The staff and dental personal are eager to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, which is, without question, very important. Although sometimes a patient comes in with extensive medical surgical experience as well as oral dental surgery and has a very good idea of what to expect from the procedure. In times like these the efforts are appreciated but unnecessary. On another note it was nice to see errors in my records being corrected as I walked in for my appointment.

The dental work is exceptional. My only complaint is that on my visit I was there for 3+ hours for a crown (which I understand is out of your control) , and no one cleaned my teeth. I expected to come on my first visit for a cleaning and an exam with possible work after. If this is not how your office practices, it would be nice to be educated that the first visit does not include a cleaning. It is dificult for me to get time off, and it would have been great to have my teeth cleaned while I waited. However, as I said, I am very pleased with the crown I received. Thank you Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. I enjoy my visit every 6 six months because I know I will be taken care of in a timely and non pushy way. The hygenist Megan was wonderful. Very friendly and relaxed and was good with telling me the steps she was going to take with my prophy. She was also very gentle while doing my prophy. Dr. Hill is well what can I say remarkable. He is personable and tells you the truth and will answer any questions you have.

There is a privacy issue, the staff if calling insurance from the lobby reception area and everyone in the lobby can hear the patients business, which should be private. These calls shoudl be conducted in a seperate area away from others for privacy.

The only concern i have is after my children's teeth were cleaned, the dentist came in to see them but I was not called back to talk with him. I hoped I would have been called back so he could explain to me how their teeth looked and any problems or concerns. Children do not relay information well. They only hear what they want so what was said and what they heard was different.

I was not happy that I waited nearly 30 minutes after my appointment until I was seen by the hygienist. Also, not happy that because I go for maintenance every 4 months, I only see the doctor every 8 monthand found out that an onlay is needed for my tooth that could have not progressed as bad if I had an exam more frequently.

This was my son's first visit.(29months old) the only thing I wish was a little different was the wait time in the room. This may have been our fault, because the office was kind enough to look at my wife's tooth, and the staff may have been waiting for her to be done. Excellent first visit for my son, no tears, and loves his new spin brush!

Dr, Hill and his staff are wonderful. I was disappointed that Dr. Hill was unable to repair my tooth, leading to my dissatisfication with my visit. This of course was not Dr. Hill's fault, he was just concerned with my overall dental health, referring me to an endodontist for a root canal. His office staff is wonderful, though one dental assistant has a difficult time using correct English when speaking with patients, but she is friendly and peofessional otherwise. I have recommended Peachtree Dental to many people and will continue to do so.

I was very impressed with how comfortable Dr. Patel made my son feel. I have to practically beg my son every day to brush and was worried he would be a typical 3 year old and have a melt down but he was relaxed and calm and very receptive to Dr. Patel. My visit to Peach Tree Dental was great. It's never fun to visit the dentist but the staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was surprised that my treatment was done in just one visit. Usually when you visit the dentist they inform you about the treatment required and then schedule you for a follow up visit, which is sometimes inconvenient. A special thanks to the benefits coordinator. She was very knowledgeable and presented me with several financial options. If she would not have done this, I'm not sure I would have proceeded with the treatment.

Not sure what you mean by "treatment plan"...I see a dentist and have my teeth cleaned at least twice a year. I wasn't as pleased with the ZOOM treatment as I had hoped. I do know the machine used to polish and pumice my teeth was not working properly (kept slowing, as if losing power) and wonder if that had anything to do with the substance not being able to penetrate the front teeth properly. Also, I didn't know I was going to get the "upsell" and felt a little pressured and uncomfortable. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hill spent a long time with me, explaining different options, procedures, and describing(with pictures and x-rays)what is going on with my mouth. I never felt rushed, and was impressed with how he treated me like I was at his same level. He never tried to 'upsale' me on dental work that I didn't need. I despise that practice which most dentists these days do, but Dr. Hill did not. I was also impressed with the technology in the office and how the doctor, dental assistant (Elisa I believe) and the hygentist (Jennifer) explained the equipment to me while they were using it. During my visit, the office staff (??name??) took my insurance information and had several treatment options and costs printed out by the end of my visit. Very efficient. Overall, I had a great experience.

I am satisfied with the dentist and his assistant, friendly and polite. The receptionist when I arrived, being a first time patient....I had no idea what I'm suppose to do when I arrived. No one greeted me while I was at the counter. The receptionist felt that what she was working on was more important than the customer. She did not acknowledge me standing at the counter. After she was done with discussing a problem with another person (on the computer), she then asked me to come over to her counter and did what I had to do. She did not really tell me what was expected with all the signing I had to do.
