, as well as everyone else in the office. It's been a very long time since I've had such good care and they treated me well and listened to my concerns and I am very pleased with the results. Kathy was very helpful with my initial questions and concerns. Thank you!

When I scheduled my appointment the call center did not tell me that I would not be getting my teeth cleaned at my appointment. That should have been explained.

I asked for a print out of the explanation of the charges. Have not received it as of yet.

I felt the front office was a bit intimidating. I have a fear of dentists and when I walked in I felt like I entered a lawyers office. Very happy with the technology the office provides and Marisa was vey pleasant and helpful. She made sure I understood what my insurance would pay and what my portion was going to be.

Loved having the latest and greatest technology. Having a crown done in one appointment was amazing! I loved watching th CAD/CAM do its work to create my tooth. Dr. Howard and his entire staff were very attentive, friendly and made me feel at home and welcomed. Joni did a phenonimal job on my cleaning and my new crown made by Dr. Howard was perfect! Wonderful experience!

Very satisfied, staff was very helpful,procedures explained.

Everything was great except that I spent 4 hours at the office when I had only scheduled a cleaning, exam and x-rays. I told the staff I had to leave by 6:50pm no matter what because I had another appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 3pm and I was not walking out the door untl 7:10pm. I felt the office visit took way too long (I did get a crown put on). I was not happy that the staff didn't honor my request to be done and out of the office by 6:50pm. This cost me to lose my 7:00pm massage appointment that I had prepaid for. That was very poor planning and poor customer service since I advised up front that I had to leave at a specific time. I would not have gotten the crown on this same visit if I had been truthfully advised that I would not be done by 7pm.

Need time to evaluate long term dental plan with insurance options.

Overall experience was great. Really appreciated that the dentist found nothing wrong - always wonder if they come up with things that need to be fixed just to make money. Sorry, but that's the reality of things and how people think. Glad to find someone who is honest.

What can I say? Needed a dentist really fast and you all stepped up to the plate. No hassles, very business-like yet personable.

As the economy continues to knock me down, with the loss of my job, a move, and a recent expensive vehicle repair, I'm sure I'm not the only patient who is in financial hardship that has visited Loveland Dental Group. I think that even though I wasn't overly pressured to purchase more services, I did feel uncomfortable about my not being able to afford necessary dental care for the first time in my life. I'm kind of tough and only have pets to feed so I'll be okay but just an FYI that others may feel the same. I will be in touch though to have the dental work done that I need. I just don't know when.
