I love everyone here! Seriously you guys are great! Super friendly, super professional. I met Dr. C at my appointment and although I was apprehensive because I did LOVE Dr. Tran I feel more than comfortable with Dr. C! As always, the office staff rock and Florentina is the BEST!

I am very glad I made an appointment with Pleasant Hill Smiles! I feel I got the most impressive information on my dental health EVER. Treated royally by the dentist and staff; I have never been in such a caring office where I felt like so much more than just another "treatment opportunity". The staff really listens and shows concern. Superlative experience!

Going to the dentist sucks but you guys are swell.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted (all 4). It was very helpful that I had 2 insurances to cover the expenses. The overall experience, as painful as other people had reviewed as, for me it didn't cause too much pain. I used general anesthesia, which it was good for me. The whole procedure happened with minor discomfort. I'm glad I had all wisdom teeth extracted at once.

Had high expectances coming here as I’ve already been to a number of dental offices before… so I’m always comparing them to one another. I’ll say that this is a really nice place, maybe not the best I’ve been to, but I gave 5 stars if that means anything. The staff was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. It was almost effortless when it came to appointments, figuring out my options and getting any procedures taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dental office and plan on continuing my dental care here and see where it goes.

I had very bad experiences with other dentists for the past few years, and I was pleased with Pleasant Hill Smiles. The staff were all friendly and clear. My discomfort level was minimized by the efficiency and care shown by everyone.

I have no complaints, office staff and everyone was friendly and supportive, any discrepancies regarding dental plans or copay's were met without any issues. Dr Bender was pleasant and accommodating regarding my dental needs and I highly would recommend her.

All of the staff members were welcoming and friendly. Everyone was engaging, and tried to get to know me as a person, above and beyond getting to know my smile.

The ease of making an appointment and then filling out the medical history online was truly impressive! The office is easy to get to and the staff friendly but professional. I'm 96 and get around in a wheelchair with the aid of my caretaker son and was a little apprehensive about how young everybody was. But they were caring and accomodating and took the time to make sure that both I and my son understood what was going on. The doctor and the dental assistant took the time to answer all our questions and present options for the necessary treatment ahead. Not having to wait forever to see the X-rays was a blessing, too. And the computer images were big enough for me to see the problems they were describing. I don't like dental visits but I felt as though I was in good hands with Dr. Tran. Overall a very pleasant experience!

as a customer, most(not all) aspect of the service offered are great and i do like and recommanded already to other. Dr Trans was really, really good. she was professional in knowledge and attitude. Assistent was great and the higenist was real good too. cleaning got much better result than i expected. * yet, i had very very upside down experience with the woamn who i spoke with to reschedule, a day before the scheduled date. - i know, it was not enough early, but things happens. She was rude, i mean real rude and i felt she almost screaming and yealing. weird. got rescheduled finally but it was horrible attitude. and then, she call in 2 days later and my wife answered. Very unpleasure voice and attitude. I was seriously thinking to cancel whole thing (glad that i did since all other staffes were awsome!!!). in such a greate dentle team - hard to find - but with such a horrible woman in front line for customer service.. bad experience. The only dissatisfaction I had was that I got a call saying I needed to contact my EPO provider to request my deductable booklet. This is the first time I have insurance on my own, I figuered it was a normal request. Once I contacted my provider they told me I didnt need it because I had no deductables. I tried calling the office back to explain to them but insisted on this booklet. After many calls back and forth with Pleasant Hills Smiles and my provider I ended up just 3-waying the call so we can get it cleaered up. My Provider advised the receptionist that I do not have a deductable and the receptionist apologized for the inconvinience and said that there must of been an error on how my paper work had gotten filled with them. It took about 20 minutes to try and get this resolved.

I liked how efficient everything was the cleaniness and staff worked well together. I was impressed. Also, I did not realizie how large the facility was and that was impressive. Now when they start the work I already feel comfident. I only wish that they had more specialty dentist on the page there. Ther referel system seems well in place. Again, I will see when I have the other procedures done.

