Dentists were great. Very professional. The assistants were obviously less experienced. The dentist was able to guide them to the things he needed them to do and in one case there was a more experienced assistant with the less experienced one. Over all a great office visit. Everyone was helpful and friendly and I will be coming back.

I was under the impression that the money I was charged originally would cover all the work I needed to complete. I find that is not so as each time I arrive for an appointment I have more money to pay. I think you should be more honest about the charges and not leave the impression that when you say that all the charges are in the first bill, that means only some of the charges are present and more will be added later.

The office was clean. The employees were nice & helpful. The service was fast. The equipment was modern & updated. My questions, both financial & dental related, were answered effectively. The dentist was great, very friendly and careful during the procedure; he also gave me a break and used the resin for my filling at no charge (instead of silver), because using the silver would have meant removing more tooth material, which he didn't want to do. So I felt the dentist was looking out for me as a patient, instead of trying to just get money out of me. Overall I had a great experience so far & would recommend this office to others; it was a pleasant surprise.

Overall I'm very satisfied. My only comment is that I scheduled the appointment for an overall inspection and a cleaning but I had to come back to the office later in the afternoon for the cleaning because no one was available after my meeting with the doctor. If I was clear on the reason for my visit then why did I have to come back?

Front office staff was very friendly and attentive, Dr. Holyoak is very personable and encouraging, and the hygienist I had was very sweet. There was an effective use of my time during my visit and they had me in and out as quickly as possible. The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been some sort of complimentary 'goody bag' with maybe a toothbrush and some floss in it. But other than that, I was very satisfied with my visit.

I, like many, hate going to the dentist, but the dentist and xray tech put me at ease and made me very comfortable. They were very informative and helped me understand what was going on in my mouth as opposed to just telling me what to do. The icing on the cake, though, was working with a woman named Brittany, who helped me get my payment for my extraction down and who explained to me the whole way through, what exactly they were going to do.

Haven't been to the dentist in several years and the last two times I had been was told I needed outrageous procedures. Dr Dart was thorough and explained what needed to be done (which ironically was much less than I was told by my LAST dentist). Great friendly staff, they want to make sure you're comfortable.

Please make sure you understand what each appt is for. I was a new patient, just wanting a routine cleaning. I get that I needed x-rays first, but it's like no one in the office knew why I was there. Everyone kept asking me "Are you just getting a check up?" obviously not if you checked my appt. Don't all new patients get x-rays then a cleaning? Thankfully the office is close to my house, but now I have to go back when I should have had the cleaning taken care of the first time.

Everything was great with the exception of the initial wait after check in. Appt was 12:30, went in for x-rays/appt at 1:10-1:15p. My understanding is that one of the x-ray machines was in need of repair creating the back up.

An intern did my polishing. I appreciated that she told me this before she polished my teeth, but I later found out that she also did my son's teeth and I was not consulted about whether that was OK. I would have rathered had someone experienced working on my children to prevent any bad experiences. I felt the intern was not confident enough (in her actions or demeanor). When flossing she rubbed the floss against the corner of my mouth causing pain which I stopped immediately. I do want to say that I LOVE having Dr. Holyoak as my dentist. He is always very friendly. I never feel rushed and he always treats me as an individual. He is awesome.
