I was impressed with the high expertise of your X-ray tech and hygienist. The hygienist was thorough, gentle and fast. Your equipment is the finest I've seen. Dr. Grassi was skilled and very knowledgeable. She took time to review her training, credentials, and experience with me. This was one of the best dental care experiences I've had.

I had not been to the dentist in a few years due to a bad experience I had with my last dentist. I loved the atmosphere at SMD and will definitely be returning. They were very easy to work with and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything to me, about what they were doing and how much it was going to cost. I ended up having to go to a specialist for an issue with a tooth and they set everything up for me and made it very easy. They did not even get mad when I screamed in fake pain! Very glad I found SMD!!

I am a faithful dentist goer, but this visit has been the best visit by far. I have been going to the dentist every 6 months and this cleaning was the best ever!

I was very pleased with my experience with this office. I was able to take care of a problem in one day, and come back for a regular check-up later. They didn't try to make me do services that were really unnecessary, and out of my budget like previous dentist offices. I'm glad I just popped in.

Friendly staff, dentist was very professional and knowledgeable.

The only problem I experienced was my mouth was numb for five hours instead of th expected one hour I was told.

Dr explained the procedure and the lenght of time the replacement fillings would last. He recommended and i agreed to only do one silver replacement with the natual replacement. He was pleasant, talkative and made a few nice comments on how white my teeth looked. His assistant was pleasant and made nice comments on my purse and asked how i was doing. Really nice interaction with both the Dr and the Dental Assistant. The dental hygenist was less then talkative. I can only assume that my previous review was shared with her and caused hurt feeling. Talk was limited to a the facts about the procedure. Not sure how to proceed. I have accepted the next visit in Novemeber. I'm hopeful that Sienna Modern Dentistry will have such great success that hiring more staff will be a option to switch to new dental person. I continue to work hard to get my teeth health back to normal... looking for a few supportive comments along the way.

The overall office experience was wonderful. The registration was great, the xray portion was good, the visit with the Dentist was wonderful. I was however upset that after the cleaning I was told that there were be a seies of numbers being recorded... 1,2 and 3 were good and 4 and 5 were not. During the call out of nubmers i heard lots of 4s and 5s. I felt horrible that my teeth/gums were in such horrible condition. I wasnt told what to do to get my gums back on track. I was told about a new toothbrush but she never gave me any informtion on the toothbrush, there was no detail of what i needed to do to get my gums in better shape. I left there being horrible and pretty much on my own to figure it out. I mentioned a series of cleaning that i had done before and have to assume that brushing more often, flossing and Listerine is my follow up plan. I shouldn't be guessing on what to do before my next visit. Hope you have other dental assistants that can be part of my next visit.
