Everyone was very responsive to my anxiety, and dental phobias. I felt was taken care of and well informed of everything before it was done. I am in awe of how denistry has changed, and now realize going to the denist doesn't have to be my worst nightmare. Thank you Tammy and Dr. Ransdell for a truely eye opening experience.

very high tech

Arrived a little early (5 min.) in the AM but wasn't acknowledged for quite some time afterward. Then immediately shuttled to the computer, for paperwork, which I wasn't comfortable with. As it turned out it was relatively painless but it was the first time I ever did the necessary paperwork on a computer in the office. The wave of the future I guess. Overall a good experience. Typical with software some of the choices did not allow a fully accurate response.

I'm surprise to say that the experience with an emergency was surprisingless "painless". From an appointment, to the receptionist, to the modern equiptment and service, and price. No compaints! Many thanks :)

Very friendly staff. The services were well explained and easy to go through. It actually made my dentist appointments hassle free and exciting. All staff, especially the front desk crew deserve notice of their excellent work. I will absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone based on my recent care.

It took us a while to get over to EveryKid's Dentist after leaving Kidzaam. We are soooo glad we made the move. We love Dr. Raber and all of his staff. My 5 children look forward to going to the dentist which is very different from the experiences my husband and I had growing up.

First visit and she had a difficult procedure but the dentist & hygenist were wonderfully patient and handled her very well.

. It was a professional, informative and positive experience. The staff made me feel comfortable and were concerned w/my medical problem (COPD), and truly very kind and caring to me.

Great staff and well skilled. My appointment took too much time. I went in for a cleaning appointment at 1pm and did not get out of there until 3:30. Other than that, I was extremely satisfied and I have referred two other people to your office already.

I was very happy with the entire staff. I had an emergency (tooth extraction), was there about 5 hours, which increased my anxiety a little. Had to wait a while, although part of the longevity was due to my not being able to be numbed quickly due to infection. I would have liked a printed paper telling me how long to use the gauze, how long before I could swish after brushing, how long before I could eat regular food, not liquids; also, if I should remove the gauze to drink/eat; I just kind of winged it. I have to say I was so anxious after my dx and tooth extraction that I remembered about 10% of what I was told after the extraction. One other thing, I wish there was an emergency number to call. I explored your website, and could not find a way to contact a doctor after hours. In Illinois, my dentist had an answering machine, and he or one of his staff would check it during off hours. To go to the ER for a dental problem would be so expensive. Is there an alternative?

I was thrilled with how quickly we got an appointment. My kids were thrilled with the friendly atmosphere. Everyone was really nice and the kids were immediately at ease. I am very glad we switched to Every Kid's Dentist!

I have had previous bad experiences at the dentist so now have anxiety to just go in for check up. This is my second visit to this office and both experiences have been more than positive. The staff is very personable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I really had a great experience with my dental care and felt like I knew everything that was happening and the dental team was warm and friendly. Dr. James was very professional and felt like a friend at the same time.

It has always been important that my children have a pleasant dental experience and Robert Raber offers a level of care and compassion that I have never had in another dentist. Throughout the years I feel that Dr. Raber has become an important fixture in my childrens lives and has encourage them and made them feel special when they are at his office. His office staff is amazing and professional. I look forward to many more years at every kids dentist.

Thank you, everyone, for making my dental experience an enjoyable one. No, my comfort level wasn't high when I received the intensive dental cleaning, but I'm extremely sensitive. The hygienist handled it well (she waited patiently each time that I reacted to the taste of the oral substance or needed to "spit"), we both laughed at my reactions and funny expressions, and I made it through it quite well. :)

The only problem I have encountered is when "something won't take long" (which may be true) but it seems that it is some time before it gets started. I think the statement is made not knowing that the actual workers involved may not be available right away.

Glad to have children in your care for dental needs, have every confidence in Dr. Raber and his staff.

Every Kid's dentist and Dr Bob are the best!

The only concern I would add would be to communicate the length of time the first visit will take BEFORE it takes place. It would help with time management for your patients.

I appreciate having some say in my treatment.

We had wonderful care from Dr. Bob and his team. My only constructive comment is that I'm still a bit confused about the use of fluoride on my child, but that's minor considering all of the work she needed. Thanks for everything - our experience was better than I expected it to be, and we'll come back all of the way from Flagstaff again if she ever needs anything beyond a routine visit!

This was my 4 hyear olds first X-Rsys and cleaning and he seemed very comfortable and happy. You guys did an excellent job!!

I left a message over the weekend about my son being in pain and needing to be seen. I was called back promptly Monday morning with an appointment for the next day. The staff was incredibly friendly and the office is well equipped with entertainment for the kids. The receptionist was very helpful in letting me know all my payment options ahead of time and working with me on the bill. All in all, it was a GREAT experience and we will definitely be back for all future appointments! Thanks!

Overall thought that services provided were extremely professional with a personal touch, that was very refreshing....and there is no doubt that I will be back for follow up treatments.....

There was a long wait for my cleaning because of scheduling conflict with the dentist & the hygenist. I was given the option to wait or reschedule. I chose to wait so I could get the cleaning done at this visit.

Dr. Raber and Suzette were very kind and did a great job working with my daughter.

Chrissy at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful with educating me about dental plans, Insurance and the treatment plan. It goes without saying how awesome Dr. Raber is. My son was comfortable and really liked him. Offering mouth guards to the football players goes above the call of duty. Your entire staff is excellent! Thank you for making us feel welcome. Great dental expierence. My 2 daughters liked the dentisit and are excited to have a cavity so she can come back. I felt safe and my kids did too- my girls had fun at the dentist! The facility was extreamly clean and atmosphere was light and seemed as though everyone was a friend.

have to get dental insurance in order to put care plan into effect! very expensive!
