My friend Cathie Hughes, referred me to your office and I am so glad I came to you for help. I was in so much pain but am much better now. I am looking forward to having Dr. Ballard ad my new dentist from now on.

My experience has always been great, except for the fact that in the past I was not able to get my general cleaning that is covered through my insurance because I have pockets.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The office is very clean and I LOVE the very advanced technology you have available like the digital X-Rays and the giant pictures of my teeth. I would make a before and after picture of the tooth standard procedure for every client who has a repair. I appreciate the fact that you understand that just because we live in Mission Viejo we cannot afford some procedures. If people cannot afford the suggested procedures they will be embarrassed to say so in most cases. Just be aware of this and be sure to present all options. A customer for life is worth way more than any one procedure. I'm just happy to have benefits and be able to see a dentist again after 2 years of no care! Thank you to my dentist and your staff.

I was very pleased with everything, except the hygentist. She sprayed water everywhere and the white paste all on my face. She kept telling me not to spit til she tells me to, but I needed to much sooner than she must have thought. My face was all wet and it was the most uncomfortable and messy cleaning I've had. The dentist was great.

The office overall is excellent - the wait time in the reception area and before the Dr sees you takes a little too long. However I am still very satisfied with the services and will continue to visit and refer this office.

I love Dr.Ballard. I feel very comfortable with her skill level and the quality of care that I receive. She acknowledged me by first name when I was walking through the office. This made me feel like I am.important to her practice. I think the front Office could have better customer service skills, but they do a good job.

Both me and my daughter came in for cleanings. My daughter is 14 and hadn't been to the dentist for over a year. I was very dissappointed with the cleaning my daughter received, as they did not even scrape her teeth, they only checked her teeth and polished them. And she definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I loved my hygenist,but felt that the job done was not worth the extra money. Basically I feel as though the dental business is a racket, and I'm sick to death of it, of dental offices trying to get every last dime out of patients, finding every possible way to get additional money from patients beyond what insurance covers.

The Office is very clean and tidy, the equipment seems up to date, and Dr. Ballard is Wonderful as is the entire Staff.

Everyone was great - all dental offices and staff members should be like this office - (people wouldn't be so apprehensive about going to the dentist if they were) Thanks guys!

Visit was very good . The only drawback was that I spent more time than necessary in the chair waiting because the time spent with the dentist was less than the hour allocated.

Loved Dr ballard's style- my phobias were 50% reduced in one visit and I might come back for more. Your Practice gets it!!! My emotional, physical, financial and dental needs were met!!

EVERYONE was very pleasant and genuinely attentive to my dental care. I didn't feel like I was being run through a mill. I REALLY appreciate that your office doesn't overstep it's professional opinion by suggesting treatment that isn't really necessary, but making the patient feel like it is. Obvioulsy, I want to know what dental treatment DOES need to be done, but I don't want to be taken advantage of. Thanks to everyone in your office for a very pleasant visit!

The office was great--I'd totally recommend it to anyone as far as service. My only problem was how long it took. I sat in the dentist chair for almost 45 min before I saw anyone. Even then in between the people working on me it took 10+ min or so. Seemed ridiculously long for a service business

My dentist was so nice, personable, and knowledgabe. I wish she had been the dentist that I had gone to my whole life.

Doctor didn't show up for my check-up appointment at 2PM. (she came check on me after) My next appointment for cleaning was at 3PM, so I had to wait for hygienist till then. The good thing he came 20 min earlier. I am very satisfied with the service, but didn't like to waste time waiting. Thank you for your business and your interest in patinas opinion Tatyna

My dental procedures were fantastic. The individual doing my deep cleaning was terrific. My only criticism was my wait. I was told to arrive at 3:30 and did not begin any procedure until 4:40. It was a bit much to wait that long. However the quality of the treatment did make up for it.

I checked in right at 10:00 for my 10:00 appt. Two people arrived in the office within a few minutes after me, and they were taken back within a few minutes of their arrival. I had to ask, at 10:22, when I would be taken back. But once I specified that (a) I was not pleased with waiting so long, especially at an appointment time early in the day, and (b) that I HAD TO LEAVE by 11:15 to pick up my children from school, everyone was friendly and quick about getting me back for my appointment. I only felt a tiny bit rushed. So, I was irritated at waiting over 25 minutes for my morning appointment, for which I was on time, but I was pleased with the effort made to get me out as quickly as I needed to be. If things had run much slower, I would have had to reschedule, because with 2 kindergartners and a preschooler all who get out of school before noon, it is hard to get an "emergency" pick-up person who has 3 carseats!!

Every one of the staff members is extremely helpful and friendly. However, the last few visits, I have had different hygienists which makes me a little concerned about the stability of the staff. I love all the technology used by the office however, I find it troublesome that there is no place to put my purse during my treatments.

Dr. Ballard is the best dentist I have ever had!! The staff are amazing and I always feel so welcome when I arrive for my visits. Thanks for always taking such great care of me! :)
