I really like coming to this office Elizabeth and Sylvia are two of the main reasons that I have continued to come. On my last visit I discover that one of these to ladies is leaving and this saddens me. The employee turn over rate at this falility is very high which leads patients to have many questions. Most importantly, WHY?

I was very happy with my overall experience. I felt a little rushed out at the end as staff were going home, which I completely understand. There was just a little confusion at the end whether I would get my cleaning that day or have to come back some other time. I was happy that everything could be done in the same day. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This last visit of February 22 was extremely positive due to x-ray tech, Dr. Woo(?) and the hygenist. My prior visit was not positive at all with that dentist (who is no longer working for you) pushing services I didn't need, quoting me over a thousand dollars of work, and setting up consultations for endo, perio, and ortho that I didn't request. I almost didn't return to your facility. At the Feb 22 appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at the honesty and effort made to provide the appropriate treatment in a cost effective way. After check up and finding out I had a cavity, they squeezed me in to finish the work same day while I was still there - saving me a return appt. I will continue to return because of my positive experience Feb 22. PS.. Great inlay work too!

I was a little confused by the benefits and the work being completed. It was not communicated to me that they permanent crowns would not be ready and installed during the appt. I would not have had them start the work if this was the case..... also, unsure of all of the filings required, if they are definitely required or recommended. I guess I will find out on my next visit.

The only issue that I have is that you can barely see the computer screen and you are asked to sign your health history and consent. I think it results in an inaccurate health history and this is not a true informed consent! You should have a separate computer screen facing/ close to the patient and the patient should be encouraged to take their time to review their history and consent. I am also wondering if wiping a camera that goes in the mouth with caviwipes is enough? Otherwise, the other infection control measures look great. I liked my dentist very much - he took his time to explain everything, answer my questions, did not cause any pain, and was very personable. The assistants were also very friendly.

Dr Watanabe and his staff are fantastic. I have been going to Murrieta Dental for about 10 years now. I started seeing Dr W while I lived in San Diego, now I lived in Riverside and it is easier for me to get to the office! DR W's staff is great. The person, Thomas I believe, that did my ex rays did so without the "gag effect'! That was the first time ever!!!

Not one to get excited about going to the dentist & the amount of work that I was pretty sure I would need, I was very appreciative of the attitude of everyone. Concerned, supportive, understanding without going overboard to being phony. Even though the procedures I had done took quite a while, it was better to get as much done as possible while I was there. Hopefully the followup will be just as good.

Initially, I was impressed with the paperless process. However, once I began the exam I was even more impressed with the latest technology being used. For example, the optical scan system in order to create my ceraminc only. I also appreciate that the staff explained steps to me prior to the implementation of services.

Liked the doctor very much. Was extremly happy that I was able to get my crown the same day. Very much liked the financial break down of the work recomended by the doctor so I can now plan to have the work done in the near future. Liked being able to get an appointment quickly. Found the assistant very knowledgable and friendly. Found all the staff very friendly. Found the financial person very helpful. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Michelle, the hygienist was awesome. It was my first time for a "deep cleaning" and Laser treatment. I was told by some friends that it would be painful.......well, maybe with their hygienist, but not with Michelle. It was painless and quick! Thanks Michelle!

My overall experience was great, I am very terrified of the dentist and getting any kind of work done, Dr. Johnson and staff were very sensitive to me and I appreciated that very much. I am concerned with sanitary conditions during x-ray exam. Technician may have gloves on but more care needs to be taken as to what she touches and then handles objects that are placed in the patients mouth.

Everything was pretty great, except during the cleaning she seemed to rush and hurt my daughter. This was the first time it's ever happened, but my daughter felt a little scared afterwards. I told her next time it's ok to voice her concerns and ask the hygenist to slow down if it hurts.

I can always count on good service at this office, unless there is some problem beyond their control. ie: (traffic, electonical issues with computers) But this office has great customer servie! Monica is a TREASURE and a GREAT asset to the front of the office Sylvia worked with me on the financial portion and deserves a RAISE Thomas is gentle, has a wonderful disposition and sense of humor DOCTOR is a doll... It took more time than two hours for the CADMAM as the machine broke down on the day I was in...However, things happen and the office finalized my dental work within forty-eight hours. I am comfortable enough with the office to return. Your staff seems to be hand-picked.

We have been coming to you for sixteen years we have left but always come back because the service has always been exceptional along with the whole staff.
