Love the office, Sherry is wonderful and so is Dr. Pham

Dental assistants do most of the work when applying braces, should explain steps to the patient as they go and give an approximate time frame for each step. It's uncomfortable to be in the chair for an unknown duration just hoping it'll be over soon. They shouldnt forget that even though this is everyday work for them, its a totally new experience to the client.

By far the best dentist office Ive been to. Friendly environment, cleanliness and made me feel right at home.

None additional. Just hope the staff stays a friendly as they are now. That makes it easier to go to the dentist. It's like being with a family member. Keep up the good work staff.

Overall experience was excellent!!!

Every one was very professional and friendly. Made me feel very ciomfortable. I was satisfied with everyone in the entire office. I was very pleased with my new crown. Dr. Mercer is the best dentist that I've ever had, he takes time to explain every thing in detail.

Had a good experience at this office and the employees working there. Was very surprised at the level of courtesy given to myself as a patient and the time spent was very well managed.

My kids have not been to the Dentist in 3 years this was only my sons 2nd vist to any dentist and the gril that cleaned and took e-rays was wonderful to them both.

The dentist was very informative, friendly and professional. He offered longer term solutions to avoid further damage to my teeth. The assistant was very friendly. The appointments were set up very quickly. The process was quick and easy.

The team was very sensitive to the fact that I was in a lot of pain and the fact that we don't have a lot of money. Everyone was very nice and as soon as my appointment was over, we signed our kids up for a visit.

My appointment took an hour and a half. My teeth were polished ,but not cleaned.If the office is that far behind I would appreciate a call so I can come in later. My appt was at 12:00- didn't see the DDS until 1:00. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Awesome job! Best dental team I've ever worked with. I'll continue to be a patient here, along with my wife and kids.

Everyone was especially professional, made me feel comfortable and secure. I feel that the staff overall is very friendly and warn toward the patients.

I enjoyed the visit overall. The only disappointment I had was I had understood that the teeth cleaning would happen on the same day as my initial visit. The good thing is the teeth cleaning appointment was scheduled for next week.

1st visit was focused on immediate need Dr made it clear that when I want to discuss and set-up a long-term plan he is available

I don't have a treatment plan because I do not need further treatment. This was a very pleasant experience for me. Did not wait long, x-rays, exam and cleaning progressed quickly.

Everyone is very nice there. The only thing I was frustrated about was I had an appt at noon and I didn't get seen until 12:45 which normally probably isn't a big deal for people but I have to bring my kids so it is hard to keep them satified that long. I had to reschedule my cleaning for a few days later but on the plus note when I came back for the cleaning the hygentist was really nice, accomodating and super efficient.

I felt rushed in decision making. Told I was having a tooth pulled and 10 minutes later it was done. I felt rushed out the door. Was told I would get instructions on home care after my treatment, but realized after I got home did not get them and had to call. I was handed 4 appt cards but was not given the opportunity to choose the dates or times. Told I could change them later if necessary. Would have preferred more interaction. Also, I didn't even realize by temp. bridge was done. They did it and left and then the Hygenist came in. After she was done she said I was done and I left. My temp bridge is very rough and I need to come in and have it smoothed out as it is irrating my tongue. No one asked me how it after it was put on and I didn't know to ask. Overall all, however, I have never seen a more pleasant group of people. Very caring on how I was doing as I was very upset. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I was never left

I am very greatful for Dr. Pham and his staff. They are very patient and gental with those of us who are afraid of dental work! I have always been treated very well and recommend his office to friends.

Really friendly and non judgemental dental staff.

My other teeth that need to be pulled are constantly hurting and giving me bad headaches, the teeth that were pulled don't hurt at all, I think I need to get them out as soon as possible. The temporary teeth are also bothering my tongue, because it is pushed up and does not lay right and the roughness is causing my tip of my tongue to have small sores on it, and my bite is not right, I hope my perminate bridge fits better then the temporary one.
