Important for your staff to learn how to take Blood Pressure appropriately if that is something required of them. In addition, the young lady doing my x-ray used the bleach wiper to clearn something wearing gloves and then placed her hand in my mouth without washing her hands or changing gloves. Your staff needs to be educated that the bleach wipes being used in your offices is cancer causing. Finally, I do not see much hand washing among the staff. Just because you wear gloves does not mean you do not have to wash your hands.

A hundred smiles are not enough! I hadn't been to a dentist in more years than I can admit and was in extream pain. This was my first visit and the appointment was made on very short notice. A tip of the hat for quick and kind profession attention. And, I was more than pleased with being able to fill out forms on line, great time saver for me.

I think there should be better communication with procedures, as well as healing time, potential problems taht may be resultant of procedures. Although I was told the the procedures would be entirely covered by my insurance benefits, I ended up with a bill for additional payment. I have to assume if the insurance company was in fact called my the dental office, the information/questions were not sufficient to get an appropriate and accurate answer regarding my covered benefits.

With regards to the total cost of my treatment, I would have preferred if that portion was discussed in a separate setting like another room to go over everything more thoroughly and the payment plan options instead of the cost being discussed there sitting in the dentist chair. I didn't know how the payments were going to be set up until I was leaving the office after my appointment was completed. It felt a bit awkward. Sorry.

The dentist is very, very good;I am very comfortable with her and happy with her work. The dental assistants on the other hand, especially the last one I had, was very harsh, insensitive and had a very heavy hand. I was more in pain when she handled me than I was during the procedure. Will not want to have her again. The dental assistants that I had at this office overall are okay; definatelly could improve in the quality of their work. Thank you.

I chose this particular office through my Groupon. Other Smile Generation locations refused to honor it because "they had met their quota." I appreciated that it was honored, though the appointment had to be rescheduled once due to an office error. Once I arrived, I appreciated the thorough x-rays and exams, and the cost report of a night guard. The staff was friendly, and my fitting for my molds went very smoothly. The only real hitch was that upon discovering that I already have a healthy mouth and upon realizing that so much time had been taken to do the exam, there wasn't much time left for a very thorough teeth cleaning. Total, the amount of time spent cleaning my teeth was probably about 5 minutes. I think this is a very lovely office of very friendly, competent people, but in the future, I need to know that my preventative cleanings are thorough enough to work. Thanks so much!

All of the staff was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by the range of treatment plans available, including detailed information regarding each one. The office environment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and high-tech equipped. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit - something I wouldn't ordinarily say about a visit to the dentist!

I'm not sure of the name of this amazing dental assistant, she is older, caucasion, very long blonde hair. She was beyond sweet and amazing with me. I had a mini panic attack when the needles came near my mouth and she was able to talk me through it and keep my calm throughout the entire experience. She is also the first person to not make me gag during x-rays and the teeth impressions. Please give this great dental assistant some recognition for being truly amazing. Thanks!

I cams into the office to just see the hygienist and I waited 30 and then finally went to the receptionist and asked if when my apt was going to start, she replied about 10 mins, I then waited another 15 mins for the hygienist. I think the staff should of let me know that there was going to be a large delay and they could of apologized more effeciently. Also the hygienist was rude and unfriendly... That is the first time I have not like the staff at this office.

I love the dentist and team there! This was one instance where the person who came in and did my rootcanal was not someone I would recommend. He was decent but rough. The nurse had NO chair side manor. He was ride, rough and the dentist kept having to do his job (ie take xrays) for him. Will still use Hastings Ranch Dental Group in the future but will ask for a different dentist and nurse when getting my rootcanals done. 2 more in August.

Dr, Ly and his assistants were excellent in fitting us in, taking time with us and making this a good situation for my son. Our only complaint is we were kept waiting 40 minutes for our appointment and were not told why or kept apprised of the situation by the receptionist. After 30 minutes, I had to ask her about the delay. She was rather blase about it.

Overall the dental procedure & services were very good. But quite disappointed about the very long wait time. I waited more than 1/2 hour in the dentist chair between the dental checkup and the actual cleaning itself. Regarding Question #7, none of the choices really fit. A more appropriate answer would be "No, because I have completed everything under my past treatment plan". Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Hastings Ranch Dental Group. I was a very nervous patient when I began a significant amoaunt of dental work last year, but everybody on staff made me feel very comfortable and helped me to become a much less nervous patient. I've had three other dentists in the Pasadena area, and none provided the level of service and comfort that Hastings Ranch Dental does.
