I did mention it took some time; however, this was not your office or staff's fault - the power unfortunately went out (something you'll could not prevent/control) - the consultation/cleaning were time appropriate and efficient.

I was very happy with my visit and I really liked the office and everyone who worked there and I was treated Nicely, however dr spine might need to know that pregnant weman are emotional due to hormones and not make them feel like idiots for crying. It's not exactly fun to find out that you need extra cleanings that will cost you extra money when your already struggling and then have to figure it out because you don't want to get worse. I did like him and he explained things very well but I feel he need to be more compassionate to people's feelings and not make them feel like their are an idiot for being upset that their condition of their gums is not better then what they were told. I am educated and was upset with that portion of my visit is it a crime to be emotional and pregnant? I mean really!

Every effort was made to meet or exceed my expectations! An explaination of the treatment was a part of the process. There were no surprises. I knew what was happening and what to expect.

Dr. Spine was EXCELLENT. My mother can be very picky and difficult, and is usually afraid of the dentist. Dr. Spine took his time with my mom, talked with her about her dental needs, made sure she was comfortable, thoroughly explained her issues in a way she could understand, and then took the time to present ALL her options to her, including what results she could expect from each. Then, I went over the costs of the different options with his staff, and together we chose the option that was best-suited to my mom's needs and discussed payment options. Dr. Spine - thank you! You're the first dentist my mom has ever actually liked. She loved your attitude and presence, and was so happy you took the time to REALLY listen to her and REALLY explain things to her. Plus, while usually embarassed about her dental health, she did not feel judged at all and was very comfortable with you and your staff! We'll be back for another appointment soon!

Outstanding staff and care recieved at this office. The staff is so personable and works very well together. So glad I found this place.

My filling seems to have a slight "edge" to it, which I can feel a groove with my tongue on. When I come in for the other two, I'd like to see if it can be smoothed down a bit, if prudent.

This is the best dentist office I have ever visited. Friendly staff who really go the extra mile to explain everything and put me at ease. Very professional and EXCEPTIONAL customer service and patient care from each and every staff member!

I was very happy with the dentists office. I was exceptionally happy with the fact that I was able to be in the room with my children while they got their xrays, cleaning ect..I didn't agree with the persistance of the dentist recommending an expensive product, however, he was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my childrens oral hygene and I really appreciated that.

Efficient, friendly staff. I liked how I was able to get an appointment within the week. Financial coordinator checked with my insurance and I knew my options during my visit - no need to call back and then come back again. Dentist is very thorough and experienced.

My only complaint is the amount of time I had to wait in between my exam and cleaning. I listened to people have a social conversation and waited almost 20 minutes when everyone knew I had to leave for work as soon as possible. The dentist and assistant were great but I hate to wait but doesn't everybody?

All my expectations were met for my first visit

Prior to my experiences with tatum Smiles, I have never had my teeth cleaned by anyone in a dentist office other than a hygienist. Two of the three times I have been to Tatum Smiles office the dentist cleaned the tartar/plaque from my teeth and the hygienist then did the polishing. I'm curious as to why this is. To be honest I felt like the one time the hygienist did the cleaning she spent more time and perhaps did a better job that the dentist. I was at my previous dentist office for several years and always felt that the hygienists there spent more time on cleaning that your dentist did. I also felt my teeth were cleaner at the end whenever you or my previous hygienists did the cleanings.

This was my first time in your office, and while the staff and service was excellent, the length of time spent in the office for a simple exam and cleaning was unacceptable. In my past experience the x-rays, exam and cleaning have typically taken an hour or less. I was in you office for two hours. 15 minutes each between xray, exam, hygenist, and polishing is excessive. If the efficiency of the team were improved you could provide truly exceptional service.

My husband and I are new patients to Dr. Spine and his team. First impressions are highly important and Ashley is a shining star when it comes to first impressions. She is an amazing patient advocate! She was very attentive to our recent challenges with our, now, previous dentist. Ashley is expertly informed as to insurance and dealing with coverage. She is professional and so pleasant. All other staff was great too - just cannot say enough about Ashley!

I felt that there was a lack of professionalism at the front desk when I arrived. Maybe I am too old and have a whole different set of expectations.

The dentist told me that at this time I do not need further dental treatment.

Dr. Spine and the team at Tatum PV are very helpful and friendly. They are able to make a possibly stressful situation a more pleasant experience with their use of current technology, while still giving authentic professional service to their clients. My friend and I came in at the same time. She had healthy gums and mine were a bit sensitive and bled a lot more during cleaning, but we both felt the hygienist could have been a little gentler. Not sure if it's because in order to keep costs manageable, she is under pressure to complete procedures quickly and may not have the time to be as careful.

My experience is more pleasant than I every expected from a dentist office. RosaLinda makes me feel welcome from the minute I walk in the door. I was very nervous about my scaling appt. When I met Melissa, I felt comfortable with her explanation of my procedure for a deep gum cleaning. I felt NO pain what-so-ever during the one hour, twenty minute procedure and cannot thank you enough for making my visit livable.

It would be nice to keep some consistancy with the dentists at this location, so far i have been a pt for one year now, and 3 of your dentists have either tranfered or had to leave, PLEASE KEEP DR SPINE,DON'T GIVE HIM ANY CAUSE TO LEAVE, IF HE LEAVES THAN PERHAPS THIS IS TELING ME SOMETHING ABOUT THE SMILE DENTISTRY HEADQUARTERS.

It is always an absolute pleasure coming to this office. From the time I walk in to the time that I leave, I feel extremely comfortable (especially considering that it is a dentist's office).

I've been coming to Tatum Smiles for over 3years and over all I like the experience, eventhough daughters & I are "babies"...the staff has been great, they really take care of our fears, my only complaint is that we've gone through like 5 dentists, seems like everytime we go it's a different dentist. They have all been good, but it would be nice to have the same dentist.

I brought my mother in to see Dr.Spine. She has followed him from his previous place of business which alone speaks volumes. Even though the offices computer system was down for the entire visit, they didnt skip a beat. We still received the upmost quality of care and EVERYONE was extremly kind and considerate to my mothers needs. My mother and I would like to thank Dr.Spine and the entire staff for allowing her to have her smile back again. :)

Having a fear of dentist's, this was the most comfortable experience I could have had. Everyone was so very nice and efficient. Brian, my dental assistant was warm and friendly. Dr Spine was easy to talk to, and explained everything in a very relaxed way. I will return for the work suggested.

Hello- My only concern was that the thyroid/throat area was not covered throughout all the x-rays. This has been shown to be a preventative way for stopping thyroid problems and would prefer it is covered during all scans.
