The team adapted very well during a challenging power outage.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and warm. They made you feel like they truly cared about what they were doing and was more than helpful when it came to checking for insurance and such. Very pleasant visit and definitely taught me that there are alot of advancements in the dentistry field than I have been subjected to over the last 30-40 yrs.

I could not have been more pleased! The staff was excellent, the dentist had excellent patient rapport and explained everything as he performed the exam. I referred two people on my drive home. I can't tell you just how happy I am that I came to this office!

Was wondering if I should have put implants on the bottom part of my mouth rather than a partial....not sure if I have enough bone for bottom left side.

Going to the dentist is not my most favorite thing but Modern Dentristry (my new dentist due to a switch in my insurance) really has a great process from start to finish. It's good when you can smile at the dentist's office!

My only complaint would be I felt they rushed a little, but mostly my teeth feel pretty clean

Enjoyed my initial visit. Was provided with lots of information and options. Realize that dentistry is a business in today's very competitive business world, but I have the "feeling" that I am like a car on an assembly line in that competitive business world. The personal touch has just disappeared and it's all about money. One just doesn't know what really needs to be and what just generates business. This evaluation is more about all dentists and America in general. We from the "Greatest Generation" remember when it was different. Anyways, that's my experience (and feeling) with two Loveland dentists now. Don't take it personally because it is what it is!

My initial evaluation was fabulous. My cleaning is scheduled but expect the same quality treatment.

The woman in the office, I think her name was Kathy - short hair, was very nice. She helped explain what all the stuff was that I needed to have done and showed me how much it would cost. She was just very friendly.

I found my temp crown is very sharp on the top. I feel it is irritating my tongue and I was told by Matt that the temps are always a little sharper. My car dealer always mitigates my remarks, I expect it, but not so with my dental office. Matt hasn't seen it or felt it. Where is the love? yes, I am a little sarcastic because it isn't a really big deal (my tongue put me up to it).

Te dentist was very kind and understanding to our daughter Sarah. She felt very safe with him. Thank you for being so caring.

very wonderful office experience

Very friendly and they explained every step so I knew what to expect.

I understand the costs for a crown, but the scaling and root planing seem expensive for about a one hour procedure. Overall service was exellent, just concerned about costs, my options, and the way they were explained.

I was very impressed with how both professional and friendly everyone was. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and have never been as impressed by how an office was run as I was yours.

My only problem was with my prescription after my oral surgery. I was told the prescription would be called in and ready for pick-up after the surgery. My pharmacy of choice was recorded for this purpose. After the surgery my husband was handed paper prescriptions. This would not have been a problem except that, due to an emergency, my appointment had been delayed 2 hours! We went to the pharmacy and got there just as they were closing for lunch. They informed my husband that it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could fill the prescription. We drove back to the dentist office and told them of this problem. They said it would be fine as the local I was given was long-lasting. My husband took me home and went back to the pharmacy to wait for the prescriptions to be filled. He came home as soon as it was filled. By that time the local had worn off and I was miserable, in a good deal of pain. Because the pain had a chance to get so bad, it took hours to get it back under control. This was C

Dr. McMunn Is incredible. I appreciate the level of concern, including calling me in the evening to ckeck on me. Ted is also AWESOME!! He did more than just his "job" to help me with financing and make sure my surgery proceeded as planned. Thank you to everyone!!

An overall great experience for me. I had not been to a dentist's office in 8 years because I have a general fear of them, however, I have totally changed my opinion towards dentist's after my visit. I was treated very kindly, and everyone there was very friendly. The best part of my visit was with the hygienist, Sarah. She knew how I generally felt about going to the dentist, so she made me feel very relaxed by joking around with me, and lightening the mood with a great sense of humor, but staying equally professional with the cleaning. I actually had a good time at the dentist's office...I never ever thought that I would say that! Thanks!

My only complaint is that Dr. Pam is a little young for me to feel comfortable flirting with! I'm just too damned old. (insert smiley face here) All joking aside, you folks are running a great practice. I will be back and will recommend you.

I was very happy with my dental care. The only issue I had was that the blood pressure equipment was not working properly and when my blood pressure was taken it came out very, very high. I had never had high blood pressure and I suggested that most likely the equipment was not working correctly. It was suggested by the dental assistant that I see my physician immediately. So I went over to Walmart where they have a free blood pressure machine and it indicated that I was in the normal range.

I have not been to the Dentist in many years 16+ years in fact. I have always been hesitant and worried about dental treatment, mainly to the way I would be treated due to my situation. I must say that I was overwhelmed with the amount of care I was given. I felt extremely comfortable thanks most part to the staff, they seemed to really care about my situation and wanted to help improve not just my oral health but my overall health. I am very glad to have found this office and hope to make it my families office for many years to come as long as the same staff is available because I feel most comfortable with them!
