The only negative I can think of is the limited number of days a month the Orthodontist is actually in office. It makes scheduling visits more difficult.

I was very pleasantly pleased with the attention and care exhibited at my dental appointment. All of the staff at Arrowhead Dental Group were attentive and did their jobs well.

Confused by many comparisons of our PPO benefits vs HMO benefits. Would have preferred only showng benefits of the ins we have.

This by far was the best trip to a dentist that I've ever had! The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the dentist was extremely thorough. I'm very happy with this dental office and will definitely refer them to friends and family.

Well worth the cost!! My other daughter is an anesthesiologist and I feel I can recommend this practice to her.

My son has intense anxiety due to a bad gag reflex and an embarrassing previous visit where he threw up on the hygienist. All the members of the dental team bent over backward to make him feel as comfortable as possible. They were all so kind and understanding, and we will definitely be long-term customers!

Absolutely love the office and staff. Everything has been great since we have became new patients. Very informative and upfront with answers.

Only had an initial exam and evaluation but super nice place and staff overall. One small drawback was that each person I met in succession would ask me "what is the problem we have today?". Got to be a bit tedious at the third time.

The front office staff has always been courteous and helpful. The doctors and hygienists are also very prompt, thorough, and efficient, and treat us with a smile.

I feel very comfortable with Dr Patel performing future work on my son. As little as he is he needs a filling, and I was so relieved that Dr Patel had the same thought as my husband and I that such a little one should not undergo anesthesia, unless it is the request of the parent. I appreciate when doctors and other medical professionals leave decisions up to my husband and I and don't try to push us one way or the other, but simply give advice and allow us to make the calls.

4 of my children have now been to this particular office. Every time it has been a pleasure to return. The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well as the assistants. My daughter recently came in for a visit and they were so compassionate about her fears. She is returning in a few days to have her wisdom teeth taken out and because of the ladies up front along with the assistant she is more comfortable knowing she will be well taken care of. Thank you everyone at Arrowhead Dental Group for all your kindness.

I would give this office and staff the highest rating but for one issue that makes me uncomfortable. Everyone is very pleasant and professional and great with my kids. The one issue is that of hygiene. I have a compromised immune system and so I notice these things. No one washes their hands (or uses sanitizer- which I don't believe is as good anyway) before touching the gloves they wear during the procedures. The staff touches doors, walls, clipboards, pens, etc., then picks up the gloves and puts them on. Once you have touched the gloves with unwashed hands, they are contaminated and all that contamination goes right into the patient's mouth. You are protected from our germs but we are not protected from the germs all over the outside of the gloves. One staff member even puts on the mask AFTER putting on the gloves, touching their head with the gloves on. This is playing Russian Roulette with bacteria- most of the time the patient will be fine but no guarantee. I'm nervous.

I've had a few bad dental experiences since I move to Phoenix five years ago, including dentists that weren't truthful about my dental health. Not only did the doctor explain his recommomendations to me, but showed me on the x-rays why he was making the recommendations. Everyone was professional and friendly. I feel like I've found a dental office that I'll have for a long time, and that I can recommend to my friends and family.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Amber does a great job cleaning. Dr McGiver also does great work and makes the experience very comfortable. I am a satisfied patient!

This was my daughter first visit in AZ. She was really scared, however, everyone took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped her get through to the end. Now, the office is no longer a scary place ( Thank you)

The ladies in the front were very warm and friendly...the only name I know is Heidi (sorry). I've never walked into any kind of dr.'s office and felt so comfortable...all of you are awesome! I rarely give such excellent reviews, but I wanted to make sure that you all knew how very, very happy I am with your service. From beginning to end, I felt that your office was extremely kind and helpful. I felt like what everyone should feel like, regardless if they are famous or have money. ;) Thank you for that. In a world where everything seems to go by fast, I appreciate the time you spent "being present" with me. One suggestion: I needed to change my name in the system because the operator that took my info, misspelled my name. One of the receptionists said that if she changed it, I would have to do the patient packet all over again. I explained the situation to another receptionist who changed it right away and I didn't need to fill in the packet again. My suggestion would be to have everyone know that it is possible to make a name change without filling out additional paperwork. If she can't do it, then she needs to know who can. I have been to many dentists over the years and your office has been the best in all areas- professional, friendly and dr Mcgiver is so caring and kind every time.

My 6yr old and 3 yr old felt very comfortable and are excited to come back :)

Overall I was satisfied, although my husband and I were in the office for 4 hours, which I think is excessive. Better time management of our procedures was needed. Rather than have my husband sit and wait for well over an hour, while I was having my teeth cleaned. Our time would have been much better managed, had the dentist done his fillings while I was having my teeth cleaned. Instead, he sat and waited until the hygenist was finished cleaning my teeth, the dentist then interupted his cleaning to do the fillings, then completed his cleaning.

I was left in the chair for almost half an hour unattended during my procedure.Amber should have let me know ahead of time that "a break" meant an half hour. She apologized later, saying she was double booked (knowing the tight ship you run that surprised me).Don't expect it to happen again.

The entire staff was friendly and professional, yet still very attentive to my individual needs. This was my first visit to a dentist here in Peoria. I will definitely refer my friends to this office!

This appointment was for my 7 year old son who has a very difficult time with dental treatment because of of an aweful gag reflex. The last office we took him to couldn't get proper x-rays and referred him out to a pediatric office for fillings because they didn't feel they could do it. The pediatric office is wonderful but our insurance forces us to use a regular office once the kids are over 6 years. I was apprehensive to take him to another adult dentist because I know he is such a difficult case. However, the Arrowhead Group office staff was extremely friendly, the x-rays were taken specially to accommodate his gagging, the hygienist was AMAZING even when my son threw up in her face because of the flouride, and the dentist spoke directly to my son rather than "over" him like many providers tend to do. I don't remember a time I was in a medical office where the entire staff was so pleasant and worked so well together!:

Long term plan is fine but too costly. Otherwise very pleased with all around service.

The dentist has set a long term goal/plan I am just waiting on what is covered by my dad's out of state insurance. So hopeful;ly we are on our way!!
