Had to wait 40 min for orthodontist but benefit coordinator explained a patient had a lot of questions. I appreciated the honesty as to why there was a delay. I give kudos to your staff for explaining why there was a delay and as long as I am informed, I do not have an issue with waiting as I like that a provider takes the time with a patient even though he may have other patients waiting. It is refreshing to deal with an office that treats patients well. You can see that you all have put the needs of your patients first. You have multiple dental specialties to accommodate all your patient needs, plus the PAC man machine is way cool!, Thank you for the great service, sincerely, a working mom!,

There is an obvious 'culture' of super-relaxed staff members when it comes to meeting, conversing and interacting with patients and with each other. I had the most pleasant, professional and caring visit. The staff at Foothills Smiles care about the level of service and treatment they provide. I received a follow up call from the dentist that provided my dental care the next morning to make sure I was doing okay after my procedure. Now if that is not quality of care I don't know what is. I have never received a call from any dental office or doctor’s office to follow up with me after any procedure. The fact that the Dental staff took the time to follow up with me makes me know I made the right choice by choosing Foothills Smiles as my new dental office.

I generally am very uncomfortable going to a dentist. This office however made it as simple as a damaged tooth could be. The dentist made me feel at ease and all of my options. My only complaint is the time my procedure took. It was explained it would take about an hour and ended up being about three and a half hours causing issues for others I was responsible too.

Everything was just fine. Cost was affordable the assistants and hygienists are really friendly. I loved watching them design my filling too. The only complaint was the dark glasses I wore to block the light from my eyes. They were dirty and had make-up from a previous client on them.

I had a great visit, it was my first time visiting the dentist in about three years and I feel that after this one visit I am already on track to be at a regular stage of dental hygiene, if that makes sense. I felt like the staff was able to erase the three years of neglect that comes with just brushing and flossing and no regular visits. I feel confident in my dental plan, and that I will be able to afford my choices. Ella, was fantastic, and although I can't remember her name off the top of my head the dental hygienist was AWESOME, as well as Dr. Jarvas. I will definitely recommend Foothills Smiles, and I am happy to say that this is my Family Dentist. Thank you!!

Our experience was amazing. My son has a speech delay and often taking him to do things can be very taxing and ends in a blow out. My son was happy and comfortable and the team was very patient with him when he didn't understand what they were saying or asking. They went at his pace and didn't push him to do more than he was comfortable with. He received praise the entire time he was there and told what a great job he was doing. The employees seem to really care about their patients. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with my son. That is something he doesn't always receive.

Thank goodness they got rid of those Playboy magazines and replaced them with Sports Illustrated. All those boobs (shivers up my spine). Seriously, very good experience. Helpful staff that did their best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed for a stressful situation, a root canal.

My overall experience was excellent, staff very friendly, very clean and high tech place. I was called in as soon as I arrived in office, no waiting time which was great, in most other places I ususally have to wait between 1/2 - 1 hour to be called in and additional waiting and rescheduling for different procedures, here I got everything I needed to get done the same day.

It would be a huge help on TIME, if you could send the initial health questions that are done on your in-house computer, prior to the first appointment, so that it wouldn't take quite so long for the first appointment. I was there for 2 hours and 20 minutes for my first appointment, and some people are going to be turned off by that. I really liked the people and dentist there, but 2 hours and 20 minutes was a bit long for that initial appointment.

This was my daughter's first dentist visit and your staff was great with her. However, she complained that the xrays hurt and I noticed the hygienist was not as gentle with her as the other hygienist was with my other daughter. She was complaining of pain in her cheeks around her mouth that night even though all she had done was xrays and a cleaning. I feel the hygienist was too rough. Of course, this daughter has to go back to have cavities filled and now I'm concerned she's not going to want to go because she'll associate the dentist with pain. We'll move on with her treatment at her office because overall I was very satisfied. but I think it's important to be extra gentle with kids' mouths.

I was a little suprised to not have my cleaning on the same date that I went in for the exam. That is the only cause for the low answers on my cleaning (there wasn't an option to say N/A) and I have to take another half day off work to get the cleaning. However, I love this office and have already referred several people.

I am 12 years old and I came in for my exam and cleaning and I want to share with Dr. Jarvis, my dentist, Dr. Wing, my new Orthodontist, and there staff, how friendly everyone is. I was a little nervous at first, but each of you made me feel good and what I liked the most was that everyone of you explained things to me and not just my mom. Both Dr. Jarvis and Dr. Wing were AWESOME! Ula was the one who cleaned my teeth and she made me feel good by telling me that I was doing a good job. She was very nice. All of the assistants were so fun and they made me feel like a star once I got my braces on! I am really glad that I am going to Foothills Smiles for my braces for the next year, because they are so fun to be around and who doesn't want to feel like a Star! THANKS EVERYONE!

For my wisdom teeth extractions, I was very nervous. I did not know what to expect or experience. I was never put under before and never had any form of surgery before. The doctor was fabulous! He made me feel very comfortable and safe. His hygienist was awesome too. She was super sweet. Everything went very quickly and I had a great turn around time with little to no down town.
