Most friendly people, treat you like they really know you and not a number. Always on time and do not have to wait. They all work with you to resolve any questions. The only improvement or area of confusion is quoting fees. Almost every time I get a different quote from someone than what it really is. I have to really watch the charges. Overall, my family loves it here and ALL of the Dental team.

I am very pleased with my recent visit and minor dental work and I have already recommended your office to 3 people who i believe have already booked.,,, however,my only beef is at the end of my dental procedure the hygenist had to leave to see someone else who was waiting and handed me over to a young blonde, (dont know name) who was nice,,,but quickly slabbed some flouride on my teeth and out the door she sent me...my bad though, i should have stopped her and asked what to do with the stuff that was caked on my teeth.. I am a new patient but so far have been very satisfied with the services provided to myself and my family. The only concern I have had was with some residual nerve twitching in my lip up to 10 days after having 2 cavities filled for myself. The problem did go away as I was expecting it would but I will definitely mention it to my dentist before I have any other work done.

I had an appointment card with the date February 6, 9:00 AM. But the appointment must not have been made in the first place or was deleted from the data base after it was made. This appointment was made at the end of my last appointment in October. The receptionist was very helpful and looked for an opening for me. She said that there had been a cancellation for the 10 AM appointment. I was able to wait and take that appointment. It did take longer because the dentist did not have time until later to check my teeth. It all worked out fine. I will now know if I do not get a reminder to call and check on an appointment before I come.

I had to wait in the lobby longer than I would have liked while I watched quite a few people go back that showed up after I did, not sure why they went back before me but I was there approximately 10 minutes early for my appointment. While I was getting my teeth cleaned the new dentist I have never seen before interrupted the process and did my exam, I thought that to be kind of rude actually. The dentist was nice and listened to what I had to say after he was finished with his exam and told me that the ladies in the front of the office would let me know how much my options were going to cost me, problem was after the dentist left the office I still had to finish my cleaning. By the time I made it back out to the front of the office there was no one there, everyone had left. The lady that was treating me back in the office just said good night and I was left not knowing anything about the cost of crowns or a bite plate for night time so I can stop grinding my teeth.

My only issue is that when I first came and had xrays done and a general exam, they told me i only had two cavities; so I had two root canals and two crowns done. This visit was a cleaning, and now they tell me I have another cavity that they didn't see, I don't know how they didn't see it, so now I have to go back in for a filling.

Sonya did a great job getting the stains off my teeth this time. I am SO pleased with the results. The new tool she used seems to be working much better than the old one. My only disappointment was the time it took... 1-1/2 hours and I had to get back to work. I arrived on time but was not taken back for the procedure in a timely manner in my opinion. This is the first time this has happened to me at this office.

Very pleased at my dental experience. From the benefits coordinator, going beyond to help me get additional benefits and making sure I understood every step. I also appreciated the dental assistant (Sarah) for her skills at suctioning while the dentist worked on my teeth....I usually gag a bunch and my experience was more pleasant with not having to worry or having to gag....Dr Ewell also made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Having two crowns put on, and a cleaning, I was very impressed with the whole office.....I travel over an hour to this office and it is well worth my time!

While the entire staff was nice, I felt two areas were somewhat lacking. First after the dental assistant did my cleaning, I waited 15+ minutes for the hygienist to come in. Secondly, the assistant did not convey what we discussed exactly as we discussed. I overheard the conversation and the timeframe I discussed with her was not exactly conveyed. Attention to detail is important.

The financial person didn't seem to know her area. One of the prices on the paper she had printed was wrong and she had to go and change it. She seemed unsure of herself. I was very satisfied with all of the facets of my visit except for the excessive wait time between hygenist and Dr exam. It took 25 minutes before I asked someone to please have the Dr come in to finish up. This is not a complaint, instead it should be viewed as constructive criticism. A 25 minute wait is too long without so much as someone stopping in to say that the Dr will be here shortly. Quite frankly I felt like I had been forgotten.

It would be nice to discus additional treatment prior to starting to fully understand the benefits and costs. When I am in the middle of my cleaning and the hygienist is trying to "sell" me on additional treatment I automatically say no. The notes should reflect what I might benefit from and explained prior to the cleaning. Overall I very satisfied.

I liked the technology. Specifically, the cameras and my file being shown to me. I was very impressed that I saw everything and could see everything. Also, I have a tough time with schedules (due to an iv treatment I get every 2 weeks and sick time associated with it). My only problem with my vist was when they brought back my child I asked the assistant if he had fallen while under anesthesia because he had a bright red mark on his forehead. She denied the fact that he had been injured, he ended up getting a big purple bruise on his head. I wish someone would have been honest and let me know how he was injured instead of denying the obvious.
