The most important thing to me when i walk into a dental office is that it is very clean and I got that feeling at yours. I was very happy with your dental clinic. I did think the gal that was polishing my teeth didn't do the BEST job she could have. It felt like she was kinda sloppy passing over the teeth with polisher, missed some teeth! Felt like she was quickly skimming over the teeth! She just needs to be more attentive to making sure she gets every tooth, otherwise very happy with ever thing else.

Suggestions Greet all patients when they enter the office. We don't know if "you know" we are here. I did not know there was a sign in sheet? An acknowledgment is expected in all professional offices There is to much "sign here" with out telling the patient what we are signing for? You guys have a sign first approach that makes us uncomfortable. More detail should be offered for services. Example "what type of crown" Advantages and disadvantages. We want to know what we are buying. What options are there?

As a first-time patient, I was very pleased that I was able to get a same-day appointment for an emergency. Everything was handled very efficiently, and although the treatment turned out to be a little more extensive than I had anticipated, I was pleased that, because of the state-of-the-art equipment, it was able to be handled immediately. When I arrived for my appointment the blonde lady at the font informed me that I had to fill out my health history on the computer. I told her I was not comfortable useing the computer,and could I just write it.After going back and forth for a few minuits I decieded to just suck it up and do what I was told.I cant tell you how close I was to walking out and never going back again.The way this lady treated was so bad I dont know if I can come back again.I am not totally unreasonable,she could of made things better if she was a little nicer and paitent instead of demanding and rude.I always thought the customer was king but not with this lady. My appointment was VERY brief-- only saw the dentist for a couple of minutes. Perhaps this is indicative of their very high tech processes, but I'm used to a bit more "face to mouth" time with my dentist. Even though I have "dental coverage" through my Medicare Advantage plan, it seems like I am spending an awful lot out of pocket for regular ongoing care. Maybe that's just what it costs these days!

I had multiple things done and was very satisfied with most things. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the assistant in the final procedure as I still had a ton of glue on my gums and between my teeth when I left and also on my face. Usually before you leave the office I've always had everything cleaned upso you don't leave looking nuts.

I was scheduled for "continuing care" (cleaning, exam, etc.) but when I arrived, I was examined by the dentist, and had recommendations for procedures (crowns). When I asked about my appointment purpose (cleaning, etc.) I was told that would have to be rescheduled, as the Hygienist was unable to report to work that day.

Presenting the on-line coupon seems to be a problem when I try to use one. Not only does the receptionist get approval for the discount, but then when I am charged at the end of the treatment, that person has not received the discount information and once again approval is needed. Frustrating! Everything else is explained and clear except for the coupon discount, which needs approval by everyone involved.

I was sick again over the Amoxicillin I took, I presume. Last time I was ill for about 6 hours. This time the vomiting lasted about 3 hours. When I left the office I felt fine and by the time I got home it started. I will have to find a substitute medication to manage this weakening after effect. Wasn't too happy to learn I have to return to the office to pick up the mouth molds for the teeth whitening, since I live in Yucca Valley and I'll be making a 45-mile trip just for this. The dental assistants Janet and a male both seemed out of place compared to everyone else's kind, caring demeanor. Janet does not have a gentle touch and perhaps rushes when she doesnt need too. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I also really appreciated that most of the paperwork was electronic which is much more environmentally friendly than any of the other medical facilities to which I had been. My one criticism is that I found the dentist a little pushy. I wanted to wait to have a cavity filled and he was a little aggressive about me getting it filled right away. I felt he lacked some tact. It's fine to say I'd recommend that you do it right away, because it may grow, which he did initially. Then, he came in a second time and said, "This is a cavity. You shouldn't wait." This is unprofessional and not respecting the patient's autonomy. The ultimate decision rests with the patient. And when a dentist is really pushy it gives one the impression that he's unprofessional or out to make a buck. As finances are very tight for me right now, I work as a realtor in a dead real estate market, I was disappointed to learn I'd have to pay a lot more for what was referred to as "scaling" to have my teeth cleaned. That said, I understand all businesses need to make revenue to pay expenses and be profitable so I understand it maybe neccessary to up sell to pay the bills.
