Everyone was extremely kind and accomodating. I was impressed with how up-to-date the office was. I was impressed with how accomodating the office was in terms of scheduling. Everything I needed to get taken care of was done in the same day. I really appreciated the dentist consistently asking how I was doing. I have already referred the office to a friend and she plans on scheduling an appointment.

After my first visit the same day I called back to speak with Kim in the Financial department. She was not in at the time but I was told she would call me the next day. I did not receive a follow up call from her the next day.

No actually cleaning was done, just the preliminary review with xrays. The cleaning needed to be reset due to gum problems. We are going back on 5/22 to complete the process.

I felt my dental cleaning was excellent and applauded your office for wanting to stay on the cutting edge of technology. However, after having the hygienist power clean my teeth and spray water on my face I would have liked to use mouth wash for a cleaner, fresher feeling as the polishing was done before the cleaning. There is something unsettling about her fingers and rubber gloves in my mouth and no chance to rinse before I walked out the door. I left and put a piece of gum in my mouth to remove the rubber glove taste! I may be wrong but I also have come to expect from a typical dentist office an offer of a sample tooth brush, floss and tooth paste – I am sure this has an effect the bottom profit line ....... but service is service.

Only real criticism was that my appt. was for 10am and treatment did not begin until 10:17pm. I make this comment because the office was not busy that morning....no one in waiting room and patient areas near me were quite. So...?

Tiffany, the hygienist, was phenomenal. She has a great attitude; is fun and took special care with all my special circumstances with broken legs and blood thinners. She had me laughing through the entire cleaning and never once hurt me with the tools. Dr. Stoll (sp?) was great as well. Explained clearly what my options were. Made sure I was comfortable and safe at all times with my damaged legs. Dee(?) took a lot of time with me to make sure my insurance was right. Went the extra distance to call for me, instead of letting me sink on my own. Receptionist was very personable and talked about my treatment as well.

Dr. Stoll explains everything extremely clearly, and he takes into account that I'd rather be anywhere else on the face of the earth than a dental office! This visit was somewhat confusing. I was seen by new people, and my 6 month "cleaning" was actually only a polishing. Last visit, I needed one crown--this visit, I needed two crowns. The replacement of existing crowns seems to be a major focus of the dentists.

De Tambor is the best Dentis in Tucson no question about it. Next time I get a crown however I really want him to proscribe some pain medication The Advil did not help me enough during the first 48 hours ..I had a lot more ache and soreness than required for the lack of 10 pain pills...so next time a little help in this area please.

My overall experience with the Tangerine Dental Group is very good! My dentist Dr. Babak Behbahani is very professional, competent in what he do, has a good sense of humor, accomodating, makes you feel at ease & less nervous if your afraid of dentist like me;) I wish he was born earlier & met him before so I did not develop fear of dentists because of past bad experience when I was young. I would definitely recommend him to everybody who needs dental care! The staff are great, courteous& friendly. The hygienist who attended to me is Annete& she is very kind& very good in what she do. I'm a very happy person with their care!

I am an out of state visitor spending a month in Tucson. A broken tooth prompted me to seek care. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful in answering my questions about the scope of services provided by the professional group and provided me with bios of the dentists. My appointment was arranged promptly. One and one half hours after entering the office I departed with a crown in place with the procedure having been fully explained prior to starting. It was a painless experience.

The manager can be a little abrasive. I understand she is in a hurry, but telling a patient to go over there,she can help you. Ive been waiting for this call. She stated this in an abrupt manner that was not very polite. She then waved me off with her right hand. She could use more tact. After all, I was specifically directed to that counter once my dental visit was over. Overall, though the staff is very nice and warm. They seem to work well with each other. I have recommended your services to friends. Impressive.

This was my 2nd visit to this office. My 1st visit was extremely efficient and I felt did not waste any time. This visit was a little less efficient as I waited over half an hour after my scheduled time before the cleaning actually began. But overall I was still pleased with the treatment.

I was satisfied overall except for the fact that there was some training going on and it took almost an hour to do x-rays which was a huge waste of time and caused unnecessary physical stress from the long time with sensors, etc in my mouth and caused some undue anxiety.
