I have always avoided going to the dentist. I have experienced poor dentistry in the past, but was extremely impressed with the dentist's sincere approach at helping me feel comfortable and his mastery at making my teeth look their best. I didn't receive full mouth teeth cleaning service on this visit. I'm not quite sure why. I had to wait 30 minutes for the hygientist to do one quadrant of deep cleaning. Maybe that is why I didn't get a full mouth teeth cleaning because Dr. Choi had recommended a full mouth deep cleaning, but I couldnt afford to do that so I just had one quadrant deep cleaned. And because I had another appt to get to I really didn't have time to worry about the full mouth teeth cleaning.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. I was frustrated with my last dentist with the difficult making an appointments and the quality of work. Changeing to Menifee Smile has the perfect choice for me: 1. Location is more convient 2. Friendly service 3. Dentist listen to area concerns 4. No pain during treatment and after 5. Teeth cleaning was a concern since I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in years, but during the process I had no pain and my teeth look and feel awesome.

It is customer-friendly regardless of the age, gender and race/culture and belief. It is a plus to explain the procedures to the parents and have them see and experience with the child their time with the dentist or hygienist. It never hurts to educate the parents about dental care so that they can follow through with their children at home and have healthier gums and teeth for everyone in the household.

One bad thing, when I came back for a check up on my gums (all my upper teeth were pulled) I had to wait in the chair for an hour before the doctor came in to check my gums. I was very mad about that.

Overall, I was very satisfied, however I left without my cleaning because by the time they got around to me it was 2 hours after my scheduled visit. I have rescheduled the appointment, but just as yesterday, I can't wait 2 hours before being treated. I will definatly give the office one more opportunity to treat me in a timely manner.

I think the staff is very nice however I was a little disappointed that no one greeted me or aknowledged me until it was time to go back (which was not too long of a wait). Once my cleaning began the hygenist had to go fill the water tank, came back then disappeared for approx 10 mins. By the time she came back the numbing stuff had worn off and she proceeded to clean. She would numb the top but then start working on the bottom where it wasnt numb and visa versa. Thought that was strange and painful. Overall I was fine with the visit, just a few things that werent as smooth as my first visit.

Only one small issue. First time we visited for one of the kids the receptionist turned the monitor towards us so we could see what we were digitally signing. The next four times were were in the receptionist did not do this so we weren't able to see what we were signing. Obviously it doesn't bother either my wife nor I that much since we signed without saying anything, but I think I'd be slightly more comfortable, and I think it would be more appropriate, if we were shown what we were signing for without having to ask. But besides that one small thing, everyone has been very friendly and professional and we're both impressed with the office.

I love the fact that we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Every doctors office we've ever been to are always behind or over booked and have you wait for over 30 minutes. Your staff is very prompt and friendly. My kids were very happy on the turn around time and my 12 year old noticed the cleanliness in the patient rooms. Thank you.

My experience was overall very good, except the fact that the file broke off during my root canal and I now need to see another doctor to finish the procedure. I understand that accidents happen, but for someone who does not like going to the dentist to begin with, it is very frustrating.
