East Murrieta Dental Group & Orthodontics

I noticed a great change from two years ago with the staff dental hygenist and dentist. I thought the dentist was awesome and never had such a better experience with a dental hygenist and such good tips on oral hygiene

I had a deep cleaning for the 1st time, due to beginning stages of gingivitis. The gentleman who performed this cleaning was very professional, idenitifying all my options for treatment and the pros/cons of each. He was very conscious of my comfort level, kept asking me if I was ok during the procedure. He did the cleaning quickly so as to eliminate any uneccessary discomfort on my part while yet being very thorough. For any constructive criticism, I'd ask the receptionist to be more personable...smile!

When I was ready to leave no one was in the front office. Think someone should be there at all times you are open.

I was in for an ortho consult.

Sometimes I feel like Dentists can be like Mechanics your not sure which ones you can trust.

The nicest group of people I've ever met. They are all polite and down to earth. First time I've ever looked forward to going to the dentist.

Hopefully they will not let their patient wait for a long time to see the Doctor or hygienist.

Dr. Yun was very professional and explained all of the options available in a very clear and concise manner. He is an excellent periodontist. The benefits/office staff also worked with me on the financial aspect of the treatment. You guys are great!

Still not sure about the Laser treatment because I never heard of it and it is very costly

sandra has helped us so much with our insurance, she really took a lot of time getting our bills straightened out. thanks sandra! dr sewell and dr packer are so great about breaking things down so you can understand whats being done in your mouth,step by step. nancy, rachel, and chris were great as well, they all made me feel cared for.all the girls in front were friendly and professional. considering i had to have a root canal and a new crown, the experience was a good one. thank you for everything, see you in 2 weeks

The only flaw was that I was asked to come in early then left back there for two hours!!

The appointment was for oral surgery. Our appointment was for 11am, my son was not called back until after 12. Other than this everything was very good.

I really like Dr Sewell. He is gentle when giveng shots and made me as cdomfortable as possible for having a crown done.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I came to the East Murrieta Dental Group. My treatment plan and costs were explained in great detail up front and I didn't feel like I was being charged for unnecessary treatments. My teeth feel great and I actually look forward to seeing the dentist and hygienist on a regular basis to keep my teeth feeling as good as possible.

All in the office are very friendly.

My doctor presented my case to our Insurance company, and they agreed to pay for my crown. I am so thankful!

Very pleased. The cost is an issue in proceeding with treatment plan.

This past visit was exceptional. My two previous visits were not so good. the dentist and staff were very nice and helped to make it a better experience. The Financial lady (Arianna) im not positive on her name was like dealing with a used car sales person. Very pushy and wanted to do everything that day when I continued to tell her I had school finally I agreed becasue I felt bad not doing it. She promised the proceedure would only take an hour and it took almost 3 which caused me to miss my school. When it came to me actually being billed there were things on there that hadnt been done and did not need to be done, but she insisted on charging everything that day after I told her no multiple times, but again said yes becasue I had a root canal that day and just wanted to leave and go home, but her consistant pushyness really almost made me never come back. I actually went and got quotes from other dentist becasue that experience, but DR. Sewell is the reason I came back. Very professi

I came in extremely nervous and anxious. Dr E and staff did everything they could to put me at ease. I was probably a very difficult patient to deal with because I kept breaking down and crying. But he took his time with me and was very patient and I appreciate it very much. I will be back.

I am very unhappy with the way my mouth looks after the assistant made my temporaries, they are way to short and totally uneven all the way across. I even told the lady that they looked to short and uneven. She looked at my mouth like she couldnt tell.,Very unhappy and will have to come back in because it is a total embarassment.

The best hygentist I have ever had is Robert!

Everything was great except that my prescription was called in to the wrong pharmacy causing me a weekend of discomfort before getting the rinse to treat tongue sores caused by numbing and new crowns rubbing on my tongue.

I am not the most easy patient to deal with, and they did very well in helping me. :)

Dr. Sewell was great. He is such a nice man,friendly, open and has a good sense of humor. I will continue to ask for him in the future.

The receptionist on Friday was very helpful and I am grateful she spoke to me about our earlier experience, listened to our personal financial situation,and was very assistive.

Higher prices on most procedures compared to my last office. I didn't receive a copy of the costs and the coverage by my insurance company. I was only shown the costs on a computer screen but I do expect a hard copy when I return.

The staff at East Murrieta Dental Group was wonderful - friendly, personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the length of time I was at the office - 3 HOURS for a cleaning and one simple filling! It was at the end of the day and they did seem behind schedule, but that's just too long of a visit.

Our experience was great. My son is five years old and it was only his second visit to the dentist. Dr. Sewell was so sweet and made it a fun visit for him. We have a total of five children and will definitely be back to see Dr. Sewell!

So far I liked everything about it, I thought that it was going to hurt more than it did but it was ok. I just wish that it was a little cheaper but I guess that dental work is really expensive. Overall I had a good experience and have recommended family and friends for you guys

I was actually very satisfied with my visit. The staff and dentist were very nice and did not make me feel bad for my situation up until the end when the young lady was discussing my financial options. She was loud in the room and did not show respect for privacy. She was very loud again in the front office about finances and my dental situation and rude the man in front of me. She almost made me not want to go back, it was very embarrassing. The others in the office were very nice, respectful and very much appreciated and will be the reason I will get my treatment done there.

My doctor and all of his assitance were very nice and patient with me. I was still sick when I went in. The whole team listened to me when I told them that the novacain was wearing off. This is a big issue with me, because the last dental office I went to the doctor didn't listen to me when I told him I wasn't numb anymore and proceded to drill. The pain was intense. I would like to thank everyone that worked on my mouth that day. They made a long dental visit pleasent.

I have only had one visit so far. My long term treatment plan will be discussed further after initial treatment is completed on tooth #31 & periodontal root planing.
