love everything about this office but it took too long to see the doctor. I waited at least 40 minuties to see the doctor for oral exam. The office should offer more magazines in the office.

Dr. Crater is great! Not sure about assistant. She had problems fitting crown and ended up chipping 2. Left office with my temporary reinstalled to come back next week for the permanent crown. Not sure if assistant is training on the same day crown process. This could have gone much smoother.

It was uncomfortable having an extern do the cleaning... I wasn't told it would be an extern doing it, she didn't introduce herself or explained what she was doing... I don't mind having an extern doing the cleaning on my kids, but it would have been nice to know what to expect... Everything else was great..

Was overall a pleasant experience,just inconvenient that we could not have the ortho consult done at this office due to my daughter's insurance coverage. Now I have to take more time off of work and come back again when It could have been done with the Orthodontist on site regardless of her insurance coverage.

I was delighted from the moment I first entered the facility, being greeted with a genuine smile and promptly seen. I felt secure in the fact that everything was thoroughly examined by experienced staff and my treatment was in very good and gentle hands. All aspects of my treatment plan were gone over and explained thoroughly and I was given a wide range of options. I will recommend this facility to others looking for a dentist.

I am very pleased with this dental office, and am glad I found it. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful and explains everything in detail. The dentist and hygenist were also very gentle, which is a definite plus. I was impressed by the state-of-the-art technology available in the office. The only downside was the waiting time. On my first appointment, I had to wait for 15 minutes before I was seen. My second, and most recent, visit I had to wait for approximately a half hour to be seen for my cleaning. However, once I was seen, I was glad I had waited. The hygenist was great! Very thorough and gentle, and explained everything well. Love her!
