Excellent experience! Everyone was friendly, professional, informative and most important...all displayed a vast amount of knowledge in their areas of expertise. Honored by most insurance plans. In addition, this office is quite high tech, I was impressed! I recommended them to my fiance who will be making an appointment in the near future. As a new parient, they spent at least two hours with me so plan accordingly, it is well worth your time to get this much valued knowledge out of a visit to the dentist.

Arrived a little early (5 min.) in the AM but wasn't acknowledged for quite some time afterward. Then immediately shuttled to the computer, for paperwork, which I wasn't comfortable with. As it turned out it was relatively painless but it was the first time I ever did the necessary paperwork on a computer in the office. The wave of the future I guess. Overall a good experience. Typical with software some of the choices did not allow a fully accurate response.

It took us a while to get over to EveryKid's Dentist after leaving Kidzaam. We are soooo glad we made the move. We love Dr. Raber and all of his staff. My 5 children look forward to going to the dentist which is very different from the experiences my husband and I had growing up.

I was very happy with the entire staff. I had an emergency (tooth extraction), was there about 5 hours, which increased my anxiety a little. Had to wait a while, although part of the longevity was due to my not being able to be numbed quickly due to infection. I would have liked a printed paper telling me how long to use the gauze, how long before I could swish after brushing, how long before I could eat regular food, not liquids; also, if I should remove the gauze to drink/eat; I just kind of winged it. I have to say I was so anxious after my dx and tooth extraction that I remembered about 10% of what I was told after the extraction. One other thing, I wish there was an emergency number to call. I explored your website, and could not find a way to contact a doctor after hours. In Illinois, my dentist had an answering machine, and he or one of his staff would check it during off hours. To go to the ER for a dental problem would be so expensive. Is there an alternative?

It was THE best dental visit I've ever had. The Dr. and hygienist explained all of the available options as well as the procedures to be performed. I will be back. The manager also offered to double a coupon I had because I asked if this office would extend to me a veteran's discount. However, this office does not offer a veteran's discount.

We had a wonderful visit at Every Kid's dentist. We got an appointment right away and it was nice to fill out our paperwork online at home. Everyone working at Every Kid's dentist was friendly and put my kids at ease. My kids didn't want to switch dentists, but both mentioned after we left how much they liked it better. The office is kid friendly, but not overwhelming. We are very glad we switched to Every Kid's Dentist.

The only concern I have is that when the dentist was talking about using conscious sedation for my child, he did not mention nitrous oxide. When I saw the treatment plan, nitrous oxide was listed. As my child's autism specialist specifically told me not to let the dentist use nitrous oxide, I felt that I needed to talk to the dentist about that right away, before leaving the premises. Another issue I have is that the treatment plan lists a flouride treatment. That was not mentioned during our discussion, either, and I don't want it.

Thank you, everyone, for making my dental experience an enjoyable one. No, my comfort level wasn't high when I received the intensive dental cleaning, but I'm extremely sensitive. The hygienist handled it well (she waited patiently each time that I reacted to the taste of the oral substance or needed to "spit"), we both laughed at my reactions and funny expressions, and I made it through it quite well. :)

We had wonderful care from Dr. Bob and his team. My only constructive comment is that I'm still a bit confused about the use of fluoride on my child, but that's minor considering all of the work she needed. My appointment as a new patient was at 1:30PM. Did not get out of the office until 4:50PM. Observed staff having to leave my room and delay treatment to deal with other patients. The hygienest was required to talk to multiple patients while I waited to being my cleaning. I was pleased with the treatment and the professionalism of the staff and do hope that when I have future appointments that I am attended to efficiently and won't spend 3 hours at the dental office every time I am seen.

I left a message over the weekend about my son being in pain and needing to be seen. I was called back promptly Monday morning with an appointment for the next day. The staff was incredibly friendly and the office is well equipped with entertainment for the kids. The receptionist was very helpful in letting me know all my payment options ahead of time and working with me on the bill.
