Everyone was wonder did not feel pressure about getting any of my dental work done, which made me want to move forward Even though I could not get my teeth cleaned, it was made up to me No one made me feel bad about the shape my teeth are in Thanks so much

I just went in for a cleaning. I mentioned pain in crown done by another dentist & dentist tried to fix problem, but it still hurts to bite down & it's very sensitive to cold, so I will need to have crown redone at some point.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable with everyone.

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever received. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way, even through the painful parts. The dentist explained things in terms that I could understand and they made me feel like I would have no worries even before I was told the cost as if they were going to make sure I had my problem fixed regardless and living within a budget, that really relaxed me. I appreciate the way everyone handled everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patterson since before his youngest was born. I am very fond of him and totally trust his abilities as a dentist. He's the best so far as I'm concerned. When the trip becomes more difficult for me because of my age, I will then find a dentist within walking distance (there are four or five).

I would prefer more cleaner and refreshing after the cleaning, but it seem that I don't feel it.

Was really worried about my visit. My son said he had a pleasant experience which was my biggest worry going in. Very pleased with everyone in the office and how nice everyone was.

My concern was that when the staff called me to reschedule my appointment, we discussed my financial situation and I was quoted a much lower price than when I came into the office. It was an unpleasant experience.

This dental office has a very friendly staff. Everyone was professional and the overall experience was as good or better than I have received at any other dentist offices in the past. I have found my dental office while living in this area. Great job!

It has taken me years to find a dentist and dental office since I lost my longtime dentist several years ago. i have seen a couple of other dentist but I was less than satisfied. I felt more like a dollar sign than a patient. My only complaint or concern are concerning the 18+ xrays and digital pictures taken on my first visit. It seemed like overkill and certainly not necessary. Otherwise I feel like i have finally found a dentist to replace the one I lost years ago.

For not have seeing a dentist in 22 years, I was extremely pleased with the quality of treatment and staff introduction & kindness. Thanks so much for everything and for being my new dental group!!

I loved the dentist and the office was great, but I was very upset that the front desk did not check to see that my benifits did not cover the visit before they started working on our teeth.

At my age, I have been to many dental facilities. This one is by far the best and even though I am full pay, I will not go anywhere else!! The entire staff, from start to finish, is awesome. Courtney is a doll and very helpful. I really liked my hygenist, I believe here name is Holly. And, Dr. Patterson is the best dentist I have ever seen. Thank you to everyone!!!

I came for a cleaning and asked a couple of questions about other procedures I was considering. I was given all of the info that I requested but I am not going forward with the plan as of now.

I was very impressed by all the staff. The dentist was friendly and made me feel right at home, and everyone else was incredibly polite and smiling. I was also impressed by the state-of-the-art technology as well as the overall cleanliness of the office. The only thing I would say is that my gums hurt a lot more than usual the entire day after. But over the past year I have actually taken BETTER care of my teeth, so I'm not sure if it's just me or if the cleaning was just rougher than I'm used to.

My overall experience was great...no complaints about any personalities, everyone was professional and friendly, easy going. My only disappointment was in learning the dental hygenist had made a doctor appointment the day before my visit but was not told until the end of my visit. I would much rather have been informed BEFORE I came across town and gladly rescheduled the appointment in order not to have to return for the cleaning which was an important part of my visit. Courtney was polite and appologetic in explaining but obviously would have been an infinitely more efficient use of my time not to have to return...but I will of course. I realize this was an exception to your 'norm' but from one business owner to the next, it's better to be honest ahead of time instead of creating a situation for disappointment and poor use of my time. Thanks for listening. I am very comfortable w/Dr. Patterson and if he is cost effective I would return for any future dental needs. Blessings to al
