Very clean office and genuinely friendly staff. Felt very comfortable and well informed. No pressure to invest just awareness and normal concerns to consider taking care of.

Upon entering the office, I felt a sense of calm and ease. I explained to the staff what I needed - and they provided exactly what I wanted/needed. Everyone I came in contact with during my visit was friendly and eager to please. I felt truly valued - and will definitely refer this office to many more friends and family.

I was not greated as I normally have been in the past and the explanation of my costs by the woman at the front desk was not as clear as it has been in the past. The rest of my visit was above standards, as usual.

My family has been coming to this office for quite some time. EVERYONE has always been very helpful and professional.

As always, I look forward to my visits to Dr. Bryan Watanabee. He makes me feel very comfortable and he is an excellent dentist. All the staff is so friendly, they always make me feel welcome. This is by far the best dental group I have ever had and I would recommend this dental group to all my friends.

I love that I don't have to wait long to be called in. This is good planning in scheduling appointments.

The lady after the surgery gave me totally different instructions than what my dentist did as to what to do after I got the dentures in. He in writing instructed me to keep dentures in first night then after that take them out at night and put in water. Her instructions were to take out, wash mouth with salt water and put them back in every night. This caused unnecesarry sores and I couldn't wear bottom ones for days til I contacted dentist who told me NO take them out at nite and let them heal a bit then put back in at day time and again said NO... you do not need to keep them in your mouth every night. The oral surgeon was great but the girl that gave instructions after gave me conflicting instructions cause these sores where I couldn't even put in the dentures till the sore got better. The surgeons person who gives the instructions after the surgury needs to match the dentists instruction. I even asked through the gauze EVERY NIGHT? and she YES!

Dr. Oh and his Dental Assistant, Allie, were MAGINFICENT! She comforted me during my entire procedure and Dr. occasionally asked if I was alright. Dr. Oh was very well knowledgeable and gave me his 'professional opinion' so that I better understood of what needed to be done. The Financial Coordinator gave me many options when it came to financing my procedures. I walked out a HAPPY customer and have been SMILING ever since! Thanks Murrieta Dental! :)

Experience with Dentist was positive and professional. Dentist I saw last time was not professional. Tried to get me to get treatment that was not needed. Hygienst had a great attitude.

I hate going to the dentist because I seem to ALWAYS have problems that need to be fixed, which obviously sucks, but the staff makes me feel so comfortable and they make me feel like I have nothing to worry about. I feel like I have a relationship with the staff and that makes me enjoy going to the dentist. I know that if I needed to support while having work done I could count on them to be there for me. It sounds dumb, but it's the truth! Charlotte is the best, she's primarily who makes me feel welcome.

Dr. Sowell is a great dentist - and the assistant with the really blonde hair is so great with kids :) the whole team was great.

This was my first visit to the Murrieta Dental Group and I was extremely satisfied. The staff was top notch and very professional, the equipment/technology was state of the art. I was treated with respect and not rushed as the staff took their time explaining all procedures. I needed a referral and the receptionist took the time to look one up for me for my plan and called and made the appointment for me.

They were very kind and I could actually have a conversation with them.

the "smiles" start the second you walk in the front door!! Since the people working in the front are so friendly and nice it makes everyone in the waiting room...friendly and nice :0) People were actually talking to each other as they waited to see the Dr. I truely believe this was the best "Dr. experience" I have had. A huge thank you to all who work there. My husband has had some really horrific experiences at the dentist and for 42 years I have had to fight to get him there...he is the one who told me I had to go see you guys because it was the very best, considerate and friendly Dr.'s office he had ever experienced!! I couldn't believe it!! You changed a "dental-chicken" into someone who now makes his OWN Appointments!!! THANK YOU :0)

Dr Tran and Camille, both were very patient and comforting as well as personable. The staff members that welcomed, assisted and aided in my care were all professional and pleasant!

We LOVE Dr. Corradi! When we were a little confused about what to expect, I said ... "I have a few questions, may I ask?" He very kindly said "I'm here to answer all your questions, ASK AWAY!" He then proceeded to show us xrays and explain each step to us. We LOVE Dr. Corradi ... Dr. ABEDI .... Dr. WATANABE!

I have a benifit card through my employer that your card machine is not set up to except. This could affect my abillity to use yopur facility in the future

Dr. Kartman was very gentle doing my root canal, I did feel a thing and he is a very nice Dentist, also your office people are also very nice and super kind.

The staff was very nice and personable. We felt very comfortable and welcome!!

THis was my first cleaning with Michelle. She was very professional and very gentle. I appreciate her technique and interaction.

It seems really expensive!! I thought about checking other dentists out and seeing if your prices are higher, but I decided that it would not work because I would have to start over with xrays and exams. So, I will go ahead and have the work done there, but I keep hearing that the prices are way higher than normal.

The wait was a bit long, but understandable because there were so many other patients waiting as well. It was a busy day, I understand.

I appreciate the professional service we receive each time we go in to the office. Wveryone is very friendly ang eager to make sure that we are served. After not wanting to go to the dentist office out of dissatiafaction and a fear of the dentist, this oiffice experience is very refreshing. I can say that my husband and I can trust Dr. Watanabe and we enjoy seeing the office staff. Thank you.

My only problem was that i came in the office at 8.30am and left at 2.30pm. I wasn't really aware that the treatment would take that long. Lucily i managed to pick my daughter up from school on time.

Thank all..the service received was exceptional.today is my first day after surgery and thanks God an of corurse of the experience of Dr. Kourus no pain and just little bit swell. But not bruises of all. In general very professional services of all crew.

This is the 2nd year I have been with this dental group. I have been treated with respect, kindness and understanding with all aspects concerning my needs. They worked hard to figure out a doable payment plan for me and just plain acted like they cared about me as a person and were very concerned and conciencious about my dental needs, which are serious. I would highly recommend them to anyone, because not only they truly want to see you take care of your mouth. They are a sincere and positive group of people to work with. Both thumbs up!

I have always thought of the dentist as a hassle and only went when my teeth hurt. I had a root canal done by Dr. Tran and I honestly felt like it was nothing. I've had cavities worked on before at lake elsinore market place that I felt more during the work. I have switched my dental office as of now.

Please note that these comments only apply to the office of Dr Abadi and Smile. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Murrieta General Dentist office.

I would have liked if they would have let me know beforehand that if I was pregnant I would need a release from my OB GYN. It would have saved us all time

I don't like dental visits, I'm not scared, I just don't care for it and I could think of many things I would rather do. That said my first visit to your office was very pleasant due to the staff, all of those I had interaction with smiled, were friendly, conversational. I would say that the staff made an otherwise unpleasant necessity a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Dr. Watanabe and staff are all very nice. Everyone greets you with a smile and the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. The office seemed a little disorganized this time. Was not greeted right away as usual and had to wait for several minutes before I was checked in and waited over 45 minutes before I was seen by the dentist. Ran out of time because I had to go to another appmt. Was only able to get X-rays and quick eval. by dentist.

My dental care at this office has been excellent. I am very satisfied with the office staff and dentist and their concern for you and your needs. Yes, I would highly recommend this office.
