This is a great office and I am generally very happy going here. The dentist and hygenist that I have are excellent. I don't normally like going to the dentist but it is not so bad to go to this office. They do a good job.

I feel I waited too long for the hygienist to come before someone decided that the hygienist was too busy and the dentist came in to do the hygienists job.

Most friendly people, treat you like they really know you and not a number. Always on time and do not have to wait. They all work with you to resolve any questions. The only improvement or area of confusion is quoting fees. Almost every time I get a different quote from someone than what it really is. I have to really watch the charges. Overall, my family loves it here and ALL of the Dental team.

Dr. Ewell is the best dentist I have ever had! He always does what's best for us.

I am very pleased with my recent visit and minor dental work and I have already recommended your office to 3 people who i believe have already booked.,,, however,my only beef is at the end of my dental procedure the hygenist had to leave to see someone else who was waiting and handed me over to a young blonde, (dont know name) who was nice,,,but quickly slabbed some flouride on my teeth and out the door she sent me...my bad though, i should have stopped her and asked what to do with the stuff that was caked on my teeth.. BUT all in all, I AM IMPRESSED, AND PLEASED. See you soon for more dental work! Have a good one.

Best dental experience ever!

I am a new patient but so far have been very satisfied with the services provided to myself and my family. The only concern I have had was with some residual nerve twitching in my lip up to 10 days after having 2 cavities filled for myself. The problem did go away as I was expecting it would but I will definitely mention it to my dentist before I have any other work done.

Helpful staff, updated equipment, clean, friendly environment. Already recommended to a friend.

Dentist was very good and very quick with procedure.

Everyone was great and very comforting since I was nervous about my visit. Everyone knew thier jobs and I was very informed as to the procedures.

I am very satisfied with your approach from starting with the front desk to the actual dental work. I was very surprised the short time it took for the root canal. The actual crown did not take days or even weeks but one sitting.Things have changed over the years...for the better.I spoke with a gal at Deset Schools Credit Union right after I left your office . She was looking for a new dentist!!She also has Cigna.I said,"look into it"!

One of the receptionist had too much cleavage showing. This is not appropriate in a professional business environment and was uncomfortable to see.

I had to wait in the lobby longer than I would have liked while I watched quite a few people go back that showed up after I did, not sure why they went back before me but I was there approximately 10 minutes early for my appointment. While I was getting my teeth cleaned the new dentist I have never seen before interrupted the process and did my exam, I thought that to be kind of rude actually. The dentist was nice and listened to what I had to say after he was finished with his exam and told me that the ladies in the front of the office would let me know how much my options were going to cost me, problem was after the dentist left the office I still had to finish my cleaning. By the time I made it back out to the front of the office there was no one there, everyone had left. The lady that was treating me back in the office just said good night and I was left not knowing anything about the cost of crowns or a bite plate for night time so I can stop grinding my teeth.

Everyone was so kind and professional and took the time to educate me and explain every step, I really appreciate the care you provide, thank you!

Wednesday was my first visit with your facility. My husband has been a patient of yours for years; we recently were married last year, so when I told him I needed to see a dentist he referred me to your office as an outstanding place to receive care. My daughter and I both have been seen this month and I am extremely happy with both your office and the Kids office. Thank you for everything.

I was happy with the overall experience with one exception. This is the first time I have come home from the dentist without a cleaning. I am not sure if this is because a deep cleaning was reccommended or time was a factor for the staff.

Chastity was AMAZING! I was super nervous about my x-rays, I had trouble sleeping the night before. She was friendly, and comforting and even talked to me later. She is an huge help to your office!

Sonya did a great job getting the stains off my teeth this time. I am SO pleased with the results. The new tool she used seems to be working much better than the old one. My only disappointment was the time it took... 1-1/2 hours and I had to get back to work. I arrived on time but was not taken back for the procedure in a timely manner in my opinion. This is the first time this has happened to me at this office.

