My only concern is when I was fitted for the mouth guard I noticed on my way back to work that my front tooth is now chipped due to it fitting so tight and having a hard time getting it off while she worked on getting it just right. Now I'm not sure if I should wear it or wait until my next visit for you to file down the break. She did a great job though.

Kristina is the best. She always makes me feel extremely comfortable, which is a great help as I fear the dental office. She goes above and beyond. She is just GREAT! Dr Oates is just as great and they are both professional and friendly.

The disclaimer form stating everything that could go wrong should ahve been presented weeks ago when I considered this appointment, non on the day of the procedure. I almost didn't go through with the procedure because i wasn't aware of all of those things.

I love this office and staff. I have been coming here for three years now and everyone is super friendly and very professional. The appointments consistently are on time. I am treated in a timely fashion and never have to worry about wait time. I highly recommend this office and whenever someone is looking for a dentist I always refer them to your office.

I was very nervous and my blood pressure was very high. They were very concern regarding this because I was having a root canal. They made me more at ease and procedure was done with no problems.

It would be nice if the TVs had a movie on for the kids to watch when I come and maybe some more books to look at.

They gave me advice on preventing problems, and did the flouide shellac to prevent cavitiy at the showing tooth bases.

Was treated great by all and look forward to my next visit.

Only issue is the chemical burn on gums while having brace bracket reapplied

This isn't just a dental office,it is a group of caring people who do more than expected to make you feel important and well taken care of. Dr Genenbacher and his team make me feel like my needs are number one for them. I always feel welcomed and pampered and as if they are in no rush to get me treated and gone. It is a pleasure to receive such a high quality of care.

The dentists and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The dentists always explain the treatments thoroughly and make sure your questions are answered. The staff is always sweet and friendly and cheerful, and when you have early morning appointments, that is very helpful!

I was supposed to get a call on Monday afternoon or Tuesday to come 7 pick up my whitening kit, and as of 8:00am on Wed. no call! I will call office to see what the problem is, that is the only disappointing part of my treatment at Smiles!

I had not been to a dentist in a very long time because I hadn't had good experiences: long wait times, rude staff, lack of patience with questions, overall disregard for me as a human life form, etc. Even given the treatment I had to have, I was EXTREMELY impressed with not only the front office staff, but the dentist and hygienist as well. I barely sat down before my name was called. The pricing was less than I expected and they did everything they could to work within my budget. When it came to the actual treatment, I was informed of every process. I was very nervous about being there, which made me cold, so I was shivering quite a bit. They brought me a blanket! I really have to say that now I don't cringe at the thought of going to the dentist. I will be happy to refer Gateway Smiles to anyone who will listen! If I could suggest one area of improvement, it would be to provide neck pillows for longer procedures.

The entire staff is wonderful, pleasant and caring.

Can you enjoy going to the dentist? You can if you are greeted upon entering, have a very friendly and professional assistant to the dentist which helped the time pass nicely, and have a dentist (Dr. G) who answers all your questions and is very considerate of my pain and cost of treatment. Answer is "Yes". This is what I experienced at my last visit with Gateway Smiles.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Jessica at the front desk. I know she will make sure that I utilize my insurancethe best way possible. She is very thorough and genuinely a nice person. She reflects well on your business.

My overall experience was very good. I was happy to see the technological advances your office has (same day crowns and digital xrays). I was very pleased with Dr. Oates - he has a very good chairside manner and was very patient with me. I was also happy that the office is willing to work with me on payments as dental work can be very expensive. The only negative thing I experienced was that the injection I received prior to getting my crown bruised my gums and has been very painful for over a week now. I was assured that this is a rare occurance and most likely happened because of the location in which the injection had to be given.

Hygienist was very good, gentle and considerate of the possibility of pain. Explained everything.

My first two dental X-rays were done without the sensor being plugged into the X-ray machine. Not much radiation, but still unnecessary x-ray exposure. Perhaps students should be more closely supervised.

Got an appointment right away and I thought the information Dr. Oates provided was very thorough. Everyone was very nice!

There is a lump at the roof of my mouth that I asked about, it appeared after the periodontal surgery. No one could explain the lump.

I have been a patient at Gateway Smiles for just about 3 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with every aspect of this dental office. Kristina, the caring dental hygienist who cleans my teeth, always does an excellent job. I have a problem with staining and my teeth always sparkle when she is done. I plan on being a patient at this dental office for a very long time.
