As much as i hate the dentist i felt like family the minute i walked in everyone made me forget why i was there for and really enjoyed all the treatment i received the pricing the honesty about what i needed done and how they could help to make it easy and convenient for me this is one dentist office every one needs to visit and lets not forget the state of the art equipment the beautiful office and of course the whole staff thanks MMD. Benefits coordinator should have explained in detail the type of crowns, for example what was the composition of each choice and pros and cons or have referred me to the dentist who could explain that to me. Actually it would be be a good idea to include the composition of the crowns on the written "financial arrangement".

I had some special circumstances, and this office went to great lengths to accommodation me, even though they didn't have to. They knew I was not from LA, and I'm not likely to have a chance to come back, so I knew they were helping me out of kindness and professionalism and not just a desire for my repeat business. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received, and I would recommend this office to everyone.
