I am so impressed with this practice from the receptionist to my dentist, Delia Tuttle. Regarding sedation, I am a difficult patient, yet she was patient and listened to me, and medicated appropriately. They were all supberb!

Dr. Tuttle is an excellent dentist. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. I love this office!

I respect your professional diagnosis of my dental needs, however due to the fact of my age (81)and no current pain or discomfort and my financial status, I am going to turn down your restoration suggestions at this time. If in the future I have any problem, I will contact your practice. In the meantime I would like to continue with my original purpose coming there for dental cleaning.

The receptionist was quick and to the point and friendly. The oral hygientist Heather Hunt is a true professional and skilled.

The staff is always wonderful whenever I come there. I have been coming to Desert Crossing Dental for six years now and will never go anywhere else. Dr. Tuttle is an amazing dentist and I recommend your office to everyone I know.

I am in the area as a temporary resident and needed help with an emergency situation as I have a primary dentist at home and do not wish to establish primary service here. Although I was given an opinion (surgery), which is probably the best option to permanently deal with the issue, after talking with my own dentist at home, decided to go with a less radical option for the moment (antibiotics). Dr Tuttle and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful and I will definitely come back if I need dental services while wintering in the are.

Very professional. Impressed with the latest equipment technology which allows resolution to problems immediately on the same visit. No waiting for scheduled appointment. Procedures done in quoted amount of time.

Overall it was a great experience. The xray tech was especially wonderful, and Dr. Cheung did an exceptional job with my crown. I did refer this office to many of my friends and co-workers, however, all of them cringed with the same apprehension that I did regarding the pricing. The cost was more than double the price of my dentist back home, as well as, some of my friend's dentists. I would still return to this office while in the area, however, I will be waiting until I can see my own dentist to complete some of the other dental work that I currently need.

Everyone was kind and very cheerful. Took longer to be seen than expected. But after acknowleging my time of appointment, was called in thereafter.

I have been going to your office for YEARS, you've always been highly regarding amoungst those I know through church & community. However, I have had a rough couple of years: lost my mom & job, house in foreclosure etc... I've had 2 more children(youve treated 2 of the 5) & have been recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes---so oral care is essentail to my blood sugar control, and heart disease prevention: so you're hygenist will see more me often now that my life depends on it. In fact ALL dental work I have ever had done has been in your office. But yesterday was BY FAR my BEST experience from start to finish! Alanna greeted me by name right away. I didnt wait; paperwork was done via computer--so muych better than taking 20 minutes to scribble a stack of papers & the office HAS BEEN BEAUTIFULLY REDONE! As a patient, I was heard. Your finance girl (forgot her name--but she pregnant)was WONDERFUL in explaining my options & really working with me. Can I just say: I Love Dr Ch

I made a payment to start the plan. Have not receive it yet. Still waiting, it has been 2 days now.

Extrememly improved service and care, when compared from a previous unpleasant situation.

Everything about my visit was great EXCEPT the time management of the office. I arrived at 3:15 and did not leave until closing time, at 6. I was not taken back to the dental chair until 25 minutes after arriving. There was also another delay between having my impressions taken and the doctor arriving. Had the care not been so excellent, I would have been upset. Once the timing kinks are worked out, I would definitely recommend the office.

I am new to this region, was very satisfied with my overall experience.

My insurance with the County is poor so I have to go slow with my treatment plan. Dental work is expensive when you have to pay for it on your own. Dr Tittle is the very best. She cares about the people that come to the Dental office for treatment.

Great staff and feel that the pain focus was on the patient and not trying to sell procedures that were not needed.

I thought it was great that I was shown all my options and how much it would all cost before any procedures were done. Very professional staff. Never had such a wonderful dental experience before visiting this office. I will definitely return and have already recommended your office to family.

Compared to my last visit approximately 3 yrs. ago I found this time to be very very much better. The reason I had put off coming in was due to being so disatisfied in the past.

The only experience that I was not happy with was the x-ray techinican. The procedure should be taken care of within 15 minutes but it took me 45 minutes.

Everyone was really helpful & cheerful. Nice to see. Office was set up with the latest equipment & very professional.

there was a problem with the computer which delayed taking my x-rays that was a little annoying. also there was a problem with my Rx but I think that was more the pharmacy than your office. next time I would like to get a paper copy of the Rx so if the pharm. says they didn't get it I have something to give them. i loved the tulips!!

I have not yet received an actual cleaning as yet, so I'll be more comfortable answering questions later in my treatment.

I am not sure of a long term plan....I do not remember that we went through a long time plan....
