Although I work in the dentistry field, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I've always been moderately nervous and anxious to receive dental treatment, so I try to make sure I routinely brush and floss my teeth. My last dental visit was almost 2 years ago! The service I received at Hamner Dental Group was extraordinary. However, I am sure they had no idea I was a bit nervous. The staff and Dr. Dhama made me feel very comfortable. There was very minimal wait time, my exam was quick and I was able to receive to composite fillings before I left. Thank you to the Hamner Dental Group Team for providing me with great service. I will definitely return and bring the rest of my family for treatment as well.

I love the staff and office. I'm very pleased with the care and treatment my children receive. The only suggestion I have is to make the wait time a little shorter from check-in to calling patient to be seen. We waited about 25-30 min to be seen from our scheduled appt time. Overall I'm very pleased with your office!

The only concern was the difference in costs, costs of your office vs Insurance DeltaCare USA for Scan Health Plan booklet of Dental procedure fees. I was in the office this morning delivering 2 winter coats for your donation program and they explained it to me. I somewhat understood what she was telling me. Specifically, Lorraine did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and at ease. She answered all my questions, made everything convenient and easy, and really put all my fears to rest. 'appropriately' is misspelled above. Also, please don't be one of those up-sell offices. It is very annoying and offensive to a lot of consumers. Feels like your local dentistry options have become a big-box store like Wal-Mart or McDonalds. Try to keep the hometown dentist feel and you will do best in the long run.

Appointment time was changed from 8 to 9 the day before, which was not a problem. However, I did not get back to a room till about 9:30. I understood that I was the first patient of the morning. I believe that you need to be a bit more sensitive to the time for the patients sake. When scheduled for 9, I expect to be seen approximately 9 not 30 minutes later.

Dr. Darma is wonderful. Always friendly and caring; as well as the rest of the her staff.
