Haven't been to the dentist in a loooooooong time. I went in, they told me what I needed. We discussed payment options(which there were multiple). I chose and they took care of my teeth and I was an emergency/walk-in patient.

I actually felt good after leaving the dentist. I appreciated their efficiency in attending to my situation immediately rather than scheduling another appointment to start treatment. I feel that they used up-to-date techniques that lessened my discomfort overall and reduced the time I had to spend in the dentist's chair.

Although my appt for a 6 month checkup, cleaning, and Xrays took 2 hours, I understand that sometimes the staff is running behind. It would have been nice if one of the assistants could have told me that they were behind and maybe update me on how long it would be between each part of the appt.

Came in to get a cleaning and new crown. The cleaning was excellent. The new crown did not fit and had to have cords put under the gum so that new impressions could be taken.
