This was by far the best visit to the dentist I have ever had. The office staff was so warm and welcoming, I didnt even feel like I was at the dentist until Dr. Young pulled his needle out!!!!!! but surprise, surprise I didnt even feel that.....I have already been telling everyone about my amazing visit and how fun, festive, and pain free this office is.....I LOVED IT

I had an appointment for myself and my 2 children late in the day. I was brought back promptly and the office stayed late past closing hours to finish us all up. I never once felt rushed or that I was an inconvience. Your staff goes the extra mile to make the patient feel comfortable. The Doctor is obviously very experienced but the particular one that made the initial evluation of my dental problem needs to let the patient get a word in edgewise, but that is only a personal thing with me and does not reflect on the doctor's professionalism which is very much above the average.

My visit to this location went wonderfully from start to finish. My dentist, Dr. Ruppa was kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my needs and helped me decide on the best plan of action. She called me later on that evening to see how I was feeling. The office staff was professional and friendly. The dental assistants were extremely gentle and kept me informed as to what was going on. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of quality dental care.

Donna Valdez is a great addition to the Town Center team. Beautiful, beautiful eyes!!!!! Talkative, informative about questions I may have about the procedure being performed or other procedures I may be interested in. Pro-active in asking other team mates for information that I may have been inquiring about that she was unsure of. Schedules my future appointments for me instead of having the front desk people do it. It worked out to be a bit more seamless because she knew exactly what to schedule me for next, i.e. follow-up visit and oral consult. So all I had to do was pay for my visit and I was done.

The hygienist Shaina was excellent. She was very sensitive tothe fact that those xrays are not fun. She got them done quickly and correct the first time. I left mylast dentist even though he was great because I didn't like the hygienist. She was scatterbrained and didn't make me feel comfortable in letting her work on my teeth. Dr. Young was great as well. He was very friendly and his jokes put me at ease. :)

I arrived a half hour early and was taken in an hour early. The ability to fill in my personal information before hand was a nice timer saver. Everyone was very easy to get along with, and excellent at their given job. I've always hated going to the dentist due to pain, but Dr. Young and crew allowed me to get through a root canal without feeling anything. I have been a patient for several years now, and I am usually very happy after a visit. This last visit, however, was pretty awful. Everyone was nice, but I was there for an hour before I even saw anyone, then the dentist came in-- he was obviously rushed-- looked at my xrays, said I needed a filling, and left. That was it. It took me another 30 mins to set my appointment! I was in the office for almost 2 hours and I saw the dentist for 5 mins and got xrays. Very disappointing, and if I have anymore visits like that I will probably switch offices.

Since I am the parent answering for my 17 y.o. daughter.... and myself... the manner in which the prep for oral surgery was done was sub standard. During care the patient has the right to understand everything being said..the 2 assistants spoke and laughed in Spanish as they smeared her lips with what ever prep. Then my daughter's IV infiltrated and they did not notice! the Dr. noticed she was in pain and the build up of fluid under her skin! My daughter said she felt as though she was going to die as she broke into a cold sweat all over. As a current nurse of 26 years.. this is not acceptable. The surgeon is Great though.

The only thing I would say is I called the next day, as the doc had prescribed penicillin and an over the counter mouthwash, but the pain worsened extrememly into the night and the next morning...I called around noon to see if they could prescribe something for pain, the person who answered said doc was at a meeting and would be back around 2, they would call me back..I ended up having to call back around 4:15 to get the prescription. Other than that, the doctor was great very professional and I was impressed with the staff and how quick and attentive they were to my needs.

I was recommended to this office for my older son and have recently taken my second son and will be taking my 3rd son here for his braces also next year and evuntally my 4th and 5th son if needed. The Dentist that I was seen/evaluated by was excellent (Dr. Ian Young), however the dental assistant/hygienist took an awfully long time to proceed/begin the polishing/flossing of my teeth. I believe she had me waiting in the dental chair for approx 1/2 hour after the dentist had already seen me.
