Thank you so much! I am happy to say I have found my new dentist! Your staff is very nice and communicated very well with me during the visit. I am especially happy with Dr. Gebhart. Before my procedure (root canal) I was apprehensive to say the least. I decided to go ahead with it on the spot and couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated and his friendliness (dry humor). He was quick and I felt next to no pain (slight sting when being numbed up). I have had simple teeth cleanings at other dentists that were more uncomfortable! I do not want another root canal … but if I do need one, I will not be as apprehensive next time knowing that Dr. Gebhard and his staff will be the ones taking care of me. Again, thank you! You guys are GREAT at what you do.

I've been in your office a couple of times lately, the blonde receptionist is not always friendly. Should immediately greet customers when they come up to the desk and ask them to sign in if necessary or tell them that you will be with them shortly. As opposed to ignoring them while you complete whatever task you are finishing on the computer screen. Remainder of staff offers superior customer service.

The student who flossed and polished my teeth did not introduce herself. I did give her feedback on how well she performed these tasks (very poorly, but Julie did re-floss--I did not tell the student that she did poorly) Julie did ask me if it was alright for someone else to do the polishing & flossing. I was fine with that because several people including the dentist) came in to tell her that she had people waiting. Julie stated that her scheduled patients came first and reassured me that she would not rush me. I really appreciated Julie's professionalism.

The hygienist seemed very inexperienced. Had to take xrays over which I don't appreciate unneeded radiation. Also had a hard time with polishing. Wasnt a fun experience but guess it got the job done

EVERY TIME I COME INTO THIS OFFICE I SEE A NEW DENTIST. WHY DON'T ANY STAY? I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE CONTINUOUS CARE WITH ONE DENTIST. I THINK I HAVE SEEN AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT DENTISTS IN THE TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT IN THIS OFFICE. TWO OF THEM I DIDN'T REALLY CARE FOR... THAT IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING ABOUT THIS OFFICE. My Marketplace Smiles reminder card handed to me at my last office visit stated that my appointment on November 26th was for 7:30am; however, when I arrived at the office, the detnal hygientist informed me that I was early. Apparently my appointment was scheduled for 8:00am in the computer. Overall, this is a small error and my opinion of the Marketplace Smiles staff is positive!

THe only real improvement I would suggest is to have a curtain or something for the xray area that is in full site of the lobby. It's not terrible but I would prefer to not be sitting there in full view of the check in desk as the mouthpiece is being put in and out of my mouth for x-rays. Its not terrible but less than ideal. I would be less concerned in an open space further into the office where the traffic was lower.

I was rold I need cleanings every 4 months, then I was told I won't need them so often if I agree to the laser treatments, which I did, then after I Paid for the laser, they told me I still need appointments every 4 months.

The Dr suggested that I have a laser cleaning and I needed 2 fillings. I told the person going over the Benefits Coordinator that I would just wait to do the laser and I think she might have misunderstood me and thought I would just do it all next time, I think a little lack of clarity on both our parts. But then I asked about getting the fillings done and then had to wait about 45 minutes for the Dr to come back and do them. I was there for 2 ½ hours. I guess I didn’t realize that you usually come back for those (those are my first fillings), but think they should be done all at one time, I don’t have time to come back and get that done at a later date. But besides that, everything was great. I’ll be back in a few days for my daughters appt

Not comfortable signing(at front desk) for dental treatment when I haven't even been examed by Dr.G. Agreeing to pay money when I am not sure I will need to by the end of the appt. The front desk seems very busy and I feel like I am bothering them if I have questions that take too long or fall out of there sign-in rountine.

I am extremely happy with this dental office. I had not gone to the dentist for decades so was a bit apprehensive but I immediately felt at ease. Everyone was so very nice, friendly and professional but not stuffy. I will recommend this office to as many people as I can. Procedures were explained to me in an understandable manner. I experienced virtually no discomfort. I will not wait as long to return!

Coming from the East Coast initially if felt as though i was in a used car lot being sold products. It was very overwhelming. After being at the office for 3 hours I really just wanted to get out of the office. I only came for a cleaning that was it. On a good note I loved my dentist and appreciated the time he took to make me comfortable and come up with an appropriate treatment plan.
