Important for your staff to learn how to take Blood Pressure appropriately if that is something required of them. In addition, the young lady doing my x-ray used the bleach wiper to clearn something wearing gloves and then placed her hand in my mouth without washing her hands or changing gloves. Your staff needs to be educated that the bleach wipes being used in your offices is cancer causing. Finally, I do not see much hand washing among the staff. Just because you wear gloves does not mean you do not have to wash your hands.

A hundred smiles are not enough! I hadn't been to a dentist in more years than I can admit and was in extream pain. This was my first visit and the appointment was made on very short notice. A tip of the hat for quick and kind profession attention. And, I was more than pleased with being able to fill out forms on line, great time saver for me.

I feel pressured. Every time I come in it costs me out of pocket.

This was my first visit to the dentist since my move from the UK to the US. I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. All the of the staff were extremely kind friendly and helpful and I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received.

With regards to the total cost of my treatment, I would have preferred if that portion was discussed in a separate setting like another room to go over everything more thoroughly and the payment plan options instead of the cost being discussed there sitting in the dentist chair. I didn't know how the payments were going to be set up until I was leaving the office after my appointment was completed. It felt a bit awkward. Sorry.

Dr. Rachel Hollinger (not sure of the spelling) was, as always, gentle, thorough and understanding. I am very happy.

The hygienist was unaware of an infection that I have/had when cleaning. It would have helped for her to be informed prior to flossing that area.

The dentist is very, very good;I am very comfortable with her and happy with her work. The dental assistants on the other hand, especially the last one I had, was very harsh, insensitive and had a very heavy hand. I was more in pain when she handled me than I was during the procedure. Will not want to have her again. The dental assistants that I had at this office overall are okay; definatelly could improve in the quality of their work. Thank you.

The doctor was very careful when she worked on my teeth, explained everything and did everything appropriately. All the assistants and receptionists were nice and did their work well.

Everything was great except the pain I felt during the cleaning. That's why I haven't been to the dentist in more than 10 years.

I chose this particular office through my Groupon. Other Smile Generation locations refused to honor it because "they had met their quota." I appreciated that it was honored, though the appointment had to be rescheduled once due to an office error. Once I arrived, I appreciated the thorough x-rays and exams, and the cost report of a night guard. The staff was friendly, and my fitting for my molds went very smoothly. The only real hitch was that upon discovering that I already have a healthy mouth and upon realizing that so much time had been taken to do the exam, there wasn't much time left for a very thorough teeth cleaning. Total, the amount of time spent cleaning my teeth was probably about 5 minutes. I think this is a very lovely office of very friendly, competent people, but in the future, I need to know that my preventative cleanings are thorough enough to work. Thanks so much!

Dr. Hollander was great with our 2 and a 1/2 year old! He really enjoyed his visit and is excited to return.

Few broken fillings that I had to go back to fix. Overall, the entire staff was professional and friendly.

I whant to thank all the staff. Most particularly the Dr. Who seeing me under some distress gave me comfort, compassion and a couple of shots to numb my jaw in order for her to proceed with her work. Thanks so much :-)

I cams into the office to just see the hygienist and I waited 30 and then finally went to the receptionist and asked if when my apt was going to start, she replied about 10 mins, I then waited another 15 mins for the hygienist. I think the staff should of let me know that there was going to be a large delay and they could of apologized more effeciently. Also the hygienist was rude and unfriendly... That is the first time I have not like the staff at this office.

My visit was great! I was really nervous when I came in, and the staff was very nice and put me at ease. I've recommended Hastings Ranch Dental Group to my friends already.

Actually I'm still under treatment so I don't know about long term plan.

1st vistit was excellent. 2nd visit, I had to wait for almost an hour to see the dentist, with no apology or explanation for the delay. The treatment was quick & efficient, but I would have appreciated being acknowledged that the team was running behind or something.

Everyone was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, encouraging questions and seemed happy to take the time to give information and practical suggestions/solutions. What a marvelous team. I am so impressed!

The cleaning was great and the staff were excellent. It took about and hour and 45 minutes before I saw the Doctor. BI will definitely come back, but I hope the visit will not be as long next time.

Both my spouse and I frequently experience long waits during treatment. Today I waited 30 minutes between xrays and cleaning with only a brief visit from the technician to tell me that the doctor would be right there.

I am a very nervous patient and they were so kind and catered to my cowardness!! :)

Dr, Ly and his assistants were excellent in fitting us in, taking time with us and making this a good situation for my son. Our only complaint is we were kept waiting 40 minutes for our appointment and were not told why or kept apprised of the situation by the receptionist. After 30 minutes, I had to ask her about the delay. She was rather blase about it.

I was pleasantly suprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the entire team.

They stepped in immediately, stayed late, organized all services and finances immediately and never lost sight of the patient care. I was so lucky to have my insurance carrier refer our family to you. Thanks!

Overall the dental procedure & services were very good. But quite disappointed about the very long wait time. I waited more than 1/2 hour in the dentist chair between the dental checkup and the actual cleaning itself. Considering I had an appointment in advance, I expected the wait time to be definitely shorter.
