Was upset that when I rescheduled appointment that only my exam was rescheduled, not the cleaning...shouldn't they automatically be grouped together? Now I have to take extra time to go back for my cleaning. This is only issue have had so far...office and staff are usually professional and on top of everything and very nice and personable.

This is the first dental office that clearly explained my dental insurance coverage and benefits to me prior to starting any treatments. I was very pleased with the time Dr. Nguyen spent with me explaining the different procedures I needed and answering all my questions.

i was confused at first on the choices given to me. When i left the office, i didn't fully understand what i actually wanted. I called back and got a better understanding. At my previous dental offices they told me what I needed (best option for me) and that's what i showed up for at the office and paid for. This works best for me, and to not get other options. I am the kind of patient that wants the easiest explanation. Other then that, i was very impressed with the office, equiptment, and staff. Thank You :)

Our joint visit connie and I went well except my treatment came down and connie's went up...she was most upset. Staff is very courteous and professional. My only complaint is the inconvenience of having to research billing discrepancies. There was an incorrect co-payment charge to my posterior composite and erroneous billing code used for toothbrush abrasion treatment. This has since been resolved, but still an inconvenience to have to research after-the-fact.
