I will definitely continue to come here! Very affordable for those without insurance! Dr Chan did my first crown and he did a wonderful job explaining the process. He made certain all my questions were answered. He even did a personal follow up call the day after my crown was put in to make sure that I didn't have any problems! The staff is super friendly and very understanding! Best of all, they will even work out payment plans on the really expensive dental work!

I Really like the staff at PMD. The only thing I find disappointing is that my Dentist is always different, The first time it was Dr Moe? then It was a Lady, Then it was another man. I'd really like it if it could generally stay the same. I like to have Dr-Patient Connections where they remember me, I haven't had that "Greet you by Name Experience." I also think the man that did my cleaning last time could have been friendlier, I think he said 3 sentences to me Dental related the whole time.

This office treats me as a person, not just another number. They are patient and understanding of my concerns. I am not the best dental patient I am sure but they do not make me feel bad to be afraid. The doctor is terrific; the office manager, Deb, makes the paperwork and explanation of fees seem not overwhelming, and Debbie, the dental assistant makes sure you are comfortable and cared for. I am glad to have tried Modern Dentistry at this location.

I came here with the apprehensive spirit that I would not be back. I would do the initial check up and that would be it. But after meeting Dr. Chan and his team, they changed my mind entirely. I wish that you offered payment options other than what the Insurance person told me. I have to pay in full at the date of the visit for my son who needs a crown. Even with Insurance it is still difficult to pay that amount.

I am alot more pain than I was told; however the dentist and staff were excellent. Would like to know how much pain is acceptable (with the dental care given)? I have had extreme pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night and that continues all day after pain medications have been taken.

Christina was very nice, she help me feel calm during all of my uncomfortable situations. She was very clear and helped me understand what was going on throughout the procedure. I look forward to working with her in the future. I am unsure if I have an Assigned dentist or if it goes by whoever is available. My first visit was with Dr Mo the Last was with Christina. Both dentists were great to work with though. I love the team at PMD. It has been more comfortable than any other dental office I've been to.

I felt the staff were genuinely nice and felt very comfortable talking with them. Katelynn was great informing me of my financial options. I liked that the dentist wanted to get to know their patients on a professional and personal level. Dr. Hashem knew exacly what treatment plan I wanted to accomplish and feel confident having him meet my goal. I left the office very happy.
