I am a little perplexed that considering I had an exam two months ago that your office was recommending a deep gum cleaning.

Was impressed that they considered a timing issue i had and worked very efficiently to help me meet my time restraints. friendly and professional yet fun atmosphere. took great care to take my pregnancy status into consideration and were diligent to make sure none if the actions were harmful

Dr. Kraft and her staff have always taking care of me in an empathetic and kind fashion. I don't like dentist appts but they all make me very comfortable and make the exam bearable.

Everything was great and you have a game plan for me. Your bedside manner was outstanding and put my nervous mind at ease.

I am always treated with the utmost respect when I come to Catalina Smiles. Jaye the receptionist treats me like he is my best friend and even had the staff sign a birthday card for me when I had an emergency appt on my birthday. Dr Kraft is always well spoken and also treats you like a best friend. I love coming into Catalina Smiles and that's saying alot because I hate going to the dentist in general.

This survey is a little early in my case. For that reason not all items in the survey could be filled out accurately. For instance, the last question regarding the progress and clarity of my treatment plan is difficult because although it was discussed in general terms their is an upcomming appointment to discuss and determine what my choice aer for a comprehensive treatment plan.

I really want to thank my dentist you filled my cavities she gave me enough novocaine to help me not feel the pain and I truely appreicate that!!!!!

I couldn't be happier with Catalina Smiles. I actually look forward to going to the dentist every time! I am trying to get my wife to come to the your office as well. It is a 40 minute drive for me, but well worth it!

I was very impressed with your office and all the professionals who took care of me but I feel like the rates were very high. I have never paid such a high bill even WITH my Aetna insurance!? Prices were layed out and discussed but I feel like your office is very costly to me. I cannot pay such high fees for cleaning my teeth, and other issues that may pop up during the visit.

I am very much in favor of the use of modern tools to improve the quality of service. Digital xrays, patient records, etc. However, I came in for a cleaning and evual, but I am asked to again sign for authorization to continue the treatment while in the chair. This almost seems like overkill.

I absolutely love coming to this office! My hygenist Melissa is amazing!!! I refer all my friends and family there and always look forward to my next visit. Dr. Tucker is also great; so personable, helpful and knowledgable.

Everyone in this office is fabulous.

I was absolutely terrified. I hadn't been to a Dentist in probably 10 years. I had the worst cavity but as I know of now my tooth will be saved. I got the best advice from my doctor and the best financial advice and help from the person in charge. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The office was clean and everyone wore protection all the time. The best experience ever.

Great place. I felt like I was at a 5 star, top rated weekend getaway, not the dentist...

My insurance company caused the only issues. Totally happy with the office & treatment. Super staff!

the billing is not clear. for some reason your office is unwilling to bill my secondary insurance (Delta PPO) which could help offset some of the cost of my treatments. I don't understand why you can't do that. I do like the treatments and professional staff, but am unhappy about the billing.

Dr. Loas is the best! and Melisa does an excellent job with her no pain cleaning. She is very skilled and fast.

I had difficulty making the initial appointment. The benefits coordinator was supposed to email me with the costs of the work the dentist said I would need but has yet to do so. Dr. Laos was great, but I wish he had told me what work was more pressing. Melissa and Angelica were fantastic.

Great office! We are new patients at this practice and are very satisfied. If it helps, my answers are related to my son's wisdom teeth removal on 12/29. Everything was perfect except for a long wait for the oral surgeon. Doubt that can be helped though as it must be difficult to know in advance exactly how long those extractions will end up taking before you get in there to start the work.

The procedures are extremely costly, fortunately they have the dental plan which helps a little.

The service was extraordinary in all clinical respects. A couple gliches in non-clinical areas. The insurance coordinator had to make some manual changes to what came up first on the computer, and came up with a couple different figures before it was settled; I assume she got it right in the end but really have no way of knowing. There was also confusion because somehow they got the figure for my wife's remaining annual benefits instead of mine. The only real problem was that I got bad information when the appointment was made concerning my need for antibiotic prophylaxis before the appointment; fortunately I double-checked before the hygienist went to work and the office was able to provide me with antibiotics right then and still do the work that day, which impressed me.

This has been the most comfortable dental experience that I have received.. The staff was very welcoming,the office very inviting and comfortable.I have finally found my "dental home". Thank you all so much for being caring and sensitive to my needs and listening. I will be telling all of my friends about this office,you have helped me let go of my dental fear.

I was only a little disappointed in that even though I had an early morning appointment that the dental hygienist was already running behind. My appt was at 8:15 and I was not pulled back until 8:45am.

It was an amazing visit. ALL staff was great and I felt sol comfortable with Dr. Kraft. I will definately be back and send ALL friends and family members.

Excellent professional service regarding everyone. A few assistants learning, but appear to be doing great. Only good things to say. The doctor was detailed enough to locate a crack in a tooth with decay, which obviously was not expected. I am very thankful for her detailed approach and attention. I am sure it saved more dire consequences in the future if not detected. Have only good things to say regarding treatment. The only issue is really overall cost. Realizing that the care is detailed and in depth, it still seems to be more expensive than other competitive businesses providing similar care. Others have noted to me (whether correct or not) stating that we won't go there due to the high costs.

I like the explanation of what need to be done and why, and then given the choice of the procedures. I feel like I have more control in what happens. Treated with respect.

Prices are high. For those with critical conditions, office should work with patient to lower cost to patient. More than just offering a payment plan, lower cost on an individual basis.

That you can't give me an itemized bill when my treatment is done makes no sense to me. If you were going to bill me then I could understand this, but I am paying for treatment at time of service? If you could bill me I could plan accordingly and would not be forced to use my credit card. I would highly recommend you. I walked out of the Tangerine Dental Factory a month or so ago without any treatment of any kind.

Since I have been a patient at this office, I have been extremley satisfied with the dental care that I have been given. The whole staff at the office is just wonderful. I could not ask for a better team!!!!! I do have to give Melissa Tucker a great big shout out She is a the most caring hygenist I have ever met, She really cares about the patient and their health.. thank you so much for everything!!!

The entire team was great as they help with my emergency issue. I am so very thankful that they made an effort to see me as soon as they could.

I have a HUGE fear of the "Dentist"...and I have to admit that this was the best experience I have ever had!!! Eveyone was so attentive and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Laos made me feel secure and informed me of all my options and when we decided on the treatment he explained each and every step. I am HAPPY!!! In a nutshell, Dr. Laos ROCKED!!!! The staff ROCKED!!! I have told my fiends and will continue to spread the word. Cataline Smiles most definitely OVER DELIVERED!!!!!

2 hours there but I'm assuming it was just because it was our first visit. Looking forward to being at this office for our whole family.

I was very impressed with both the professionalism and the friendliness of the entire staff. I felt welcomed and well cared for and will continue to be a patient.

For the amount of people working there is always too large a wait period between procedures. The amount of time the dental assistant needs to get ready for the hygienist is too long. Other offices I have been in did not have assistants and were far more efficient. Equipment should be in one handy place easily reachable and set up in a minute or two.

I'm always treated courteously and I find all the staff members to be warm and caring. I'm very confident to recommend this office to others.

My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled three times, which I don't see as good practice. There was a clear emphasis on selling services, and an attempt to convey a sense of urgency about treatments that really are, in truth, optional. Otherwise, I was quite pleased and found especially that the cleaning by the dental hygenist was excellent.

Used a groupon given to me by a good friend which took care of about 25% of the cost of my particular cleaning, and was negotiated a great price for the rest of my cleaning at almost 60% off what it could have been.