It is the only dental office that I have ever been to where my experience is always the same!!! It is always a pleasant and respectful environment. All the staff insures that you are taken care of from the time you walk in the door and until you leave. Thank you guys

Very pleased at my dental experience. From the benefits coordinator, going beyond to help me get additional benefits and making sure I understood every step. I also appreciated the dental assistant (Sarah) for her skills at suctioning while the dentist worked on my teeth....I usually gag a bunch and my experience was more pleasant with not having to worry or having to gag....Dr Ewell also made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Having two crowns put on, and a cleaning, I was very impressed with the whole office.....I travel over an hour to this office and it is well worth my time!

I thought I understood everything when I left the office but after reviewing everything, I may need additional explanation.

I HATE going to the dentist but I do not have that feeling anymore! Thank you & we'll see you soon!

The financial person didn't seem to know her area. One of the prices on the paper she had printed was wrong and she had to go and change it. She seemed unsure of herself. The dentist, Dr. Peterson, and the dental assistant were superior! They got me in for an emergency and were able to treat me and get me out by the time promised. I am VERY satisfied with yesterday's treatment.

It took me 2hrs for xrays and to see the dentist only. Never even had cleaning done as hygentist was to busy and and to reschedule for another day.

I opted for the floride treatment. It was painted not only on my teeth, but was slopped on my lips. This made my entire evening uncomfortable with sticky lips.

Thank you so much for not pressuring me to buy services I can't afford. I will refer others to you and in fact have let my son and daughter-in-law know about your place for their baby.

Everyone was extremely curteous and respectful to a patient with an embarrassing dental condition. That was important. The only problem came from a miscommunication and confusion on my part regarding the future plan and charges. That being of lesser importance I will definately refer friends to Norterra.

I did not have my teeth cleaned as cleaning was deferred to later date. No cost estimates were provided until plan was adopted.

The staff up front was awsomwe, she (erica i believe) and the gentleman did wonders for me and helped me figure a way financially to be able to get my dental work done!! i will always come there for my work and refer others! never had a office be as respectful and make you feel more welcome! thanks so much!!

I really liked this place. Much better than the care received in the military

It would be nice to discus additional treatment prior to starting to fully understand the benefits and costs. When I am in the middle of my cleaning and the hygienist is trying to "sell" me on additional treatment I automatically say no. The notes should reflect what I might benefit from and explained prior to the cleaning. Overall I very satisfied.

I want to thank Dr. Melde and everyone at Norterra Dental Group and Orthodontics for the wonderful care I received during my recent visit for a root canal. Dr. Melde and his assistant took exceptional care of me, kept me informed of each procedure and were truly kind and empathetic. The entire experience was unbelievable and quick. Thank you all once again, and I will gladly recommend your office and staff to others.

I have a plan set up with Norterra for regular dental treatment. I have an appt scheduled with your periodontist in October. My first visit with Norterra was a wonderful experience. I was treated courteously and was seen at my scheduled appt. time and not keep waiting in the lobby. I was also impressed with the way my son, Jason (who has Downs' Syndrome) was treated by your staff. Your staff made him feel comfortable and at ease.

The Doctor and I are waiting on the Health Insurance before making a final decision on the treatment plan

I am so happy with the care that I have received that I arranged for them to come to our office last year and make a presentation during a health fair which gained them quite a few new patients!!

Dentist who saw my son was very good at making him feel comfortable, explaining to him what he was doing and why, as well as making him feel less nervous about the entire visit and future visits.

This was our first visit. Overall I was pleased. Appreciate the office filing our dental claims for us. That is a huge convenience that is important to me.

My only problem with my vist was when they brought back my child I asked the assistant if he had fallen while under anesthesia because he had a bright red mark on his forehead. She denied the fact that he had been injured, he ended up getting a big purple bruise on his head. I wish someone would have been honest and let me know how he was injured instead of denying the obvious.
