I was slightly nervous about going to a new dentist. When I arrived I was pleased by the brightness, and cleanliness of your office, as well as the friendliness of the receptionist. Each person I interacted was very friendly and yet professional. You have a wonderful staff - well chosen to fit their positions. I'm glad I found your office.

I visited Westpointe for an emergency because they were in my network. However, I will be switching to them as my regular dentist due to the atmosphere of the office, the friendliness of the staff, the great (& speedy) care from the dentist.

I liked the orthodontist very much. She is really nice and competent.

My husband is a stroke survivor and is always a little apprehensive about changes. The Westpointe staff from reception to benefits planning were exceptional people and definitely made our visit a wonderful experience. It is important to me, as his partner to know that he is comfortable with the choices I help make on his behalf. My husband did not have a good experience at the last dentist office that I chose, so I really had to do some atoning. Westpointe Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics definitely helped me regain credibility and more importantly his confidence. We were so impressed that we had to share the experience with our kids over dinner. We highly recommended that if they were not getting everything that they expect from their current dental office they should really consider visiting Westpointe Modern Dentistry. I am so pleased with our decision to come to Westpointe that I am anxious to get my own "Smile plan" started, as described by me and my husband to our children.

I am very satisfied with everyone in the dental office. All of the staff was friendly and accomidating, as I am usually uncomfortable with dental work. They were willing to work with my hectic work schedule, so that I was able to make and change appointments with out feeling guilty. I have referred my friends and family to them and plan to continue to do so in the future.

James is an incredibly valuable staff member. He went above and beyond the norm to help me onto the exam couch. He also provided a great play-by-play of what wae to come. Dr Christianson I trust to get the job done. LIttle loud music and laughing gas we will be finished with a huge grin

excellent service; what meant the most to me was that the team recognized my needs as a person - trying to balance a work schedule etc....healthcare professionals don't always do that and I am so thankful that I found you guys - will need to get my son scheduled very soon for orthodontic care.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and understanding. A lot of us who haven't been in years are a bit ashamed/nervous of how bad things have got and the staff was encouraging. I could NOT have asked for better service or nicer people. I have already referred the office to my accountant who lives in the same town. I look forward to progressing with my treatment plan!

There used to be one charge for teeth cleaning. Now, there are four or more, and dental plans do not cover most of them. I remember not having to pay anything for dental cleaning, twice a year. Now it seems that I have to pay much more that the insurance plan pays.

Excellent staff . . . competent, professional, yet still very friendly and welcoming. Though a computer glitch double-booked their appointments that day, they kept me informed of the expected wait-time, and offered me several options.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of my visit from start to finish. I will be back and that says a lot for me. My dental condition is due to my not having a dentist that I could trust or feel any confidence in the results. That has changed. All members of your team were great, professional, and curteous from interns, assistants, reception, hygienist, and doctor. Thank you for your efforts.

I think it was just an uncommon experience I had. My husband and daughters both stated that they were very happy with their experiences at Westpoint.

Although retired and unpressured a 3 hour (1pm > 4pm) otherwise excellent care experience resulted from 4 periods of 15+ minutes of waiting due to avilabilty of personnel. My wife said she would not have tolerated that length of time very well (even with a book and she's an avid reader). Is it usual procedure for my cleaning to not include a polishing or fluride treatment? Seems they are standard elsewhere or was it a Groupon limitation? I'll be back for continued maintenance and will be scheduling further "repairs" in process.

My overall experience was great, I'm a nervous patient & the staff kept me at ease. My one problem was this; the office was too cold for me. I made up my mind to wear warmer clothes on my next visit. I was told later I could have asked for a blanket!
