I would like to give special mention to Anita. She was extremely kind and helpful in calming my nerves during my deep cleaning visit. She explained each step of the process and gave me good advise about after care. She has a wonderful personality and is very thorough.

I especially enjoyed talking with Aimee and Dr. Marsha Kushner. They were both very friendly and professional. They both made me feel very comfortable while I was there. Fortunately my insurance changed and allowed me to find a better office. I am very pleased with my new Dentist. I've shared this with my husband and other agents at Ebby Halliday.

i came in to have tooth pulled due to PAIN, however, my tooth was not pulled and i was offered gum cleaning. I am sure this is needed, however, my main concern at that time and still is, MY TOOTH IS PAINFUL. thanks

The only problem we had was having to wait over two hours to actually see the dentist. If it wasn't for Dr. Chitre we would have waited longer. Because of her we will definitely be back.

I did not care for drying machines for carpert operating during business hours. Not very sanitary. The mqchines wert dirty. The carpet drying should have happen during close of business.

I had to wait for over 15 minutes in the chair for the dentist, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

the office got me in immediately after I broke a crown. Very grateful and the crown fits great!

No complaints about anything. Everyone is always very nice.

The only problem was after I checked into my appt, the wait time was long...at least 30 minutes after appt time. When I have an appt, I do not like to wait that long. I could of gotten there 30 minutes later...

I really enjoyed Kadie and Robbin and the Hygienist (can't remember her name). They helped me by working with my insurance appropriately and putting my mind at ease about the cost. I will be visiting this office again and I am very glad I found it!

The people I saw remembered me and that made me feel at comfortable. I had just had arm surgery and everyone was sensitive to my discomfort and made sure not to bump me hurt me. For that I am most thankful.

the only complaint I have is that after my xrays were done, i waited 30 minutes before I saw anyone.

Wish that cleaning was the same visit as the x-rays, too much time to spend for 2 visits. Bathrooms, vents, carpets, very dirty.

The entire staff was unusually friendly and efficient. The benefits coordinator took time to explain PPO V. HMO dental plans and worked with me to schedule a pediatric appt at another office. One problem, though; the McKinney office was not aware that Dr. Hatch (pediodontist) does not yet have permit for administering drugs for anxiety. Luckily I called the day of the appt and found out which saved a 2 hr round trip to Wylie. Overall, the customer service at McKinney was excellent.

Dr Chitre is very professional, easy to talk too, and an awesome Dentist. The Dental Assistant Curcilia made my apprehensive visit comfortable and seamless....The office has great energy...I received two crowns and never felt more relaxed.... this is my first truly enjoyable experiance at a Dentist Office. Loved the movie and warm fuzzy blanket!!

I thought that everyone was very professional and personable. Very nice office and clean. I didn't understand that the hygienist wasn't there on Fridays but that is probably because of the groupon. I am returning for my cleaning and a filling.

I arrived for an exam and was having some irritation on my gums. I was able to get a cleaning that same day which was very welcome. It was recommended I replace a crown. I was pleased to find out I could start that day and it would be completed in a total of 3-4 hours by the next morning. I spent 3 hours in the office on Wednesday and told I would need 1 hour to finish my treatment if I came in at 9:00 am Thursday. When I arrived at 9:00 am I was told I needed to be re-imaged. After an hour of imaging, I was told I could leave and come back or wait for my crown which would be done in 1 hour. I did not leave the office until 12:30 pm, so I spent a total of 3.5 hours in the office on Thursday. I was grateful to have all the work done but the time was greatly underestimated which impacted my work schedule for the day. The Dentist offered free service on a future visit which was greatly appreciated, but the office should work to improve on the estimating of time and more frequent

Excellent service specifically by Dr. Chitre and Melissa

was told about whitening procedure by the dentist. she failed to mention that my composite veneers wouldn't whiten. it was not a problem since I already knew that and declined the treatment. just found it odd that she didn't notice or mention it. i don't like the fact that exam and cleaning don't occur during the same visit. though when I did arrive for my cleaning the dentist did it since the hygenist was out sick and I have to drive a long way to the clinic. she used the Cavatron which does an excellent job.

I was extremely satisfied with the service we received at the dental office. My two sons had their cleaning done and it was done so quick. The dentist was also helpful wiht questions and understanding the nerves of one of my sons appointment. We like going to this dentist office.

Everyone is polite, courteous, friendly, and genuinely interested in our care. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you so much!

I am very impressing with their website. It made me very comfortable with this office room, and the area. I know where I go to dentist office so quickly.

One of my biggest issues is that when you sign in, no ones greets you. You don't typically speak to anybody until they call you up. It's important to acknowledge everybody who walks in, AND to update them on whether or not their appt will be on time. We understand that complications happen. But, you need to regularly update clients when delays occur. No one should have to come up to the desk to ask why they haven't been seen yet. Everybody's time is valuable and should be respected.

I had made an appointment with Dr. Chitre and when I arrived they informed me that Dr. Loving was going to see me with no explanation of why or asking me if that was ok. It was a little uncomfortable not knowing who or why he was working on my teeth. I was referrred to Dr. Chitre and was expecting to see her. The overall experience was great everyone was very nice!

Some how I was not on the schedule but they got me taken care of and in a timely manner. I have had issues in the past with my procedure taking double the time I was told. I even had to come to the waiting area on time because I was nubbed and left in the room for 30 minutes with no reason for delay. I currently hesitate to refer anyone at this time but will keep this office as my dentist for now.

I enjoyed the reception and the way I was treated by the whole group. Looking forward for the next visit. Keep up the good work.

Very satisfied with everyone there. People could not have been nicer. My long term plan is unclear, but that was not their fault. It is my own personal situation.

The fees were my problem. I was caught of guard as to how much it would be.

The team that takes care of me is the best I have ever had. The filling that my dentist put on the surface of my tooth is incredible. You almost cannot tell it is there unless you look closely.
