From the moment I entered the office to the moment I left, EVERYONE was extremely nice and friendly and made me feel as if I were a part of the family. My overall experience has been excellent. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Each person was knowledgable and proficient at their jobs. Im happy and very satified with my dentist. The payment options were reasonable and affordable for someone on a budget. I couldn't have asked for a better first visit. The ladies in the office were amazing, didn't seem like I was at the dentist. It was so comfortable like hanging out with my girlfriends. Very friendly and nice, went over my teeth problems without making me feel bad about my bad teeth. Gave me different options to choose how to go about fixing my teeth, and very affordable.

As much as I am very uncomfortable with dentists and terrified of needles, the staff of West Plano Modern Dentistry made is so comfortable and relaxing and very fun. I was very satisfied with my visit. The only problem I had was waiting a while, but sometimes that cannot be helped. The dentist was a little abrubt but still pleasant and explained things to me and did not make me feel bad. In the past, I have had many dentists make me feel guilty for not making regular dental appointments, but not here. I will definitely return.

The morning of tests ran longer than I expected so there was no cleaning, but there was no box for reporting that as N/A. I gave you the benefit of the doubt. This is my first visit. Everything was great except for the comfort level. You are using a dental light that feels like a heat lamp! It made me feel uncomfortable and hot during the entire procedure. My previous dentist used a LED based light which does not give off the excessive heat. I highly recommend you replace your light with a cooler model.
