A person should never have to leave in pain especially for a simple extraction and because they would not agree to spend more money than they could afford. The dr should at least do what the patient came for the visit and could and willing to pay.

Dr Vakil was excellent and extremely thorough which I appreciate very much. She was great & treated me with care & respect. My only concern with the office was way too long just to get a temporary crown. My appoinment was at 2:30 and I left a 6:10. Not sure what happened there.

You have a great staff. I recommend a little more training for the new folks, tech had to call for help while taking photos.

I have been a patient of College Dental for many years. In the beginning I was extremely satisfied. Then, after the death of one of my all time favorite dentists, everything at the office fell apart (the entire experience from greeting, waiting time, professionalism, quality of care..was horrible). Because of this, I tried a different office for a couple of years. I then discovered there was another change at College Dental. I decided to give you another try and over the past couple of years the service and care has tremendously improved. Each visit has been better than the last. I hope that the office experience and organization remains stable. If so, I will have no need to consider changing again.

I haven't had a bad visit from this office. In fact, I haven't had anything less than perfect. From the support staff to the clinical staff, everybody seems to really provide that warm and caring attitude. Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and nice.

All staff were professional and thorough while being friendly. Sandra, in particular, spent a significant amount of one-to-one time explaining anesthesia options for my upcoming extraction. Francisco and Dr. Leoni smiled often and interacted in a relaxed manner that put me at ease.

This was the second time in a row that there was quite a time delay between my scheduled appointment time and the actual time my treatment began.

Five hours in the torture chamber is too long for an old man.

I'm super satisfied with Dr : Marjan Rogers. She is very professional and honest. I love her honesty. I'm very lucky to find such an excellent doctor.

Fantastic dental hygenist

Time was the only real problem, I waited in the chair for about an hour, I don't know why. No one offered an explanation, I have to assume this was normal. Once we got started everything was very professional.

Shakeiba is my hygenist and was amazing! She understood my needs and was able to meet them. She also provided helpful tips aong the way for my after care. I felt good about her suggestions and for the first time in awhile I didn't feel like I was being "sold" anything in the office. For the fees I did pay, I knew what I was paying for as opposed to previous visits with a hygenist.

Kenny (Tran?), one of your dental hygentists, is the primary reason I am a big fan of this dental practice. Prior cleanings with others I would rate as par but I specifically request Kenny now because he is incredibly thorough and has a pleasant personality as well. The new dentist I had was also very nice. Indian woman, I believe. Missed her name. And I was not pushed to entertain other dental services which I really appreciated. This was a change from earlier visits with other dentists. I had a very positive dental experience from everyone on the staff I came across.

My RDH Shakeiba was awesome! She was professional and very skilled in the administration of the procedure of the periodontal treatment I received. I was kept very informed throughout the procedure as to every step that was being performed and why. I felt that I learned a lot about how to better care for my oral hygiene. I also am pleased to say that I have experienced very little discomfort today from the total experience. Thank you and have a blessed productive day!

My only concern was that we've been waiting for 30 minutes to be called and when they finally called my son after that they sent him back in the waiting area and it took at least 15 to 20 minutes of waiting again.

While I was waiting for the surgery appointment there were on 3 separet occasions customers not happy with either what they were told would happen, cost..etc...made me to start wondering if this is the place I really wanted my daughter to have surgery on her teeth. To have 3 issues in less than 2 hours I think someone needs to look at WHY this is happening and what needs to improve.

Before, I was not satisfied in my previous visit bec. I was not told that the hygienist goes to lunch at a certain time so I have to come back again for the 2nd time and this is why i have to schedule from now on after lunch.

I apologize but I have forgotten the name of the lovely woman who did my xrays. She was sensitive to my gagging on the stupid plastic thing and was pleasent and efficient. Dr. Leone answered my questions and gave me an idea of what I would need to regain my oral health. It doesn't hurt that he's adorable :) Kenny was EXCELLENT for the over two hours he cleaned my teeth. He was thorough, sensitive to my questions, and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Jennifer was excellent as well. Quick, proficient and funny, she gave me tons of options for what is going to be expensive care. Your office is truly impressive and while I hate having to come there at least I know I am in good hands with people who really seem to care about their clients.

I required a difficult procedure that was handled very well.

No appointment..got to see a dentist in a timely manner with an emergency tooth extraction...good service..great dentist, xray tech very good.

I was very happy with everyone at this office. Dr. Judge, her assistant, Ellen and Laurie were a pleasure to work with.

this rating is high but i have had other visits that wouldn't have done so well. that's why Iam on the fence about referring.

I really had a good experience for my first time.

Dr. Kula is always very nice and he does a great job. I trust him completely. Karla also makes me feel welcome and comfortable--she is kind, gentle and thorough.

The experience was one of the best I have ever received in a dental office, the only thing that I did not like was that I had to wait more then 15 min after my scheduled apt time before I was taken back into see the dentist.

Twice now, what I thought to be a combination exam and cleaning, turned out to be two different appointments. When I make a regular future appointment, I believe it should always be combined and so noted by the person making the appointments. As I left the office today, once again this occurred while setting up a future appointment. Since I recognized the situation, I made sure BOTH appointments were together, allotting enough time for each. I think this should be automatic, or at least the patient should be asked/advised.

You guys are good but you are always trying to upsell it is like I am at a used car lot and you are trying to upsell me on everything.

This was only an evaluation for a broken tooth - no treatment, yet.

Experience was generally good. Treatment has not been completed so I can not give an indepth rating until all procedures are completed - next appointment is June 20. As my grandmother used to say, "We'll see".

My experience with college dental has always been great! Your team knows me and my family by our names which is a BIG plus for me! I can't say enough about college dental team! I just wish that other offices like general doctors would follow the college dental teams! thanks for the kind of care that college dental has provided my whole family! Thank you.

On the patient history form there is a place to state information about myself that would be important for my dentist to know. I wrote, "I would rather have a baby than go to the dentist!" Yesterday that all changed for me. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the moment I left the office, I encounter professional and caring people who treated me with dignity and respect. I will never regard my visit to the College Dental Group as torture. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great office

After I was given my shot to numb my mouth I had to wait over 40 minutes for dentist to come work on me. I was in dental office, with my dad waiting, for 3 1/2 hours altogether.

OH MY GOODNESS! !!! MY DENTAL APPOINTMENT WAS YESTERDAY . AND I AM STILL AMAZED BY THE OVERALL STAFF THERE. I HAVE BEEN TO ALOT OF DENTAL FACILITIES AND THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE. THE STAFF TOTALLY AMAZING!!! MY DR. JENIFER JUDGE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT SHE LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON. AND ACTUALLY EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THE PROCEDURE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I DON’T REMEMBER THE X-RAY TECHNICIANS NAME OR THE TECHNICIAN THAT DID MY TEMPORARY BRIDGE "SORRY" BUT THEY. KNOW WHO THEY ARE SO THANK YOU! FOR THE PERSON WHO DID ALL THE WORK ON THE FINANCIAL SIDE "BECKY" YOUR MY HERO!!! SHE MADE IT POSSIBLE ...SHE EVEN TALKED TO MY BROTHER AND MOTHER WHILE I WAS RELAXING IN A CHAIR WITH A BROKEN TOOTH ..THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! SHE DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB..FROM THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE STORE TO THE TIME I LEFT!! I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH MY VISIT AND WOULD RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! !! THANKS AGAIN ....
