Isabel was a sweetheart she made me feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and greeted us soon as we walked thought the door. The first representation of any business is the receptionist and when they're as nice as she is I know I'll have a good experience!

It's a dentist's office. Not a resort spa, but not "little shop of horrors" either.

since i've started at alexander dental they have treated me and my mouth with care and individual care that means alot ...i've not left this office felling bad at all ...they are caring professionals

Although I live out of the area we have family we visit there often and I will continue to make appts when I will be in LV. My teeth felt the cleanest they ever have after a cleaning procedure - they were much brighter & whiter - felt good - Dr Allen is A+ in my opinion!

the office was great, but my Dr was excellent! He took the time to get to know me first, and find out my reason for not visiting a dentist sooner. Once I explained he made it a point not to start until I felt comfortable and explained what he was going to do before starting each procedure, as well as explaining what he was doing as he was doing it stopping frequently to check if I was comfortable enough to continue. Dr Strife or Striphe (unsure of spelling) is great. he even called me a few hours after the procedure to check that I was ok. Awesome! Awesome!

Really like the Dentist. He was very professional and was very considerate. I feel very comfortable with him as my dentist and I trust what he is telling me. It was a pleasant experience.

I have had nothing but a great experience at the MLK office in North Las Vegas! The dentist, orthodontist, and staff are extremely helpful, nice, and they really care about you. I have all my work done there and will never go anywhere else.

The only negative comment I can make is that there is entirely too much redundant information required upfront. If you have a paper questionnaire why do you also require a computerized one or visa versa?

I was very nervous my son would resist and have an awful eperience and be afraid of the dentist. He resisted a little, but the dentist was patient and allowed my son to calm down and then the dentist was able to look at his teeth and my son loved his visit.

This office provides great service. All the staff members are friendly, and keep you posted as they may a slight delay. They show you all the options they carry and how much out of pocket will be for each choice. EXCELLENT JOB EVERYONE!!! FR

Time mangement could be better. I was only seen 1 hour after a scheduled appointment. One hour and 45 minutes seems excessive for a cleaning. Also, remind hygenists/assistants that when they put gloves on and touch a lot of equipment then put things in my mouth, its not very sanitary.

The dentist help me feel relaxed, ensured that I did not feel too much pain and for that I am grateful.

Melissa did a fantastic job as she conducted herself in a very professional manner.

We took our daughter to our dentist on a Friday afternoon since she was complaining of a toothache. The dentist referred us to a children's dentist on the other side of town. We were surprised that they could see in such short notice and by the time we arrived it was already late afternoon. Yet the dentist and his team accomodated us and extracted my daughter's tooth along with performing other procedures. We appreciate very much that they stayed late and took the extra time (we were there well after closing) to give our daughter all the dental work that she needed to she wouldn't have to suffer over the weekend. I feel that other dentists would have told us to just come back on Monday morning. We were impressed that Dr. Jensen and his team went the extra mile for us and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their child. They were very friendly and kind to us. I wish they had an office in the southern part of the valley.

The only reason I down graded the few parts of the survey was because The temperary tooth #21 came out the first time I took my partical off. Other wise I was so impressed with the effort the entire staff put out for me.

This survey is great tool for your practice, however, in SECTION 6, I would have like to seen a N/A section as there were a few areas that did not apply to me. At the same time, I understand that this is a "generic" survey and that this is what this box is for. As for SECTION 7, I know what needs to happen, the 'unclear' part is how much money to invest for total satisfaction. Thank you.

The dental assistant was supposed to take 10 x-rays and a series of pictures. Out of the 10 x-rays, she repeated 7 because she didn't like how they turned out. I lost track on the pictures of how many retakes. The hygenist didn't show up to do my cleaning, and so the dentist kindly did it himself. However, with the extra time on x-rays, and time spent waiting for hygenist, it took 90 minutes for a basic check up and cleaning.

my 7yr old son was extremely happy to visit your office. He has been very nervous about going to the dentist but after leaving, he informed me how much he enjoyed going. I think the TV in the dental room was his highlight. He also liked the dentist as well as the other personnel in the office. I think we have a long term relationship. My mother had to take him due to my other commitments but she was also impressed with your operation.

I was completey satisfied with my experience in your office. Dr. Evans and his assistant worked very well together and made me feel very comfortable. I even got a blanket. I have told my husband and my mother about your facility and am sure that they will be joining as patients as well.

Excellent visit. I have never been to a dental office that treated me so great. I really appreciate that the dr took the time to explain to me the reasons for why I should do things like flossing & replacing a missing tooth. I find it encouraging that they didn't just hear me talking, they really listened to me, as well.

The dentist was professional and funny

I have just started a very comprehensive treatmeant plan to correct some serious dental and health issues. So far, so good! Only time will tell if both the Doctor's expectations and mine come true. There is alot of work to be done. Even with two Dental Insurance policies I will have to pay alot on my own, and I understand that. I have referred a co-worker to you office, and he has already been in!

I think I may have entered the wrong answers for the first few questions: EVERYTHING & EVERYONE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! I love you guys!!! (And I usually HATE dealing with dental stuff.) You ALL make it very easy and comfortable!! :)

I am very satisfied with the dental team. They are friendly and caring. The staff always makes me feel at ease even though the experience of dental treatment makes me a little nervous. I appreciate how when its my turn to be treated I feel as if I am important to the dentist as well as the assistant because their attention is all on me. I have been coming there for several years. I now bring my husband and step-son too. We really appreciate the friendly staff and comfotable atmosphere.

I think that the high cost of dental care is universal, not just in this office, and for a person who is retired and on a fixed income it can be a real burden.

I was not asked if I had received a coupon and I forgot to present it.

The only thing I didn't like was that when I was being checked in, the receptionist told me she had some forms for me to sign, then asked me to sign the electonic pad blindly. I've never heard of just signing unknown documents, medical and financial at that. I had to ask her to see the documents, and even then, I was only offered her computer scteen. This is odd. Only that I know someone who is close personal friends with Dr. Freeman did I trust this would be OK.

The receptionists and Dr. Jensen are amazing...the best I could have ever hoped for!

My appt was at 11:30 and the first process of taking x-rays was started. Did not see a DDS until 12:30. I was in the office a total of 5 hours. Too long! I understand when a doctor appts gets pushed back but the total amount for me as a patient was too long and I was EXHAUSTED by the time I left. I did have a lot of work done so maybe I shouldn't say anything but wanted to say something to help both sides understand.
