My 11 yr. old daughter thought the bean bag chairs were very small, and she said the video game was not in working order. Also, no dvd was playing on the t.v. as the screen was gray and appeared to be on pause. I would recommend having more activities, books, toys for kids in the play area; that the a kids dvd be on the t.v., and that new larger bean bag chairs (not the current bean bag pillows) be placed in the kid room.

Everyone is always very friendly and I feel welcome by everyone. The office staff is always very patient in explaining treatment and costs. The only thing that would be more helpful would be if a long term plan was discussed. I usually understand what I am paying for during each visit but not over the course of a year. It would be helpful to know what to expect and how to budget the costs over the whole insurance year.

Kathy the office manager is very helpful as well as Laurie and Marvee in the front checked me in and made me feel very comfortable, and Laurie explained my treatment options very concisely and made me feel very comfortable with my options, Dr Workings is very friendly and i love her bed side manner, and Jesus was very thorough with his cleaning

the equipment was state of the art, there was actual pictures of my teeth, including an x-ray view. The actual pictures made a difference on how my teeth actually looked and I knew then that I needed to take better care of my teeth. The doctor and staff were very professional and caring.

I am very happy with the dental office and the new dentist is amazing with children! The only thing that I was not happy with was that my 3 year old had to wait an hour after her appointment time to see the dentist. That is a long time to keep anyone waiting, let alone a little kid...

I was very impressed with the dentist who saw my daughter. He was very informative & awesome with kids! I was also impressed that he set up the ortho consult while we were already there and we did not have to come back on a seperate day. The orthodontist was very nice & helpful as well!!! Thank you!!!

This is my third visit to the Moorpark Dental Group and each one has been very positive. The waiting room was a little crowded on my last visit, but I think I hit a perfect storm of people getting in their dental appointments for either the dentist, orthodontist or oral surgeon before the holidays. Even with the crowded waiting room, my wait time was minimal and the staff was still very professional and friendly.

First visit, consulation & X-rays were with confidence & understanding by technician and doctor. Worst is yet to come and not being to a dentist in over 30 years other than for new dentures, very nervous but been assured the best and most confortable treatment will be received. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 pm and it was almost 7:00 pm before they could get to me. I was at the office from 6:00 pm until 7:40 p.m. for my cleaning appointment. They apologized for running late but by the time I was seen and done, it was very late.

Dr. Parvinjah is great. He didn't care that I cried so much or kicked the chair and was very patient with me! I like him a lot. Nancy was good too. She made me very comfortable. The manager was the best out of all the people though. She is an amazing person! Gosh I love her!!!

Seems that the teams job functions could be a bit more organized. Maybe too many people doing too many things at once? they polished my teeth.... without having the dentist complete the cleaning. But overall... the office was clean and the staff was plesent.

I had a great experience at this office and have recommended it to my wife. I especially liked that this office has very modern equipment and the ability to create crowns on site rather than having to wait for them to be made somewhere else and return for another appointment a week or two later.

Dentist's interaction was very good. X-ray tech and service was very good. Clarity of what should/had to be done and the itinerary for doing so was explained well. I have strongly suggested to my wife that she use this facility's services. I likely will use the facility for most of my dental needs despite the location being inconvenient - this because of the team's professionalism and respectful, courteous, and empathetic attitudes.

I had to wait at least 1/2 hour past my appointment time before getting called in. I wish they would call me beforehand and move my appointment up 1/2 hr rather than have me wasting my time sitting around. Or tell me once i get there that they are running behind schedule...rather than waiting in limbo.