Dr. Tran was recovering from a missed flight the day before and a backed up patient load that I'm sure was unavoidable and I assume resulted in several delays during treatment. Other than my appointment taking two hours (I only expected 1.5 hrs), every aspect of my visit was stellar. Under the circumstances I am more than satisfied and think that everything was performed at the best level possible and way beyond the performance level of my previous dentist. If it weren't unethical, I would stand in front of my old dentist office and recommend that every patient change to Pleasant Hill Smiles to improve their experience immensely.

The brushing was a little rough, but everything esle was great!

Was very pleased with all the information given about my sons teeth. Previous dentist didn't advise me of what he needed done.

Was terrified of going to the dentist but coming here was the best.experience I had in year whether its a routine check up or more serious matter best place to go to

Dr. Bender was fantastic with helping with my dental anxiety. She was so good with giving the numbing shots I barely felt them at all. I was in no pain throughout my whole procedure.

Overall I was very impressed. It was nice to finally found a dentist that didn't make my need of dental care something that inconvenienced them. My only hesitation: I needed two fillings and opted for the much more expensive option (dentist recommendation). After all was said and done I am not sure it was the best course of action or make that much of a difference.

I really enjoyed meeting the entire staff starting with Abner, to xray tech and hygeniest and especially Dr. Eva Bender. She is cute, knowledgable and made sound recommendations for needed upcoming treatment. I have already referred this office to 5 people.

As a small business owner and sole proprietor/employee, I do not have any medical insurance. Therefore, I am grateful that Pleasant Hill Smiles offered me some alternatives.

I was very satisfied overall especially since I also took my husband there.

I very much liked Florencias gentle but sure way of explaining and carrying out her procedures adjusting the numbing to my sensitivity

basically satisfied with everything except the waiting time for my son between taking the ex- rays and the doctor to come in and do the exame. He said he waited so long that he almost fell asleep.... and he missed his class which he had scheduled after his dental visit. When I made the appointment they told me the cleaning and ex- rays can be done in 1 hour

Happy as a clam about the repair that was performed on my initial visit. I wasn't totally clear about the three options for repair of teeth 12 & 13. The cleaning was good, but the dark areas between my lower front teeth weren't polished away as was indicated. Very happy with the professional atitude of this office and especially liked the dentist! The +3 1/2 hours at the office was longer than my usual dental visit, but I understand the reasons.

First time visitor - had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and professional and I appreciate the honesty from my dentist about my current state of health and the options moving forward. She backed up my options by showing me pictures and xrays of my teeth instead of just saying "you need this" which I appreciate.

I can't wait to come back!

Everyone knew what they were doing, carried out all procedures efficiently. I wasn't rushed, everything concerning the procedures and treatment plan was explained thoroughly. Up-to-date technology was a big plus, but best of all was everyone's friendly attitude.

I need to research dental insurance plans and let the coordinator know

When I got home go over the paperwork with my husband and tell him how great everything went, I was a little upset to realize that I had not actually received the cleaning that I had paid for and that I am being asked to pay for it again when I go in for the next appointment.

Since I was unable to speak during the procedure, I could not say I was cold and needed a blanket. Suggest a blanket be offered at the beginning when patient is anticipated to be worked on for more than 30 minutes. Also would like music as a distraction and so conversations outside the room wouldn't be so clearly heard.

I personally think that the overall office staff, the clinic, and just the overall feel was impressive. I think that Dr. Kimthy Tran was one of the best dentists that I have met in a long time. She made my experience to be a positive one, and I hope that I can have the opportunity to refer as many as my friends to her in the short future. I also was impressed with the overall staff and their friendliness towards me and others there at the clinic. Great experience, good job.

I haven't been to a dentist in over seven years and my last visit was bad enough to keep me away for that amount of time. Everyone did a great job in helping me to feel comfortable and like they were only there to help much better than any dental experience I've ever had. Thanks

I wasn't pleased with the fact that I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before anyone greeted me, with several people poking their head out and not saying anything. I almost walked out. However the dental staff was AMAZING! I can't wait to get my work started. Thank you for being so kind and understanding, and delivering on what you say.
