Absolutely loved Alyssa and Dr. Western...they make going to the dentist office a great experience. Very professional and yet super sweet and attentive. I really like that Dr. Western is not pushy with cosmetic dentistry and our vanity, but instead with the health of our teeth and gums!!

I came in for an initial check-up and cleaning. I was really impressed with the facility and the staff was extremely nice. My only issue was that I didn't receive the cleaning portion of it. I'm not really sure why, but maybe it will happen when I come in for a couple fillings?

When applying the varnish it should, in my case, be only applied to the base of the tooth. The Varnish made my teeth yellow by applying it to the tooth itself, wiped some of it off.

I had a really great experience and already set up my next appointment. I have encouraged my whole family to give the office a try. Everyone in the office was very personable and clearly explained what was happening. The Canadian guy at the front desk was especially helpful in showing me the break down of my dental insurance and explaining what was covered. And I really appreciated the Dentist taking the time to sit down and explain my plan of care with me.

The office receptionist was very polite and helpful. It was apparent he was new to the position and I felt the office manager was rude to him in front of me. It reflected poorly on the office manager, not the receptionist. He was doing his best and asking her questions to be sure he was doing his job correctly. She was sarcastic and demeaning to him. I loved the dental care I received; very high tech and professional.

Everyone was wonderful. Melanie got me in for work that I needed done to get surgical clearance right away. The doctor explained everything, and I loved seeing the photos paired with the x-rays. The doctor did an outstanding job on my crowns, which I got the same day.

Dr Western and Team were very very professional and nice. I was petrified of the dentist, but they made me feel totally comfortable while there! Also they didn't show me or tell me I was getting a shot of Novocain for my filling which I appreciated very much as I was very afraid of needles!! the only thing i would have changed is having the oral surgeon take a minute after the procedure to let us know whether she had sutures or not. i met him before the procedure but would have been nice for him to talk with us after in recovery. also would be better to have prescriptions in hand because it takes awhile to fill and were not given until after the procedure. loved the oral surgeon and the girls in office are always great

I had a nice office visit. The desk staff makes one feel at home right away which is very important. Was a little concerned about the use of ultrasonic cleaners but the dentist explained the device. Had later heard that the device could remove enamel but will ask at next visit. Lots of x-rays which concerns me but otherwise was very satisfied.

I lost a filling the day before I was leaving on vacation. This office got me in right away and replaced my filling. I was able to leave on vacation, with no worries. I have found a dentist office close to home, that gives great dental care, so I will be returning to this office for my routine cleaning and dental needs.

I am very pleased with my latest visit and with the future treatment options that were presented to me. I am disapointed with my previous visit where I had teeth #13 and #31 extracted. The extractions went fine and I'm okay with the extraction of #31. I just wish I was given other options for #13. All I wanted was to have the crown reattached. But the choices I was given were - go all the way with a root canal and new crown, or extraction. Due to the cost I had to go with the extraction, a decision I regret.

I really like this office and the staff. The only thing I do not like is that I always have to go to a specialist to do certain treatments. I speak to my friends from different offices and they tell me that their dentist is able to perform root canals, extractions and implants without having to be rescheduled for a specialist. Right now, I need a tooth extraction and need to wait two days with tooth pain waiting for an opening with the oral surgeon when my old dentist would have performed the treatment on the spot. In a way it really makes me feel that maybe my dentist is not as experienced and can not perform all the tasks I feel a dentist should. When that happens, I start to feel a little uncomfortable with my treatment. Everything else has been great.

I have always had bad experiences with dentists in the past but when I started going to Dr. Western it was completely opposite. From the very beginning the entire staff at the officer have been wonderful. The office manager, Joseph, is a great person and really takes the time to explain everything. Dr. Western and his team have also been top notch. He explains what he is going to do before he does it and I have had nothing but a great experience when I have gone to the office.

The receptionist, Joseph, was fantastic. He was pleasant from the time he called to confirm my appointment to the time I left the office. The dentist who performed my root canal was REALLY cool (and sang really well!) If my other dental office wasn't so close, I would totally switch offices to go to this dentist, without a doubt. The one thing I disliked was that my dental office gave me a print out quote of one price but when I got the your office, it was significantly higher than estimated. The things I was being charged for were briefly SHOWN to me, but not explained at all. Other than that, VERY enjoyable visit and I have already recommended your office to everyone I work with who asked about the root canal I had. Thanks!!! From, The Lake. :-)

Everybody goes out of their way to help you. How refreshing it is to have this kind of care. Joseph greeted me right away and the receptionist was courteous as well. Jose was kind and informative during the procedures. Dr. Western made me feel very comfortable. He is a bright young dentist with a terrific future ahead of him. You can tell he is kind and compassionate and really cares about his patients. Joseph concluded the visit and took care of my insurance and set up my next appointment. This is a very friendly and well organized office.

The experience was great except I did not like the fact that after I had the root canal, I had to go sit out in the waiting room and wait for the dentist to repair the filling. It was very uncomforable as I do not like to be around people with my mouth still knumb and drooling. They should have put me in a room in the back or left me where I was if the dentist was not ready. The staff is excellent though, and the dental work is fine.

I work in IT and know how electronic offices should work and your office is a model of that. I was impressed from start to finish. My other disappointment was my appointment was for 1:00 PM and the front desk didn't even call me until 1:10 PM. Since this was my first appointment it might have been nice to let me know if would take about an extra hour, no real big deal there but I wasn't aware. I already referred my wife and will refer others if they ask.
