It bugs me to wait in the waiting area for 15+ minutes before called into the treatment rooms. If I'm there at my scheduled time, I expect the staff to be ready for me. My time is important, too. Other than that, I like your office. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have recommended you to my husband.

Dental assistant taking X-rays was in experienced and needed to take too many pics over. Eventually needing assistance, very uncomfortable. During treatment, same assistant seemed distracted, needing Dr. To repeat numbers several times

I just want to give a special thank you to Dr. Joshua Yadegar a specialist root canal endodontist who took the time to talk me through the procedure! I have always had a huge fear of the dentist, so going in was a big deal for me and I was really terrified, but he did an amazing job reassuring me and letting me know that it was all going to be ok! He gained my trust and assured me that he would be gently and that I wouldn't feel anything...boy was he right!!! I could bearly feel the shots which he said would be the worst part and through the procedure he kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok! I can honestly say I am no longer scared of the dentist thanks to Dr. Yadegar! The team at Stoneridge Dental is honestly so amazing, helpful, and nice! Best Dental office I've been to! I also want to acknowledge Dr. Grace Chung who also is a great dentist and very sweet! So glad I've finally found a dentist I can trust and am no longer afraid of! Glad to get my dental plan on track!

All staff is VERY friendly & professional. They make you feel more then just a customer. I'm moving to Riverside and will be relocating. I'll miss them all...

My extractions weren't as scary as I thought they would be. Cyndi took care of all the financial paperwork, so my procedure ran smoothly when I arrived. Dr. Seim and the rest of the dental team made me feel very much at ease and it was over sooner than I thought!

Personnel are genuine people. Pleasant and respectful.

I am a little uncomfortable with the changing of dentist although I understand ther is no controlling that. I have had three or four different dentist since I have been a patient.

The staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I brought my daughter in for a routine check up and I felt so good about this dental practice, I schedule myself for a check up.

This was my second time taking my 3 yr old daughter. The first visit did not go so well ( She was 2, maybe that's why) however, this visit was great. Everyone was so helpful and explained everything to Sami, so she would not be afraid - from the x-ray tech to the Dr. Thanks to all your staff for making my daughter dentist visit a great one.

Stoneridge and your employees are way above average. Regrettably the dental work that needs to be done for me is out of my reach financially. I'm returning to the office to get a better understand of my options... Pull the offending tooth or just do nothing as I'm not in pain. I can't spend thousands of dollars on my teeth when I can't make the mortgage on my home. Times are tough and this senior has been hit especially hard. This is embarrassing and your office has been very kind and respectful. Thank you.

This was the MOST pleasant dental experience I've had. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Chung explained my procedure very thoroughly. I get very anxious when I go to the dentist and they were very patient with me and took special care to ensure I was comfortable. I appreciate the high level of customer service.

set up an LED monitor for the customers to see what forms they are signing at the front desk. Every time I come in I say this. if a discount is presented at the time of signing in why is it the bill never knows about it.

Everyone carried a very professional demeanor at the same time making me feel relaxed. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and also very pretty!

I don't quite understand why I would need deep cleaning first then 4-6 weeks later going to dental surgery for more deep cleaning. I am probably going to opt for the deep cleaning at your office then wait for results prior to even considering the oral surgery. I feel that improvements can be made without such an agreesive, expensive and no doubt extremely painful procedure with a huge amount of recovery time. I will contact you to schedule the double quadrant deep cleaning recommended. Thanks

Having had a few very bad experiances with previous Dentists and previous rude and arrogant office staff managers/workers, I was most pleased with Stoneridge Dental.

Excellent office staff, superb dentist was Aimee Montgomery. They even called me a day after my treatment to check on how I was doing. That was exceptionally thoughtful.

I am so impressed with this dental team. They were so respectful of my schedule and put my needs first. the team was friendly and personable, like friends. Procedures were explained clearly and I was pleased to have them work with my financial situation. I have already recommended the office to others. Thanks!

It took entirely too long for my initial treatment to begin. My appointment was at 11 and my cleaning didn't begin until 12:30. I know that I am a new patient but I thought by completing my online history it would speed up things. That was my only disappointment. I am considering it a one off and hope my future visits are timely like I was told by the person that referred me.

This time I cane in it was to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I am terrified of needles and they were very good at helping me be ok. They weren't rude about it when I said I needed a minute, they gave me time to calm down. Which I thought was very nice. For what I remember the visit was excellent and everyone was great!

Dr. Montgomery has a very good team of professionals. I am always treated well and with the utmost respect.

I am very happy that my two daughters referred me to Stoneridge Dental group, they were very professional,caring, kind and have a very state- of- the-art/high technology office. I was impressed the minute I walked into the office and I thought that taking my blood pressure and the way the x-rays are done was the most impressive. And I really liked that they took a photo for my files, great! Both the dentist and the office financial manager listen and helped in making me feel comfortable about my treatment and concerns, after just finishing Chemotherapy and being in remission for only two months. I was pretty nervous and scared to have dental treatment done so soon. Thank you Stoneridge dental!

Dentist was running behind, but everyone was very apologetic. I was given gift cards for the wait. Overall, I am very satisfied with the group.

I loved your office the only thing I was not happy with was the fact that I made an appointment and my son only had x-rays done and his teeth checked. I was told I would have to come back for his cleaning because the office was running behind, so now I have to schedule more time off of work and my son has to miss more school. The dental assistant that helped us was amazing!

the only thing that stops me from having work done is having to pay more than the insurance pays. they pay what is considered fair price for services yet I always pay an out of pocket.. That money is need for other things.
